La Sea Vue Goa

It is quite good. Clean and comfortable. Food is enjoyable. Staffs are very co-operative. Owner takes care about your need. Sea is really near, only few steps from the stay. Good value for money.

Do not book sea-facing room, you cannot see the sea from there as expected. Do not book car through the home stay, it will cost more than the market rate.

The place was good and most importantly clean. We stay for 4 nights and the room was cleaned 3rd day itself and were quick to respond. Candolim beach was just a minute walk Overall comfort and lovely vacation

The location is absolutely great, just a two minute walk from the beach and in walking distance to the main road with tons of restaurants and shops. The room itself truly has everything you need including a well functioning smart TV, which I particularly appreciated. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and made my stay be easy and uncomplicated. Can highly recommend!

It was a pleasant stay. The location is very close to Candolim Beach, which is a big advantage. Considering the price you pay, it offers great value for money. Although it's a homestay, the property is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for long-term holidays or anyone looking for an affordable and relaxing stay near the beach.

Entrance and staircase not comfortable

Only good thing about this property is it's proximity to the beach.

Everything. They do not have power back up. So once power is gone, you've to get boiled in your room. If you raise the concern to the owner lady, she'll tell you fans are working. So you book an AC deluxe room and the owner says fans are working. We wanted to check the room before paying, but again the arrogant owner said we can show room only once the payment is done. Fair enough, after paying when we checked in the sheets were dirty. There were hair all over the pillow covers which they "claimed that they changed before we checked in". The owner lady won't have time to listen to your problems. She'll be more attentive to foreign guests, who ofcourse will be spending in dollars at her roof top kitchen where basic meals are overpriced. Caution: Don't go for the reviews. We did the same mistake. When we enquired with the locals they informed that the previous owner was very good and most of the positive reviews are for them. This new lady owner behaves like Nita Ambani Lite.

Property is great, clean and very close to the beach

Had a very good stay at La Sea Vue Goa. Everything was top notch! We stayed in the sea facing room and it was very spacious and luxurious, especially for the price, we were pleasantly surprised that the room was that luxurious! The location was top notch, just few steps away from Candolim beach, so it was easy to get to and fro the beach. The staff and especially the owner were very nice and helpful, and answered all the questions and fulfilled all the requests that we had. I loved that the customer service had a very personal touch to it, making it feel like home. Breakfast on their cozy rooftop restaurant was great and very affordable, we did not have lunch or dinner but breakfast was great and the restaurant had a nice beach view too. Amenities were great for the price. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone going to Candolim, have stayed at several properties nearby in my visits to Goa and this one was definitely the best and amazing value for money, great customer service too!

Our stay was fantastic all the staff were great and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a few teething problems in our first apartment, but everything was sorted out as soon as mentioned. We had an extended stay due to our Qatar flight being cancelled, and the owners moved us into an upgraded room at the same room rate prices our previous room It was really nice of them and made our unexpected 16 extra night stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were lovely, and there was a great view from the breakfast area.

Es war sehr laut im Zimmer,da über uns das Frühstück serviert wurde. Um 7 Uhr war die Nacht zu Ende. Chefin war eigentlich nett, aber telefonierte dauernd laut beim Frühstück und stand dabei dauernd am Tisch .

It's in a good location for most nearby stuff. Walked everywhere.

Room had a bit of a smell, think it was the drains, so covered the sink plug up. The WiFi was appalling, the router was outside my room, and I could only get access sitting directly underneath it. I ended up using local bar WiFi when out, rather than use theirs.

Everything, nothing was too much trouble, when we required assistance.

Отличное расположение отеля. До моря минуты 3, до главной улицы минут 7. В номере удобная мягкая кровать. Постоянно горячая вода была с хорошим напором, без перебоев. Кондиционер, вентилятор, холодильник, электрочайник рабочие. Сейфа нет и белье сушить негде. Есть телевизор, но мы его не включали. В номере чисто, постельное белье тоже чистое. Отличное соотношение цена-качество.

Очень много комаров в номере. Можно было поставить фумигатор в розетку, это решило бы проблему минимальными затратами

No mosquito net in bathroom. So mosquito could enter the bathroom and from there to the bedroom disturbing sleep

The room was spacious with a balcony. The bed was really comfy and thy had a fridge in the room with some basic pots. Very hot water. A quiet room and really close to the beach and some good restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful and allowed us to keep our bags in their office as we were leaving later that day for an overnight bus to Hampi.

Best place to stay near candolim beach

The room was spacious, with a decent bathroom. Comfortable bed. Staff were helpful. Restaurants are about 15 min walk. 2 minutes to the beach.

The location of the hotel is about 40 minutes to the town centre, Panaji, not as said in Booking.com. and also further in from the main road. Mosquitos and other insects are seen outside and need to keep the door closed.

Me tocaron días de lluvia por lo que no pude disfrutar la playa que es el único atractivo de la zona. La habitación bien. Cama cómoda. Agua caliente

El aire acondicionado no funciona (solo movía el aire como ventilador, no enfriaba) lo cual avisé en la recepción, fueron y lo revisaron y me dijeron que lo deje funcionando que en 2 horas iba a enfriar lo cual nunca sucedió. La chica de Recepción muy seria, nada simpática. En Booking dice que se puede pagar con tarjeta pero no me lo permitieron diciendo que la máquina estaba rota.

Hotel is nearby beach

I recently stayed at La Sea Vue in Candolim and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beach, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made my stay even better. Mrs. Rumi, the owner, is an amazing woman, and Ms. Samita at the reception ensured clear communication before my arrival and made my stay very comfortable. The highlight was the food — it was customized to my dietary preferences, which made me feel right at home. I truly appreciate their warm hospitality and would highly recommend La Sea Vue to anyone visiting Goa!

When we went to extend they tried to up the rates and actually raised them for the day on booking 🤣I checked the following day they had returned to normal!!shame because we stayed around the corner for three weeks!

I loved our stay at the Resort. The location is just superb. Its a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Romi, the hostess is so friendly and she interacts with all the clients. She arranged with the chef to make us some amazing breakfast. She is health conscious and she makes sure that the clients too are provided with healthy breakfasts. Her staff too are polite and helpful. I will definitely come back on a holiday here (maybe during the monsoons). I will also recommend this resort to our friends. Thank you Romi and team for helping us have an unforgettable stay at your place. Wishing you all the very best in the future.

There is "nothing" that I didn't like at the resort. Everything was GOOD.

What excellent value for money - less than a minutes walk to the beach and the main shopping high street - we have been staying in Goa over the last 15 years and this was our first time at La Sea View - wish we had found it earlier ! Spotless room with friendly helpful staff - you are not paying for the Ritz so don't expect it but we will be returning to La Sea View when we next visit Goa !

This is the best room at this rate in Goa I have stayed in, the Mattress was think, pillows bouncy and it had a very modern feel to it

Perfectly positioned for both the beach & local restaurants. The staff were excellent & very helpful at all times. We even ate in the evening a yummy fish curry & egg curry. Breakfast also top notch.

Very nice location next to the beach. Delicious and very rich breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. The owner is a very nice lady who helped me find a driver and a car to go sightseeing and is generally taking very good care of the guests. Wonderful stay!

Close proximity to the beach. Room was spacious with good size bed. Great shower. Nice balcony with sea view. Breakfast good. Staff were lovely and Rumi made us very welcome.

Would have liked the towels to be changed regularly, although when we asked we were given clean ones.

The staff was helpful and the room seemed clean at first, but it was on the 1st floor and cockroaches interrupted my stay a lot.
