The hospitality was very bad ! They don’t serve coffee in the mini bar and they don’t have good connection for the wifi , moreover the staff is not professional at all dealing with any issued. Highly non-recommended

هو فندق صغير هادئ يحتوي علي عدد غرف صغيرة جميعها تطل علي النيل وهو بداخل نادي الشروق لضباط الشرطة والأثاث حديث ،التكييف جيد جدا ،يوجد مجموعة من الكافيهات والمطاعم بالنادي تستطيع قضاء وقت جيد رغبت بتناول الفطار مبكرا فتم تحضيره بشكل جيد قبل موعده المحدد.

الانترنت ضعيف جدا يقطع كثيرا والشبكة ضعيفة يوجد بداخل النادي قاعة أفراح لو حظك سئ لتعرضت للإزعاج ..

الموقع جميل ومطل على النيل الأثاث بحالة جيدة بشكل عام نظيف الاهتمام بالزراعة جيد ويعطي طابع مريح الطاقم جدا متعاون وبشوش يوجد كافيه ملحق حلو

الإنترنت كان سيء لم استطع الحصول على شبكة حتى شبكة الهاتف كانت ضعيفة بحاجة لإصلاح بعض من أثاث الغرفة مثل الستاير كانت تعلق عند الفتح والإغلاق ولا يوجد كواية ملابس المدخل غير مريح

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with our recent stay at Nile Club hotel property. Due to the poor condition of the facilities and the unprofessional service we received, we felt compelled to check out before our reservation ended. Specifically, the front desk agent, Shaimaa, was remarkably rude and acted improperly when we addressed our concerns. This was the worst hotel experience we have encountered, and we do not intend to stay at this property again. Also, the maters were not clean, water cut often and lots of issues they were not focused to solve.

Due Lage ist sehr schön am Nil,leider eine große Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel.

Der Service war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man kann zum Beispiel erst ab 9 Uhr frühstücken, das ist für Ausflüge meist zu spät. Eher bekommt man nichts. Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist leider nicht richtig gut. Im Fischrestaurant nebenan kann man sehr gut essen.

I have assigned the Room in which slide glass was already broken . But the way staff was asked me that they were doubting on me . Later their another staff agreed that it was already broken and he was aware of that even they were planning to modification . Felt bad taste to justify .

The property is a bit dated with some small things that can be better. A few issues I noticed were: In the morning when I wanted to have a shower there was almost zero water pressure. The room had hundreds of little flies flying around (maybe down to the proximity to the Nile). The door handle kept on falling off every time I closed the door. It is not just a hotel but also a club. Very loud music was played until midnight which made it a bit difficult to go to bed earlier. Saying all this the staff try really hard to make things comfortable for guests though.

L’emplacement sur le Nil est très agréable. Le personnel est très chaleureux et prêt à aider à tout moment. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Les chambres sont très bien. La terasse est très grande.

En raison de l’isolation nous entendons beaucoup le bruit des klaxons dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner reste un peu insuffisant.

L’hôtel est bien situé, nous avions une chambre confortable avec vue sur le nil. Le personnel est top, Shimaa s’est bien occupé de nous. Le restaurant est super, nous avons mangé les meilleurs plats durant notre séjour au caire.

床虽然小到还算舒适，床上用品都起球了还没换。

房间小，酒吧吵到11点，设施简陋到吹风机都没有。到处感觉湿哒哒的。

Locatie was perfect, zeker als je auto huurt. Je kunt er gratis parkeren. Kamer was ruim maar wel gedateerd. Zicht op de Nijl was mooi. Je kunt voor een bedrag van 200 Egyptische pond dagelijks je ontbijt bestellen, wat opzich prima is voor 2 personen. Het wordt dan vers gemaakt. Menu biedt voldoende keuzes. Als uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen en de piramide te bezoeken (met eigen vervoer) een goede optie. Je bent dichtbij de snelwegen.

Je hebt alleen wifi in de slaapkamer. Zodra je uit de kamer gaat verdwijnt ook je wifi verbinding. Tijdens het douchen wordt de hele badkamer nat. Dit komt omdat de douchewand veel te kort is geplaatst. Personeel spreekt geen Engels enkel de manager (wat een fijne persoon was). Er zijn soms bruiloften in een feestzaal wat de nodige geluidsoverlast met zich meebrengt.

I’m gonna write this so everyone has a clear idea 1- the breakfast menu is a one page set that u order and if u order anything more it is chargeable for example we ordered food and our coffee was chargeable .. 2- it becomes very noisy at night so plan your sleeping after 12 3- we noticed that towels are not cleaned properly every-time they bring new towels it has batches of dirt or food what so ever 4- room service we requested so many times and they cleaned it once and it wasn’t the good it was still dirty Overall it doesn’t worth the money that is paid with the service they offer

Not worth your money. Go somewhere else. I didn’t like anything. Staff were not helpful. Rooms were old and filthy. Bed sheets had hairs. Restrooms were dirty. No elevator. Mold on the walls. Room was booked for 3 people and they brought the nastiest little bed with a 3 inch beat up old mattress

Bra läge, vackert invid Nilen. Relativt ostört. Trevlig atmosfär och managern var väldigt hjälpsam.

