Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Net Appartement in woonwijk. Op loopafstand van grote supermarket en een aantal restaurants. Overige winkelcentra zijn ook dichtbij. Is op loopafstand mits temperatuur niet te koud is, wij hadden -25 tot -35. Parkeren van eventueel huur auto moet bij de supermarkt, echter is dit heel eenvoudig. Keuken is voorzien van oven, vaatwasser en magnetron. Fijne communicatie met eigenaresse, duidelijke info met betrekking tot inchecken, parkeren auto en uitchecken. BusHalte Santa express is heel dichtbij.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026部屋はとても暖かく広くて綺麗だったのですごく快適でした。チェックインもアウトも簡単でわかりやすかったです。キッチンも非常に整っていて良かったです。シャワーの強さ、温度もgoodでした。食器乾燥機や洗濯機もあり、とても助かりました。立地もすぐ近くにレンタカーを置く場所やスーパーがあったので、便利でした。ベッドの寝心地とても良かったことが印象に残っています。一生寝れます。

The water when showering got all over the entire bathroom. Not sure if that is a finnish bathroom but having to remove the water on the floor after every shower wasn't fun

Reviewed Mar 8, 2025I really appreciate the communication with owners and their hospitality. They were very polite and helpful. Also, they vere so patient with many questions also regarding local transportation tips. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. We could dry wet clothes using floor heating which worked well. I and my doughters liked this place very much. The location of the apartment allowed us to use city bus (from train station which is close by) to get to Santa's Village so we did not have to use taxi.

Reviewed Dec 11, 2024The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to the centre and a supermarket. Their is even a sledge which my kids loved. There was a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets. We had everything we needed. Instructions on how to get into the apartment were sent on the day and were very detailed and clear. Overall a great stay.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2024The appartment has a perfect location to explore Rovaniemi. Supermarket is closeby and city center of Rovaniemi is only 10-15min walk. The appartment has all the things you need and communication with the host is always clear and fast response. Parking lot is also closeby. We really enjoyed our time staying here 😊

Reviewed Jan 21, 2024The apartment was new and modern as advertised. Comfy bed, warm apartment that was very good after a whole day tour in a freezing -20 degrees. There is a supermarket across the street. Apartment was just 15 mins away from the airport by taxi. The host allowed us to check out late though we need to check out for another activity before we head to airport. Easy communication with the host.
No internet during our 4 days of stay. Towels don’t look fresh and smells. The drawers for utensils not that clean.

Reviewed Nov 20, 2023we were there at the beginning of winter, so there were -10 - 15 outside. The flat is cosy, it has everything necessary for a family (two children + two adults) AND the flat had sledge!!! Mooving by sledges in the streets of Rovaniemi is pretty easy and children just love this .
location could be closer to the centre, but on another hand, everything in Rovaniemi is 15-20 min walking distance, so this is actually not a problem.
