Die Lage war sehr gut, kein Verkehr, leise. Die Ausstattung des Appartements hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Vom Eigentümer bekamen wir noch gute Tipps bezüglich Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Schönes Apartment mit privatem Garten in sehr guter Lage in Krems. Matthias war hilfsbereit und hatte viele gute Tipps, von denen wir einige gerne genutzt haben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Das Bad und die gesamte Unterkunft waren sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir über einige Stufen direkt vor dem Garten abstellen. Die Anlage war angenehm ruhig, und auch das Parken direkt vor dem Haus war problemlos möglich.

Gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Lage war ruhig aber trotzdem ziemlich zentral gelegen. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft. Das Gebäude leicht zu finden und gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter war verhindert aber hat sich telefonisch gemeldet. Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Washer and dryer: after 2 months of travel, those items were amazing! Well priced and had everything to be independent. Bright and cheerful, exceptionally provisioned from the patio outside to the charging cables.

Klein aber fein, alles war so wie man es sich wünscht.

Sehr schönes, modernes Appartement mit feinem kleinen Garten zum relaxen. Unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und war ebenfalls begeistert. Sehr nette Und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, wir kommen sicher wieder. Es war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche.

Apartmán je naprosto úžasný! Je čistý, na klidnem miste a hlavně v něm najdete úplně vše, co potřebujete k pohodlnému pobytu. Přístup do ubytování byl naprosto bezproblémový, majitel byl nápomocny, prostě vše bylo na “jedničku”.

Sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen; eine Flasche lokalen Weins gab es noch als Geschenk dazu. Netter kleiner Garten auch dabei.

You really do feel at home here, which is so important when travelling. The location is brilliant — quiet and beautiful, yet very convenient for getting around and visiting all the main attractions. The town of Krems an der Donau completely charmed us with its cosy streets, wineries and peaceful, picturesque way of life. Thank you so much for your hospitality and such a warm welcome! What a bargain! The property has an open floor plan and is exceptionally clean and stocked for cooking, relaxing, or exploring the area. Beds and chairs were comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and spotless. The directions to arrive were easy to follow. We did not cook, but there was everything someone could want in this kind of property for cooking. Host was great at communication. A really excellent property. I highly recommend it for any stay in the area. The property seems ideal for a married couple or a couple of friends.

Apartament jest bardzo ładnie i gustownie wykończony. Wygodny, ma część kuchenną i część dzienną, w której jest i sypialnia i salon ale wszysto to ze soba współgra. Do tego mały ale urokliwy ogródek. Jest cisza i spokój a miasto Krems na wyciągnięcie ręki. Choć z powrotem trochę pod górkę. Miejsce parkingowe bezpłatne na ulicy przed budynkiem zawsze dostępne. W apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba i nawet więcej - herbata, kapsułki z kawą, przyprawy i winko w lodówce. Właściciele bardzo życzliwi i zawsze pomocni.

Wunderschönes Apartment. Gut gelegen. Alles an Ausstattung da. Ruhige Gegend.

Super durchdacht, ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Netflix, Prime und co vorhanden! Fussbodenheizung = ein Luxus! Hund war kein Problem (10€/Nacht) und wurde mit Futternäpfen und Handtüchern willkommen geheißen.

Die Nachbarn drüber hatten in der ersten Nacht eine Feier bis Mitternacht mit Singen und Möbelrücken ohne Möbelgleiter! ;) Aber das war wirklich das einzig Negative und Meckern auf hohem Niveau! Ansonsten war es sehr sehr ruhig - im Haus und der Gegend generell.

Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit, er hat uns vor Antritt der Reise viele Tipps bzgl Sehenswürdigkeiten übermittelt.

Byt byl velmi vkusně zařízen a byl dokonale čistý. Vybavení v kuchyni a celém bytě bylo promyšleno do nejmenšího detailu a poskytovalo vše, co host může potřebovat. Malá zahrádka je velmi příjemný bonus. Lze využít k posezení i uskladnění kol. Majitel byl velmi milý a komunikativní, dal nám jasné instrukce ohledně příjezdu a taky nám poskytl spoustu užitečných tipů na výlety, restaurace apod. Celý pobyt ve Wachau byl úžasný a určitě se rádi vrátíme.

perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung mit Küche, Bad, Diele, Essplatz und Wohn-/Schlafraum, viel Platz mit Garten, Sitzgarnitur und tolle Aussicht. Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Kaffeetabs, Zucker, Kondensmilch. Zum Kochen sind hochwertige Öle, Essig, Grillsoßen, Gewürze vorhanden. Die Auswahl an Tee ist toll

Wspaniale wyposażony, wygodny apartament. W apartamencie było wszystko, co potrzebne do kilkudniowego pobytu (łącznie z pysznym winkiem w lodówce :)). Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Były nawet ładowarki do różnych rodzajów telefonów! Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - niedaleko centrum Krems. Doskonały kontakt z sympatycznym gospodarzem, który nie szczędził praktycznych porad i wskazówek, jak korzystać z atrakcji Wachau.

Wszystko było SUPER!

It is even nicer than in the pictures. Great location, close to the center and a good supermarket, very very quiet and private, in a charming street, with a private minigarden. Equipped with everything imaginable. Krems is the best town in the area for exploring the Wachau. Matthias is the nicest and most attentive host with great tips. Also, the apartment was very cool in the middle of a heatwave.

Zentrale Lage. Sauber. Viel Infomaterial zu Ort und Umgebung. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einfach perfekt!

Nix. Konnte leider nur 1 Nacht bleiben :(

Apartment was in a great walking distance location from city center. It already amazes you the view from the hill on the street and then the building itself. Apartment offers everything someone needs for a stay plus much more. It even has umberallas, table games, basic/not-basic spices, coffees, radio, and much more. This apartment is like the Dubai hotel Burj Al-Arab - even though there are only 5* for rating hotels, that one is considered 7*. And same applies to this apartment - maximum is rating 10 but I am giving it 15! :)

The apartment was super comfortable with everything you could need for a stay. It was spotlessly clean. Very large, comfortable bed. Well organised and resourced kitchen. Washing machine and dryer were an added bonus. The whole apartment was modern, comfortable and very clean. The owners were very friendly and gave us some great tips for sampling Austrian cuisine and wine in the town. There was access to a small private garden where you could chill out with a glass of wine kindly provided by the hosts. There was secure storage for bicycles. Excellent stay and by far one of our best accommodation stays during our 3 week tour along the Danube.

The fact we only had 1 night there!

The apartment is nicely finished and clean. A lot of space and nice cute terrace. The appartment is very well equipped, literally everything you might need is there. Host seems to be nice and friendly, provided clear and detailed instructions. Definitely will stay again if we visit Krems.

The place was super nice with a large bathroom and shower. Mattias was friendly and helpful, providing extensive and detailed information on the local are, ranging from sights to see and places to eat.

Everything was super nice and clean and the hosts extremely friendly and ready to help. Great location near the center. Highly recommended!
