Personnel professionnel accueillant et aux petits soins, logement confortable, calme et insonorisé dans un environnement verdoyant, vue exceptionnelle au dernier étage. Lits confortables. Je recommande fortement ce logement dans lequel je reviendrai séjourner sans hésitation.

We had fist booked an apartment relatively far out of the center but luckily cancelled and found this apartment in Leman apartment building on short notice. Contact and communication with the agent were excellent and very kind. Accomodation in this area (district 3) is usally more expensive but the location is worth it, about 10min by Grab to District 1 (Saigon Center) and walking distance to war remnants museum and a park with childrens playground. Grab cars can pick-up, park easily and deliver food. On floor B1 of the complex there is a decent burger place and supermarket with coconuts. The rooftop pool has seen better days but is large and clean. Part of it is a shallow toddlers area, the other part a normal pool with refreshing water temperature. There are showers, sunbeds with shade and even a guard. The area is perfect for walking and has good food options nearby. The Japanese restaurant across the street in the alley has good quality dishes and economic lunch sets before 13:45h (last order). Better avoid Melbourne Cafe for breakfast and rather head out for local places or cafés. It takes about 16 minuter to the airport at 07:00 AM.

L’appartement est très bien situé et dispose d’une supérette en bas de l’immeuble … ce qui est très pratique (pour les bouteille d’eau). La rue est commerçante, des supermarchés à 10 min à pieds. La Clim fait beaucoup trop de bruit pour la laisser allumer la nuit. Ce qui peut poser problème quand on souffre de la chaleur.

This apartment was a great find, spacious and comfortable, in a great location adjacent to the main tourist district. The air conditioning was very welcome and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent.

L’appartement est assez proche des lieux touristiques. Il y a une supérette au sous-sol avec accès direct avec l’ascenseur de l’immeuble. La personne responsable de l’appartement est très disponible. Dans l’ensemble tout est propre, la cuisine est bien équipée et la literie est confortable.

Nous avons eu des soucis avec la climatisation et le sèche linge. Mais le responsable est intervenu rapidement. Par moment il y a la remontée des odeurs d’égout dans l’appartement. L’appartement est un peu ancien, donc la décoration va avec.

Absolute dream apartment with a truly sensational view of HCM. Great facilities, pool on roof, luxury apartment, very competitive price, what’s not to like! Communication fantastic from booking to checkout. A slick operation.

We loved our time in HCM and the apartment was very much a key part of this. One small thing to consider, could pool towels be provided for when visiting the roof top pool?

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is in the perfect location, very cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were great, and communication was always quick and easy. The owner is incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome. We loved it so much that we are already planning to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Prefect for a family, pool, shop, food area. The view from the pool top of the city went on for miles. Step out onto the street and you have coffee shops and a couple of small eateries, which are good.

Everything was perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the staff was very gentle and attentive.

Könnte sauberer sein. Einiges an Staub und Kakerlaken in der Wäschekammer. Und man musste Cash bezahlen. War sehr lästig das zusammen zu bekommen, da der Automat nur 3Mio auf einmal liefert, jedes Mal Gebühren fällig sind und wir tatsächlich mit 13,5 Mio dann in der Stadt rumlaufen mussten.

Had a wonderful stay at the property

The location was good.

We were constantly nagged about the payment despite the issue being their machine wasn't working. They kept on ringing and sending messages despite telling them we were heading out to get cash. Someone opened the door without our permission while we were inside and getting ready to go out at 10 PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? Breach of privacy!! It's a big no. I told them I didn't have cash and would either get it later or leave it tomorrow morning at their cash box. Why was the cash box there in the apartment if they didn't want us to leave it there?? They kept coming back again after I left and again messaged tomorrow numerous times. It ruined the whole stay. The best advice I can give everyone is to avoid this place. Nothing beats peace of mind and privacy. They made us feel like we were about to leave without paying. Never recommending or staying at this place again.

Fantastic stay at this apartment, the pool on the roof was amazing to cool off and look at the city as day turned to night and the city sparkled. Incredibly comfortable bedrooms and the location was fabulous - easy walk to key attractions in District 3, war remanants museum and Independence Palace ..very accessible to District 1. Our host was great too and very helpful. Perfect for families with teens who want their own space and to spend time together.

the location was close enough from things and was within the day trips pick up area. kitchen facility and washing machine were handy to have.

shower was old and not that clean, could've been better. last minute cash payment request and charging for luggage service when it was kept by their staff. we were told they use external service but our tracker said otherwise.

Well air-conditioned throughout, spacious and washing machine and dryer available. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very suitable for the 6 of us. The swimming pool on the roof top is a real treat when trying to cool down after a hot summer day.

Honestly this place blew my expectations right out of the water. The host was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with anything i might need around the city. He even invited me over to his family's restaurant and it was delicious. Centrally located in District 3 it was very easy to get to places and there was such good food just a block away from the spot. Rooftop pool and supermarket all apart of the experience. If I ever stay in Saigon again....it will most certainly be at this place.

