Großzügige Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet in guter Wohnlage. Küche (auch wenn ich nur gefrühstückt habe) bestens ausgestattet. Ein Ort zum Wiederkommen.

Semplicemente meravigliosa!!!! Era talmente accogliente che quasi ci dispiaceva uscire! Fare colazione in giardino poi è stato veramente magnifico.

Eigentümer gut erreichbar bei Fragen und Anliegen, freundlich und grundsätzlich engagiert. Schön eingerichtet mit Hang zum Detail. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit grundsätzlich guter durchdachter Ausstattung. Nicht für mit Kleinkindern geeignet. Zu schön, man muss andauern aufpassen😊 Fliegen und Moskito Schutz vor Fenster, Ventilatoren vorhanden. Sehr schöne Lage mit Aussicht in 15 Min zu Fuss im Zentrum. Top und sehr ruhige Lage. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Beamer vorhanden, mit Usb Anschluss. Infomaterial vorhanden übers Tessin und Lugano und die Möglichkeiten.

Bei uns war die Toiletten Spülung kaputt. Deshalb war unser Aufenthalt nicht toll. Die Eigentümer waren bemüht aber das Problem während unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht gelöst. Was mir aufgefallen ist dass einige Gegenstände in der Wohnung leicht defekt sind. Sie funktionieren zwar grundsätzlich sollten aber mal erneuert werden. Und das Eisfach war sehr vereiist und deshalb unbenutzbar. Kaffeemaschine Nespresso ist schmutzig und wurde von uns deshalb nicht benutzt. Moskito Netze sind teilweise undicht am Rand. Ventilatoren sind in die Jahre gekommen. Seifen Spender war defekt aber benutzbar. Gesamthaft könnte die Wohnung sauberer sein aber ich würde mich auch als heikel bezeichnen ich schaue alles sehr genau an.

La terrasse, le calme, la taille de l'appartement et les équipements (machine à café, micro-ondes...). Parfait

The place was spacious and clean, easy check in and check out, very well equipped. It's got its own space outside, it's very quiet and you can reach the center of Lugano in 20 mins walk.

Two small things that would bring this to a ten for me. 1. Pillows - the pillows provided are tiny and very thin, we all ended up with a bad neck. 2. Shower handle - the shower handle doesn't stay in place and it's very challenging to shower properly. It would be such a tiny investment for a huge return.

דירה מרווחת מאוד! נוף יפהפיה! נעימה ממש, הסבר מדויק וקל איך להגיע ואיך להיכנס. היה מרחק הליכה של 10 ד׳ לבית הכנסת, ושימוש בשבת במפתח ולא בקוד - כל מה שיהודי דתי צריך.

Lovely place, great location, responsive and helpful host

Spacious apartment in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Lovely sunny patio area with lovely views over to Mount Bre. 15-20 minutes walk into the Centre of Lugano. Parking on property which was a bonus

The apartment itself is not luxurious but great for a short stay. Would have preferred a television as opposed to a projector

Clean, spacious apartment just a 15-minute walk to the center of town and Lago di Lugano. No in-room AC, but roll-down window shades kept the apartment cool. On-site parking was a plus!

Some furnishings and appointments should be updated. Beds were comfortable but noisy. Shower head and holder should be replaced/repaired.

Отличное местоположение, совсем недалеко от центра города. Из квартиры открывается отличный вид на город и горы. В доме есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Заселились самостоятельно, нам заранее была отправлена инструкция. В квартире было чисто и комфортно. Спасибо!

Very good location, large apartment and clean. Overall a very good value for money.

The only negative thing, that prevented me from giving a 10/10, is that on early Saturday morning there was a gardener/worker doing stuff right outside the bedroom window (the apartment is on the ground floor). Apart from the noise, the most important thing was the lack of privacy.

We enjoyed our 8-night stay in this quiet, spacious apartment with a lovely view and a nice outdoor seating area. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple options for making coffee including a Nespresso machine! The host, Sarah, was very responsive and we met her mother who lives in the same building as the rental apartment. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood close to grocery stores and an easy 10-minute walk from the lake and center of town.
