The apartment was so bad that we did not stay there.

It is moldy, smells really bad and is missing a bedframe (!). The wallpaper is coming down, the pillows are torn and I could go on for a few minutes with what is wrong with this apartment. It is nothing like that shown in the pictures. We did not stay there. The host refused several times to refund our money - booking.com did not help here. If you book this, consider your money wasted.

Sangat sesuai untuk 4 orang. Berdekatan dengan pantai dan tempat jogging tepi pantai.Kawasan sekitar bersih.

The suite is clean and comfortable

The tv was loading and not user friendly. The kettle spoiled and I had to ask for a replacement. For the replacement, it took sometime. The issue couldn't be besolved immediately. The heather water after 2 people uses, the water was not hot for the third person to use. So after every one person showers, the next one must wait at least 15 to 20mins for the water to be hot again. It says seaview but the view is on the right side and it is not a straight seaview.

Locations is Convenient to every where.

I would like to make an highlight/improvement here 🙏🏻 1. Your kettle is not working 2. ⁠bed sheet is too rough 3. ⁠mattress is dented 🥹 4. ⁠sliding door too hard to slide 5. ⁠sofa so many stained 6. ⁠the toilet door latch is not functioning well. Thank you 🙏🏻

The location is perfect for medical visit, only 1 min by walk to Gleneagles hospital. Also the owner Bryson is very easy to communicate, helpful.

well...I sure as hell didn't like being asked for a $200 cash deposit when checking in. Unexpected, unnecesary, not possible as I wasn't carrying $200. I didn't like that the "sea view" was only possible if I craned my neck around the corner of the balcony Check in process and check out process were more of a hassle than I cared for...especially after a long day of travel AC didn't work when we arrived due to old batteries in the remote. Rather than just put in new batteries, 2 or 3 different people came over the next 45 minutes to fiddle with the remote...as if we didn't know how to use it. It did get fixed, but it wasted an hour of our time - again, after a long day of travel Oh....a primary reason I booked this place was for the rooftop pool, but nobody tells you it closes at 8pm (really?) until you get there.

Strategic location

Can see the ageing of the unit. Water filter faulty for quite some time but never repair. Parking is at high floor.

We were not provided with the accommodation we had booked and they did not even warn us in advance that they would accommodate us elsewhere, they only responded to our inquiry and explained the change of accommodation. Unfortunately, the replacement accommodation did not correspond to the one booked.

Ended up at the wrong address and the owner rang and payed for a Grab taxi to take us to the correct location. The owners responded to any queries we had about the apartment and washed our clothes for us in a different location when we discovered the washing machine in the apartment was not working. The apartment was clean and good air conditioning and WiFi. Overall a lovely place to stay.

The apartment was incredibly clean with lovely comfortable furniture and brilliant views across Penang

The lifts were the only downside, it could sometimes take a while for one to arrive. We were sure that a more efficient and effective algorithm could be utilised!

I love the home, it's so cozy. There's water dispenser and washing machine. It feels like a complete home. The teddy bear in the room is so cute! Super recommended to stay here. Would definitely book again when I visit Penang.

Stayed there during peak season, 42 levels only 3 (sometimes 2) lifts working. Otherwise, all facilities are good.

The toilet, along with everything else in the house, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay!

The homestay is luxurious, spacious, nicely decorated, and homely. First, the homestay is very clean and tidy. It looks exactly the same as shown in pictures. Secondly, the price is reasonable and appropriate. All amenities, as stated, are provided. The bathrooms are big and all equipped with heaters. All the bedrooms are equipped with air-condioning as well as ceiling fan. The breathtaking scenery of the sunset is truly engaging.Furthermore, the house owner is very nice and kind. He is helpful and would respond promptly to requests made. In this case, I would highly recommend this homestay for everyone who wishes to go on a trip to Penang for the fantastic experience one would have at such reasonable rate.The stay here would be pleasant experience for family outings. Thanks 😊.