Att safety boxen inte satt fast. Dess låsning var dessutom trasig i mitt rum. Vakter och personal samt andra åtgärder gjorde dock att det inte kändes otryggt att ha sina saker utan safety box. Antar att de dessutom har ett safety box i receptionen om jag hade velat.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Nile Club. The place is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The rooms and facilities were well-maintained, and the view and general environment inside the club were excellent. Overall, I had a very good experience and would stay again because of the quality and comfort inside the club.

The only thing I didn't like is the location-you can clearly see where it is, and it's not the most convenient or attractive surrounding area. But once you are inside the club itself, everything feels very nice.

Tesis Nil Nehri kenarında muhteşem manzaraya sahip, restaurant, hotel ve yaşam alanları barındıran kompleksin bir parçası, otel kısmından 4 kişilik bir aile olarak yararlandık, otel temiz ve konforluydu hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık, Mustafa bey gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu kendisine ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Restaurant kısımları ise efsane, et restaurantta karışık et menü ve sembusek kesinlikle denenmeli, son gün restaurant ta yer olmamasından balık restaurant ı denedik, iyi ki denemişiz yemekler muhteşemdi çorba ve kalamar tava kesinlikle denenmeli. Tek eleştireceğim nokta kahvaltı, biraz daha geliştirilebilir bence, bu bizim Türk kahvaltı kültürüne alıştığımızdan olabilir bilemiyorum. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle uğrayacağımız bir yer…

Where do I start? The management was unwelcoming. You are asked to sign a form on arrival that is written in Arabic. I had no hot water in my room. When I asked for help, I was ignored. The noise from other events going on in the same place was unbearable, breakfast was terrible, I requested breakfast at 8.30am as thus is what you have to do and they bring the food to your room. OMG, my breakfast was served at 10.30 am after i complained about the delay. I called the manager Mostapha, who completely ignored my call. Language barrier is a major issue for non Arab guests. Peeping Tom cleaning staff on the ground floor garden. The lack of hot water issue in my room reminded unresolved until I decided to leave and go to another hotel. I booked a 5 night stay, but left after one awful night DO NOT EAT at the restaurant they recommend. I was sick as a dog the next morning. The food was awful. I'm a solo traveller who always rate my experiences highly, this time I had the worst experience. I would not recommend Nile club hotel

Breakfast and location.

We had already paid for our stay and informed the hotel that we would arrive around 5 a.m., but when we got there, we were treated extremely rudely. The staff at the entrance acted aggressively and refused to let us in. When we finally reached the reception, the receptionist was speaking disrespectfully without realizing we were guests. Our room wasn’t ready, and we had to wait until 9 a.m. We couldn’t even stay for the first night that we had already paid for. The hotel claimed they issued a refund request, but Booking.com confirmed that no such instruction was received. There were no towels in the room; we had to ask for them every day. There was no hair dryer, and the hot water didn’t work — when I asked about it, I was told, “The tank is empty.” The manager did try to assist us personally during our stay, but despite that, the problems continued. On our last day, while my wife was in an online meeting around 10:45 a.m., a staff member suddenly entered the room, started changing the sheets, and shouted “Go out! Go out! Check-out!” even though check-out time was at 12. The bed sheets also had visible stains, and the hotel was constantly noisy because it’s located next to a wedding hall. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was decent. Other than that, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Even our local tour guide was shocked by the treatment we received and apologized on behalf of his country, saying this was not the real Egypt. I strongly recommend choosing a reputable hotel instead, this place completely ruined the start and end of our trip.

I traveled with my friends who preferred a hotel with moderate prices, but we were surprised to find that it’s not a real hotel — rather a club with a small annex of about 10 rooms they call a “hotel.” The rooms are very old, the closet doors are broken, part of the bathroom ceiling is damaged, and the floor was full of hair. We informed the management several times, but nothing was done. Also, the towels had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the location is not bad, and the outdoor seating area by the Nile is nice. But overall, the experience was disappointing, and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Fantastisch locatie direct aan de Nijl in de hectiek van deze superdrukke stad. Is onderdeel van een complex met onder andere 2 restaurants en een grote feestzaal die soms wordt gebruikt voor bruiloften en feesten ( tot 23.30-00.00 uur). Service niveau is uitstekend: de staff en met name de manager doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. De kamers van het kleine hotel zijn uitstekend, hebben direct uitzicht op de Nijl en zijn voorzien van AC, koelkast en koffie/thee faciliteiten (dagelijks vers water). Tip: alle betalingen gaan per Visa of MC - houd er rekening mee dat niet alle NL bankpassen worden geaccepteerd (ook al staat deze op "wereld' als setting). Het moet een bankkaart zijn die ook door jouw bank in combi met visa /mc is uitgegeven. Gelukkig kun je wel alles met de visa / mc credit card betalen, ook hele kleine bedragen.

De AC op onze kamer functioneerde absoluut goed maar maakte wel veel lawaai zodat je af en toe wakker wordt van de draaiende unit. Natuurlijk kun je ook prima slapen zonder AC. Verder werkt de WIFI helaas niet voorbij de receptie / op het terras (in de kamer werkt deze uitstekend !)

Le petit déjeuner doit comprendre un café dans le même prix de l'hébergement. Le Wifi dans les chambres n'est pas satisfaisant. (absence...)

Rooms are clean and wide with own balcony, fantastic Nile view. Director Mostafa is the best, I had a small problem the day before with the breakfast and he immediately arranged everything for the best service ever
