The stairs to go into the bedrooms they are very dangerous and the mattress on the guestroom they are horrible if you rent a car is a nightmare to park and they say free parking next-door neighbor doesn’t care always take your parking spot in front of your property very rude person

Reviewed Dec 7, 2023We like the house itself, we were able to make home-cooked meals as the kitchen is complete with utensils and cookware that we needed. We had a very comfortable stay. So comfortable that we slept through a 7.4 magnitude earthquake while we were there, none of us felt the earthquake. Seriously! Location is good, very close to the airport, the hiway, the market and the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses were we went for a one day convention.
The bathroom can be slippery, after someone takes a bath and the suds are on the floor. Just take extra precaution when you are with a senior citizen or with small children. Our mom who is a senior citizen slipped a few times, but nothing major. No public transpo inside the subdivision. I think you need to call taxi to pick you up or walk towards where the jeepneys are, though it was not a problem for us since we had our own car.

It's hot because there's no trees around the subdivision and there's only 1 aircon in the room. The towels were not tidy and the bedsheets as well.
