I had a very pleasant experience staying over at Die Regte Rede. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the accommodation itself is very neat and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Everything was excellent from the first moment. They really thought about everything. The host and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make it comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and their is even a game room where you can relax. They really thought about everything, even making a newspaper available, and sensor lights around the path. Stylish and extremely clean.

Einfach alles. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Unser Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr groß und sehr sauber.

Location was perfect. The brekfast needs a better chief/cook regaeding meals, no real butter, better selection pf bread and coffee should be able to have a better seletion

The unit over looking the pool was great but any one using the pool looked into the unit so privacy, owner were awesome, the parking was a little diffecult and at night time the light to the entrance should be left on for guests

The room was very neat and the breakfast Imke was making sure that we enjoyed it

This is a great place, peaceful, tranquil, secure with excellent communication& prompt responses from the host & staff the heated pool means the guest house is a holiday on its own. We arrived earlier than planned& they happily welcomed us. Nothing was too much, very hospitable staff. Breakfast was a bonus, packed lunch was provided if we had to set off early. Very friendly staff, our room was cleaned daily. We stayed for 7 days to celebrate mum's 70th. I would stay here again. We met different people & they had nothing but praise for this place. Exceptional.

it was blistering hot in Cape Town - rooms had no aircons - only a fan room was not cleaned - the previous guest had taken the spare key - but she could have asked us for our key before we could leave for the day

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse, ze had veel tips voor ons en we hebben s avonds nog heerlijk zitten kletsen op het terras met haar. Ook tours kun je makkelijk bij hen boeken. Op de dag van vertrek heeft ze nog een lekkere maaltijd voor ons gemaakt tegen een kleine vergoeding. En je zit heel dicht bij het vliegveld

Very clean, accessible to the N1 freeway. The hosts were very warm and friendly. A perfect home away from home.

We arrived much later than expected, however hosts were very understanding and waited longer than expected for us to arrive (1 am). On arrival gates were opened and greeted with a full explanation of all the facilities provided. Very short stay, great breakfast though with very polite and accommodating hosts & staff

Poor parking Bathroom - across the hall way from the room, the hall way is a shared - thus privacy and comfort is non existent. Windows into the shared hallway, which is uncomfortable as the other guest switched on lights during the night. The breakfast skimmed - in comparison to other guest houses. There is no terrace as advertised - and initial reservation stated the room was air conditioned.

Towels were thin. Bed linen was not fresh. Breakfast was not good. Food was not freshly prepaired and were served cold. Eggs were well done although we asked for easy over eggs.

De eigenaar stond ons op te wachten op het vliegveld, heel fijn dat we dat zo konden regelen. Onderweg naar de accommodatie gaf hij ons veel tips over het rijden en de veiligheid in Zuid-Afrika. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was super! We voelden ons echt verwend.

The facility looked exactly like it looked in the photo, and was close to N1 City hospital, where I worked during my time there.

The Gas Heater had no air conditioning; they offered dinner and Drinks in the fridge, but their card machine didn't work, which posed a great inconvenience if you are using a cooperative card, and they did not mention this on arrival. No Gown, no slippers, absolutely nothing in the bathroom for the guest except for toilet paper, not even a shower cap. Provided white towels upon request.

The place is clean and very safe. It a home away from home. The host Imke and staff were very friendly. It is very beautiful. The fridge was fully stocked. The breakfast was great. I could access my room from the balcony which was very convenient. Imke is a great host and very friendly.

Komplett moderne, neu gestaltete Unterkunft in der Nähe des Flughafens ( trotzdem leise ). Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung, sehr gutem Bett und sehr schönem Bad. Sehr sauber. Sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung durch die Besitzer. Sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Frühstücksraum. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Am Abend konnten wir ( aus einer kleinen Karte ) auch ein sehr schmackhaftes Abendessen einnehmen. Die Besitzerin spricht fließend deutsch. Volle Weiterempfehlung.

Everything was perfect

The property is lovely, conveniently located and secure, with a pool and a garden. Imke and Michael are the most wonderful and most genial hosts imaginable :-) Imke makes fantastic breakfasts, Michael's airport shuttle service is invaluable. In fact, I stayed at Die Regte Rede twice (18th - 19th & 28th - 29th November) and would not hesitate to do so again. I am hoping to stay there again next year, but for longer, and also take advantage of some of the local tours Michael operates.

N/A - there was nothing that I didn't like and nothing could have been better. I can't recommend Die Regte Rede highly enough. I was not driving a car so I am personally unable to comment on parking, but other reviewers no doubt have.

The accommodation was both comfortable and exceptionally clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, organized, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free stay!
