The apartment was very cold, i asked for gelp to turn the heater but no one helped in solving the problem they fist night. Also the language of the house rules were very threatening and not polite

Check in was very easy and the apartment was close to restaurants and transport.

It was small with not many places to put luggage. Not good quantities of glassware etc. Small for 5 adults.

Appartamento decisamente bello, pulito, funzionale; posizione buona ad una distanza accettabile dal centro (inteso come Opera House). Check-in particolare attraverso una specie di portale in cui sono contenute tutte le informazioni per il soggiorno e poi il check-out. Siamo stati bene.

Trovare le chiavi non è stato molto semplice: le indicazioni sono corrette ma le chiavi sono praticamente sul cancello di un'altra abitazione a distanza di qualche decina di metri. Non mi è piaciuto per niente il dover lasciare una cauzione senza saperlo prima: abbiamo viaggiato in Norvegia per 2 settimane dormendo tutte le notti in case o hotel diversi ed è stata l'unica volta in cui ci hanno chiesto una cauzione (poi regolarmente restituita). Sarebbe più trasparente comunicarlo anche in fase di prenotazione (magari me la sono persa io, ma non mi sembra di averla vista).

De manier om via de telefoon naar de juiste sleutel locatie te worden gevoerd. Gelukkig bij de entree was er steeds iemand die het pand verliet, maar de eerste gate was voor ons niet te paseren. Er werd een gratis parking aangeboden in hun stukken, maar dat was volgens de persoon asn de telefoon geen onderdeel van onze deal. Dus op afstand geparkeerd en ook voor eigen kosten.

3 bedroom apartment, balcony and also a big rooftop with a view. Clean and pretty looking. Close to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay at this place! :-)

The bathroom is a little smal. The children complained a little about noise from ambulances, but the apartment is close to the emergency room, so..

Cant beat the location.

The owner did not seem to be intrested to help with the AC and didnt comment on the fact that the building had a huge crack down stairs. Maybe it was nothing but clearly the building was built on a tight budget.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great location. The host was very helpful and kind, too! My friends and I loved our stay in Oslo and would highly recommend this place!!
