Muy buena ubicación. A 5 minutos de la estación de tren y de la Gran Place, en pleno centro. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. La cocina bien equipada. Nosotros sólo estuvimos un día pero todo muy bien. Muy recomendable

Para nosotros no fue un problema pero el alojamiento es una casa típica de varias plantas, con escaleras estrechas. A tener en cuenta para personas con movilidad reducida, equipajes o bebés con carrito. El día que estuvimos hacía mucho calor, éramos 5 y echamos en falta un ventilador más.

Location convenient. Very clean and spacious. Warm but the fans in bedrooms helped.

Windows were a little stiff or tricky to open.

The location of this property is the biggest win. It’s so close to the centre. The property itself is nice enough. Two bedrooms, one separate toilet and a bathroom with two sinks and an over the bath shower, so only one toilet in total. The kitchen, dining, living area was lovely to relax after a busy day. We didn’t want to cook but it seemed to have a good set up. They provide towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner.

In general I would say that this is a basic property. There are no frills. No extras. (But compared to local hotels it was much cheaper). Given the excellent location, you have to accept the noise that comes with it. It was hot so we had the windows open and the noise continued into the night. We got a lot of insect bites during the night. Not sure if this was due to the bedding…but it let us feeling a little uneasy. Don’t look at the bedding in the chest for the sofa bed - it’s really dirty - so I do wonder what the main bedding was like under all the covers. I do think the place could do with a general refresh.

Host was very responsive and the layout was cool.

Too hit for the summer and did not have fans at first. Could do with an AC unit. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods for the machine.

Location and everthing are so good.

The location was phenomenal and walking distance to all the sites. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. Joost was quick to reply if we had any questions.

Absolutely nothing, the stay was comfortable and exactly what was needed for the 2 nights we were there.

apartament was very clean and neat. Location was perfect ...only 5 minutes from the train station and main square.

i think its important to mention that the house is divided into several .flights of stairs so if you have mobility issues or carrying luggage, it can become quite challenging to move around. the stairs are also very narrow which makes the mobility harder.

The apartment is very close to the Grand Place, just a few minutes walk away. It's clean, spacious and light. The street is quiet, traffic-free. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, shower was good. It was perfect for our needs. We used the nearby metro (Bourse) to get around the city, so it was a great base for our sightseeing.

Nothing, we would happily stay here again. FYI - Less physically able people might not like the stairs (apartment is split on 2 floors) but it was not an issue for us.

La porte fenêtre de la chambre coté rue cassé, coté oscillo battant cassé qui ne fermait pas donc nous avons prévenu le propriétaire le jour de notre arrivée mais il n'y a pas eu de réparation donc nous nous sommes gelés dans la chambre coté rue et impossibilité d'aller sur le balcon . Télévision PAYANTE ! on aurait aimé avoir la télévision Belge gratuite nous ne sommes pas venue pour regarder Netflix . Le verrou des toilettes ne fonctionne pas . Nous n'avons pas trouvé la vue sur le site d’intérêt indiqué sur le descriptif, seulement vue sur la rue mais comme la porte était cassée nous ne pouvons accéder sur le balcon !

La ubicación es perfecta, el apartamento está muy limpio y es muy amplio y las camas son muy cómodas. Hemos estado realmente a gusto ☺️

Adres tam olarak belli değil çevrede kimse bilmiyor, 3 saat adres aradık kimse adresi tanımıyor. kapıda tabele isim vs. hiç birşey yok, zilebastığımızda cevap alamadık, kapıda tabela olmadığı için yağmurlu ve soguk havada 3 çocuğumla birlikte 2-3 saat adres aradım ve bulamadığım için farklı bir otelde 730 euro vererek 1 gece konaklamak zorunda kaldım, çocuklarım hastalanmasın diye. ertesi gün adresi bulabildik ve 1 gece konakladık. bu yüzden mağdur olduk. bu konu için elimde videoda var talep edilmesi durumunda gönderebilirim.

Es un lugar excepcionalmente bien ubicado. A dos cuadras de la Grand Place, cerca de restaurantes, la estación de metro y supermercados. El lugar es muy cómodo, cálido y te hace sentir en casa. Las escaleras son un reto, pero así son las casas belgas. Solo tener precauciones. Joost es un gran anfitrión, como se lo dije a él, ha sido un gran soporte y apoyo. Tuve problemas con la llegada de mi maleta a Bruselas. Él estuvo muy pendiente de que mi familia esté cómoda en casa. Nos dejó entrar un poco antes del check in. Eso se valora mucho cuando uno llega cansado de tanto viajar. Gracias Joost, el mejor anfitrión !

El apartamento es correcto para seis personas. Es muy frio y no se puede subir la calefacción porque esta programada en una temperatura. Las instalaciones son antiguas, lo unico renovado es un atico donde esta el comedor y donde pueden dormir dos personas en un sofa cama. Son varias escaleras hasta llegar a la unidad lo que hace todo mas complejo con el equipaje. En el momento que fuimos estaban haciendo refacciones y el ruido y olor a pintura no era ideales para el descanso. La limpieza esta bien no tenemos ninguna observación. Es muy costo para lo que ofrece la unidad. La ubicación es lo mas destacado. Es excelente cerca de todo. El tren y actividades turisticas

Un apartamento muy cómodo, limpio y en una excelente ubicación, super recomendado! Muy buena calefacción, se nota el buen gusto y mantenimiento que le dan, justo en la zona de la gran plaza, los restaurantes y tiendas de la zona y aun así no es ruidoso por la noche, se puede descansar bien.

