Die Schlüsselübernahme hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter super nett. Wir hatte Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, er kümmerte sich sofort, 3 Stunden später war alles wieder ok.

Für Familien mit Kindern oder Hund ist es nicht wirklich geeignet. Für Kinder habe ich keine Bademöglichkeit oder einen Spielplatz gesehen. Außerdem gibt es zur Ferienwohnung zwar einen großen Balkon aber mehr ist leider nicht. Hunde haben kaum Grünflächen nur ausgezeichnete Plätze, wo es dann auch Kottüten und spezielle Abfalleimer gibt.

Top Lage. Super Aussicht auf Lugano, See und Monte Bré. Mit Auto und dem öffentlichen Verkehr sehr gut erreichbar. Auch zu Fuss nach Lugano in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar.

Nichts. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.

An amazing apartment, in quiet residential location with the stunning view. Very comfortable beds and well equipped apartment (kitchen accessories, washing mashine, dryer, iron, etc). Great neighbour downstairs (Claudio) with whom I have a priviledge to chat few times. Very good support from Quokka 360 (thank you Anna). Highly recommended place!

It is worth to book for a longer, cause when you want to extend the place might be already take. Would definitelly come back. Thank you.

Wunderschöne, grosse Wohnung an toller Lage. Sonnig, ruhig, gemütlich. Zentral gelegen. Wunderbare Aussicht.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche war etwas bescheiden.

The place is so beautiful and quiet... The apartment is so clean, and it is full of art ... The owners are so kind... The apartment is fully occupied with everything we need to cook or wash or relax... It's perfect 👌

Nothing at all...

The view of the lake and hillsides was fantastic, especially from the veranda and sun room. Off- road and covered parking, great air-conditioning, proper living facilities, not just a holiday apartment. Large accommodation, friendly neighbour, about 20 minute walk from the town.

There was nothing more you could wish for, aside from more time! Let us know if you ever wish to sell up and move on!

Die Wohnung punktet mit ihrer Lage. Geräumige Anlage, 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine Essküche. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Anlage verfügt über eine tolle Terrasse und einen anschließenden Wintergarten. Da bleiben nicht viel Wünsche offen.

Eine Filter-Kaffeemaschine fehlt, nur ein kleiner Automat mit Pads vorhanden. Die Batterien in den Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen sollten immer überprüft werden. Ein Rollo / Jalousie für den "Wintergarten" fehlte auf der Sonnenseite, da hing nur ein alter verschmutzter Vorhang. Die Ausstattung (Teller, Tassen,....) könnten mal auf dem Wochenmarkt vervollkommnet werden. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die nicht dazu führen, nie wieder hier Urlaub machen zu wollen.

I spent a week with my family in July at the Miravalle apartment. The views over the lake Lugano and surrounding mountains are magnificent. The apartment is big and very well maintained. It's also well equipped. We found pretty much everything we needed, including delicious espresso capsules :) All rooms have air conditioning, which was great for us as that was a hot week. The owner is helpful and takes care of his guests. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a couple of minor issues that we reported to the agency, but they didn't care much. Luckily, the owner, who leaves nearby, took care immediately of everything.

Everything, Interior detailing is amazing The exterior balcony with the view is one of a kind lucky to have.

Only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet instead of 2 bathrooms as advertised. Carpark is not “connected” to the house and therefore require umbrella to get to the house or carpark when raining. Umbrellas though are provided.

I can’t say enough about the amazing view from the large balcony and windows!! The apartment was clean and well outfitted. The shower was great and the beds (too) firm. Only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the lake, train station, shops, restaurants, grocery. (But remember you have to walk back UP again—at least partly even if you take the #5 bus) If you’re going to bring your dog, please note that there is very little green space nearby. Owners live downstairs and he is very kind/friendly.
