The Loop North Tower

The place is very ideal for a week of staycation. The owner is abrupt with my concerns and it has a nice view at night. The condo staffs are polite and kudos with the security guards! I had a great time staying and will be my “go to” place when I visit CDO.

To set the stage for my review you need to adjust your expectations. Many travelers assume that a property listed on this platform is a hotel. Most condos listed here are managed by the actual owners. That said, you can experience huge differences in quality and support. I found this particular unit to excel over many condos I have rented over the years. I received important information regarding how to access my unit as well as parking and amenities available. The bed was extremely comfortable. The aircon was ice cold and reasonably quiet for a window-style unit. The condo was not overly cluttered with decor and offered everything you needed for short to long term stays. The bathroom (CR) was small as expected but very functional. It had good water pressure. Hot water was readily available in the shower. The towels were awesome. Definitely hotel quality brands. The location was incredible. Close to malls, and in my case, government buildings. I really have no clue if there was a pool, gym, etc. so I can't comment on it. Bottom line is the price was amazing inexpensive for what I got.

I didn't necessarily dislike anything but you should be aware that although there's free parking in front of the building it's limited and appeared to be always full. For an additional P350/day you can get access to the covered parking structure. The condo management can arrange that or the front desk guard.

Proximity to Limketkai Mall. 100m away.

No baggage storage in the condo building if you arrive early before check-in time.

Location is fantastic, malls and shops are walking distance. I appreciate the studio is cosy and has all the elements you need for a comfortable stay. I've stayed here a couple of times and everytime I notice something new has been added for guests to use!

During one stay, the toilet got blocked which was the first for us. however, the host responded to my query quickly and had someone come to help with the situation and fixed it quickly! very much appreciated the quick turnaround.

I AM JUST A LITTLE CONCERN ON THE DOOR KNOB OR THE WHOLE DOOR. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A KEY PROVIDED, IT NEEDS DEAD LOCK TO SECURE THE DOOR, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.

Best condotel I have stayed at during my four months of travelling through the Philippines. Hosts have paid attention to the little details that are often missed during other similar condos. From face towels to brooms and mops and a well-stocked kitchen with drinks and snacks on offer for a very good price this place had all the comforts of my own home and more. Nice little artworks and decorations throughout the apartment. A mat in front of the kitchen sink! High quality toilet paper. Everything was perfect. Check-in instructions were very clear and relatively easy checking in with security and collecting the keys to the apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I wish we could've stayed longer.

There was an outdoor party at the mall across the street. I thought on the 21st floor we would not hear the noise but it carried well into the night.

Its not as spacious as the previous unit in the same level I have stayed before or could it be the arrangement of the room.

First the location of the room is perfect. The view from outside the window is the typical city lights I've been looking for. The room was spacious for a couple, the owner was very accommodating and most of all our stay was fantastic. I was able to do my work without any interruptions. Lastly, the aroma you can smell getting inside the room is very attractive. We'll surely come again next month. 🥰 Thank you for the wonderful experience.

There is absolutely no storage whatsoever in this unit. We were literally living out of suitcases scattered all over the floor making it extremely uncomfortable. There isn't even a single hook to hang a towel. The internet and tv were not working for several days before anybody paid attention. Overall it is a very small studio that is disappointingly very poorly equipped, and yet so easily fixed.

The property is well kept, clean and comfy. The owners give clear instructions and updates from time to time. The wifi is very good and they provide quality amenities in the unit for guests to use.

Walking distance from restaurants and check in was very convenient. Also near Cogon Night Market. Unit has kitchen utensils, tablewares and complete with even shampoo, soap and other toiletries. You can see the city, and good internet connection and has Netflix available.

It's a bit crampy and there are no shelves for putting clothes. Theres no need for a folding bed.

The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. Necessary toiletries were provided. Extra beddings were available with no extra cost. The owner / property manager was responsive and considerate. The location is very accessible. We will surely book again.

Squeaky clean ang place. Well-maintained. Daming amenities. I especially loved yung blower, water & shower heater, and plantsa (kahit di ko nagamit hehe). May balcony (adorned w/ layered curtains) and maganda view from there. Modern ang tv, you can connect your device remotely.

Although pwede naman mag-init sa induction cooker, better sana if may microwave oven. Baka rin pwede mga 1-2L ang complimentary water. 😁

Good reliable Wifi internet. Comfortable and quiet. No insects. Hosts Fay and Jeff respond quickly if needed. A good bargain for the money. Mall and supermarket across the street for meals or food to cook in the studio. The a/c was quiet and just the right temperature.
