Though there was a table fan at the living room, it was not enough for the living-cum-dining. Was a bit warm.

Its a bit off the main road. On the advertisement, it says near airport. It is off the way. It was not easy to locate. This is a subdivision and landmark was not indicated properly. Proper information is missing. It should be sent to the guest after booking. You need to contact the owner for guidance as the description information listed is totally wrong. Hoping this can be improve. Cleanliness: please check the bathroom floors and kitchen sync for fungus. The sponges is dirty and moldy. This is mostly lucking in many places in the Philippines even hotels. As I am an owner who also do rental, I like to help others improve. We all in this together. Take this info as compliment.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025The price is very affordable considering this is a 4-BR house. The place is so clean and well-maintained. The location is also near the airport which fitted our purpose since we work in the airlines. The neighborhood is all quiet at night so the ambience is very relaxing.

Reviewed Feb 5, 2025I liked that it accommodated my whole family. It has all the basic things we need for our stay. Cookwares, induction cooker, rice cooker, cutleries, plates and mugs. Also has basic toiletries like, shampoo, body wash and toothpaste. There is also a water dispenser.
It would have been better if there are tissue papers available. A mop to clean the floors. We also tried asking for earlier check-in as we arrived early at the airport and we have seniors and a baby with us. But the property was not available for earlier check-in. You may need to bring your food or ingredients for you to be able to cook food as you would need to go out the subdivision to buy stuff.

The owner is friendly and accommodating. There’s also a free access in the pool and club house, just in front of the property.

There were some delays with the prepation and cleaning time of the unit though, it was not yet that ready though when it was our time to check.in, but the staff is accomodating and realy tried their best to make the place clean for us.Overall it was a very good stay.