Solo tener en cuenta que esta en 2da planta y el apartamento también se divide en 2 plantas, por lo que son 3 pisos de escaleras, tenerlo en cuenta por tus maletas o si van personas con movilidad reducida o de avanzada edad, si no es así el departamento vale totalmente la pena, para mi no fue problema y me encanto! Pero lo pongo por si para alguien más eso si es una limitante.

Entiendo que el edificio es antiguo y la rehabilitación es muy buena,pero falta Información sobre la cantidad de escaleras que tiene el apartamento.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the old town, which was amazing. We walked everywhere. The room was very clean, including the sheets and the bathroom.

i had read in the reviews that it could be cold, so before we went i messaged the property and asked if there was any heating problem. i also mentioned that my daughter is small and i wanted to bring an extra blanket if needed, but they said there was no problem. when we arrived, the radiators were only lukewarm and after about an hour they completely turned off. luckily it was time to go to bed, so we lay down and covered ourselves with the duvet, but it was still very cold during the night. at that point i noticed there was an electric heater and turned it on, but it gave off a strong burning rubber smell. i turned it off because the cold was less disturbing than the smell. we only stayed for one night anyway, but it was not a very good night. also, since the building is historic, the stairs are only wide enough for one person and there is no elevator, which may be difficult for some people, although of course that is not something the host can change.

Too noisy

Location was great. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of space, comfy beds, excellent shower.

The lights upstairs were dim to my taste. Brighter would be better, as I sat there to read my book and did struggle a bit.

The location is extremely practical, everything is very close. A very nice and cosy accomodation. Spacious enough.

The apartment is perfectly placed, 2-3 minutes by foot from the Grand place. Very clean, all the facilities you need.

The living room is placed at the second floor and it was a bit cold compared to the bedrooms.

Ev oldukça merkezi konumdaydı, güvenli bir muhitteydi. Her yere çok kolay ulaştık. Özellikle Brugge e gitme planınız varsa tren istasyonuna 1 dk da ulaşılıyor. Çok memnun ayrıldık yine gelirsek bu eve geliriz.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und bietet alles, was man braucht. Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt es zahlreich. Lediglich nachts war es recht laut. Es war Samstagabend. Trotzdem konnten wir gut schlafen. Bis bald mal wieder!

Bellissimo appartamento in pieno centro, ottimamente collegato, a due passi dalla gran place e vicino alla stazione centrale.

Slight improvements could be made. E.g. door to the bathroom needs sanding down to allow easier opening and closing. The next people checking in after us decided to leave their luggage outside the front door, making it hard to exit from the property on leaving day. It's not the owners fault but inconsiderate guests.

The stairs are narrow. I thought there were only two flights of stairs to carry the luggage, but I didn't expect to go up to the fourth floor. You should explain it clearly.

We had a wonderful stay in Brussels! The location was perfect. The house was bright, clean, and full of character. All the rooms had windows, making the space feel airy and welcoming. The stairs in the house were a bit much, but they added to the authentic charm of the place. The view from the kitchen window was absolutely magical. Check-in and check-out were seamless and very comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage without any issues. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Brussels!

Good communication from the host, before during and after our stay. Autonomous check in and out, with the option to leave or luggage there after check out which was much appreciated. The location was very central. The accommodation was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.

The noise from the outdoor nightlife was very, very disruptive, ultimately only ceasing after 5am on two of the four nights we stayed (a Sunday and a Tuesday). This is not the fault of the host but is definitely something is consider when staying with children. A final small detail was that there didn’t appear to be any tea or coffee at the apartment upon arrival. I don’t expect the host to provide a weeks supply of either but something as simple as providing two Nespresso pods for arriving guests is a nice gesture and allows them to have a coffee without having to visit a supermarket or a cafe.

The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and right in the heart of the Grand Place. The entire place is spacious, with large rooms and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the utensils you need. It’s beautifully designed, with a comfortable loft area, and is perfect for up to three couples to enjoy a relaxing stay. A fantastic spot to experience the best of Brussels!

Be prepared to climb three flights of narrow stairs, which can be a bit challenging with large luggage. However, the effort is well worth it—the entire place is absolutely worth the climb!

There was no AC system. It got quite hot in the apartment during our stay (it was towards the end of August). We kept the windows open in the evening and closed during the day, and the fans were left on.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and has everything you might need for your stay. It is really close to the center but we did not have any trouble with noise from outside.

It is a very cute, comfortable and spacious apartment right in the center of the city. It couldn’t be any closer to all the attractions and restaurants. We just left the car in a parking garage half a block away and walked everywhere. We didn’t cook ourselves, but the kitchen is fully equipped if anyone would wish to do so. Also the host was very friendly and responsive. Thank you Joost!

Flat and facilities were alright. Location was very convenient, walking distance to both train station and Grand Place, heart of Brussels.

Narrow and steep stairs should be mentioned. Flat is basically on 3rd and 4th floors of an apartment. Don't know why but apartment entrance smells garbage in morning. Lots of homeless around (a general problem about Brussels, though). Someone got stabbed in front of apartment door on our 1st night!!
