Reviewed Aug 12, 2025Only the location was fine
The property was not clean enough and air conditioning was not working properly, and they had to replace and fix it while we are staying and distributing our comforts. One of the managers named mustafa was very rude and shouting. The owner promised me to do partial refund and lied to me and after checking out she refused to do, further more they accused us for missing items??!!! Really not recommended this property

Reviewed Oct 30, 2023The apartment was very clean and in a nice and quiet area. It had all the required appliances that I needed for a 7 days stay, from an iron to a microwave, washing machine, and a dryer. The host was very flexible and when I had a problem with my booking, he was very keen on fixing it. He also quickly addressed a problem I had with the internet by providing another router to be a backup option. Also, I reached out to him and it was easy to extend my stay with one night when I needed to.
I have no complaints.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2023It was a very large whole apartment with multiple bedrooms and washing machine
It was clearly an elderly parents apartment that had not been cleaned in a long time. Half used soap and shampoo, dirty mops, we had to clean the washing machine of soap scum before using, the sheets had stains on them and it was a 20 minute walk from the main area of Maadi. We also received no communication from them and had to proactively message them the morning we were checking in.
