The place was not ready & clean we when arrived. We contact the owner but he/she doesn't answer. I had to asked a relative to repeatedly call him. Finally he answered but most of the time he won't answer. There are cockroaches & ants. Hot shower machine was busted & the owner didn't fix it. There was no water after 1 week of our stay. We had to asked the security guard in the lobby for water to shower. We had to stay with friends on that weekend to have a full bath. I would not recommend this place. Good luck for all the stress you'll encounter once you stay in there.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2024We loved how we were able to leave our luggages before the check in time as we just moved from one unit to the other. Able to see the pyro competition by the room.
We particularly did not like how there was no anti slip mat in the bathroom. The shower curtain was flowy as we shower hence water is heading off out of the shower area causing a bit of water puddles by the sink. There were no bathroom slippers to prevent us from slipping. Another thing is, we found a used plate in the microwave, red ants by the sink, black ants by the dining table. Annnd a cockroach, although small, but still so eeky. The bed was too soft too. Potable water not provided.

Reviewed Aug 5, 20241. We arrived earlier than the checkin time. The staff allowed me to leave my luggage at the reception area since I had to eat lunch with my toddler at Lim Ket Kai. 2. The owner is responsive to all my queries. 3. The view at night was wonderful 4. The location is superb. I love that all important stores and fastfood are just nearby. I love that Coffee Project is just located in front of the hotel. 5. Highly accessible most especially if you do not have a car and rely heavily on public commute. 6. It is near the terminal for vans and buses heading to the airport. 7. Overall my stay was comfortable and great.
1. I saw several small cockroaches on the sink. 2. The Bathroom tiles were slippery and my toddler slid once.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2024I really like the view night and day on the balcony. It is really clean, comfortable bed and I didn't expect that there is an extra bed under, that was nice for the girl and boy friends only.
There's no cabinet for the dress that I want to hang my outfit. And the oven is not working. But still rate 5 star.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2023Overall I’m very satisfied with our stay at the condo unit.The place is clean, cozy and very comfortable.It’s equipped with kitchen stuff that we usually need when cooking and preparing our food.We stayed for 3 nights and we did cook few meals while we’re there.Also the location is great because theres a coffee shop opposite of the building ❤️ and it’s near shopping malls as well.Also the host replies to my messages right away which is a plus point.. 😊😊😊
Well it’s actually the buildings problem.Since we stayed for 3 nights we have quite a lot of trash and to be able to throw our garbage we have to go all the way to the 2nd floor(using the elevator) then walked through the stairs to go to the ground floor..