Apartment was excellent - clean and spacious with great views.

Having to pay in cash was a big problem. It took several days to get the money ready, due to cash withdrawal limits imposed by my bank. Electronic payment or, at worst, card payment should have been available.

Very easy communication with the host. Location is close to sites, with a Circle K across the road and a supermarket in the basement. The rooftop pool has a great view!

The room is a little dated and has a few ants. Was told the POS machine wasn't working and to pay cash. Luckily, I was able to make a bank transfer to avoid ATM fees.

Location - central to everything.

The apartment, pool and building was extremely run down. Everything was shabby and dirty. Not worth the 200 AUD/night! We were in apt 19-C and judging by the photo's, there are different levels of quality throughout the building as I think the apartments are owned by different people - therefore some take care and pride in their apartment and our owner clearly did not, as it looked like it hadn't been decorated I would say since it's been opened - very dated> The wallpaper was peeling, all the woodwork and the floors the furniture the cabinetry was all scuffed and scratched, it was dirty and not cleaned properly. There were no TVs in the bedroom except there were outlets and screws in the wall where they previously had a TV.. There is no safe either and the door lock barely locks. The door moved like 2 cm and did not give any feeling of security. You can't flush toilet paper and the hot water stopped working at one point and then came back on, the toilet was leaking, the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor because the drain had blocked up and they blamed us for the blockage because there was hair in it, but seeing as I'm bald, it clearly wasn't from me yet they still tried to blame my daughter after one night staying there. There is no welcome book or information about the facilities in the building or restaurants nearby at all, yet when I mentioned this, they referred to the welcome book and I realised later that what they were talking about was the text message they sent us which had barely any information. The concierge and the people downstairs have nothing to do with the apartment and they rarely smile or say hello. I have to say it's not very welcoming for a 'luxury' apartment. The pool area was very rundown. The glass around the pool was filthy- you could barely see through it. The pool bar was always shut and the paintwork around the pool was cracked and peeling.

Great value apartment and location. Clean and well stocked for our family with kids. Convenient in building groceries on first floor as well as a cafe.

I was disappointed to find out from the host that he could only accept cash payment only one day prior to our stay. Most ATMs limit withdrawls so we were just fortunate to have available cash. Also, check in details were provided only a few hours in advance when it is more appropriate to provide this information at least 2 days in advance. This combo of the situation created unnecessary uncertainty about the booking. In the end, the host was flexible with meeting us for a later check in and helped us have a smooth checkin.

What a beautiful apartment. Everything has been thought of to make anyone’s stay comfortable easy and relaxing. Communication with property was fabulous, always available for help if needed. The gym on level 25 with pool is the BEST gym we had out of all the accommodation we stayed at. I absolutely loved this apartment one of my favourites in Vietnam. If I could I would rate it 100/100

Check in process could be a little smoother

The location is good and central around KLCC, and the view from the higher floors is nice but you won’t see the Petronas towers.

Our experience was extremely poor from start to finish. When we arrived no one greet us, we waited very long time in the taxi for him to come. His excuse was he was checking in someone. Then he met us at the taxi handed us the key card and tell us to go to the room ourselves then he will collect payments later. We had 5 luggages and 2 kids. On the first day, we checked into Tower C, Unit 5, Floor 47. The air conditioning was broken. I reported it immediately, but the staff kept insisting it was just hot during the daytime and told us to wait until night. Even at night, the temperature inside was still around 38°C, and during the day it went above 40°C because of the glass and high floor. They promised to send someone at 10pm to fix it, but no one came, and there was no response when we followed up. My kids could not sleep at all. The next day, we were moved to Tower A, Unit 6, Floor 6. This unit was infested with cockroaches. At first we saw 4–5 and thought it was manageable, but later more and more started coming out. It became a full infestation, with cockroaches coming from the bed, dining table, under the toilets, behind mirrors, behind couches, fridge, washing machine, and sinks. It was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. We were provided with a bug spray to kill them. We probably killed no less than 50. The beds also have bed bugs. I kept requesting another unit, but day after day they said they couldn’t find another 2-bedroom unit (which is what we originally booked). Finally, on the 4th day, they moved us again to Tower B, Unit 2, Floor 30. This was the worst unit of all. It looked like a drug house. Everything was broken, walls, doors, windows and the entire place smelled strongly of smoke, like someone had been smoking heavily there for a long time. It felt unhealthy to stay there, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if you catch diseases laying on those beds. It was so bad that we preferred to go back and stay in the cockroach-infested unit instead.

Tolle zentrumsnahe und dennoch ruhige Lage und sehr komfortable Unterkunft. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Supermarkt ist im Haus; dort auch einfaches preiswertes Frühstück möglich Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit sehr gut.

Modern apartment in a well secured complex. We didn't meet the owners just given access details. The apartment was spacious for the three of us with kitchen facilities.

I was disappointed with the state of the beds in the apartment as the condition of the beds were inadequate. Very uncomfortable and they contained bed bugs. We felt the effects of these buds the following day on check out. These beds need to be replaced immediately.
