Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The location of the hotel was ok- It was convenient to get into town and very convenient to get food as there is a food court just behind the hotel which is accessible on foot.
Room cleanliness was not to my expectation -towels had stains and toilet seat had urine. The floor was also very dusty. There was insufficient parking space - even though it was paid parking.

I've booked 2 rooms via booking.com at hotel twelve. The toilet bowl seat was in terrible condition, dirty and black, which was not hygienic. Additionally, there were no shampoo, body soap and toilet tissue in the bathroom, making it inconvenient. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and basic amenities. Dust everywhere and the wallpaper is also not in perfect condition (being torn) the odor of the room is also not so pleasant... We check in after midnight and check out early in the morning.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026This hotel is extremely bad. There was a dead cockroach on the floor. The body wash was empty and not refilled. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. One bottle of mineral water had already been used and not replaced. Worst of all, there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drain at night.

The bedsheets were not changed to fresh ones, as we observed housekeeping cleaning the room after the previous guests checked out. Furthermore, the room was not properly cleaned, as there was noticeable dust and other people’s hair present

Cleanlines is poor and,seen a baby cockroach in the room,also a lot of dust.I'm sorry to say,due to my baby had medical problem of Eczema,causing a lot itchiness and redness to my baby skin.I'm very-very sorry say about this comment. I seen a lot like damage or un-repaired facilities.
