Hotel location is within walking distance to our Vietnam office which is very convenient for us.

Hotel room is very old, should have the renovation to upgraded it. Breakfast is simple but acceptable

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was great although shallow but fine to swim and the view was great. I walked everywhere. The war museum, reunification palace abd water puppet theatre were about 10 mins walk tho on busy roads. I think most people take taxis which are very cheap but I walked into the centre too. There was plenty of choice for Asian breakfast as well as bread fruit etc.

I booked a room with a balcony and it would have been nice to have a chair to sit outside but as it was as the hotel is in a very busy corner it was really too loud to sit outside- good for viewing the motorcyclists atvthe junction! Just be careful crossing the roads outside. Other reviews mentioned it being a bit old in decor but it was fine.

Great rooftop pool area.

Fitness area was poor, prices on menus weren't correct, terrible view from room window.

Locatie is goedgelegen. Je krijgt een goed beeld van Ho Chi Minh. Verder zijn de kamers op de hogere etages geluidsarm.

Best veel: het zwembad was in onderhoud, terwijl dit niet was aangegeven. Dit was voor ons juist de reden om het hotel te boeken. De kamer rook naar fungus/schimmel, de inrichting was gedateerd, de kitranden absent, of ernstig vervuild. Er was geen normale douchecabine, maar je staat in een glad ligbad te douchen. Verwacht ook niet dat je kan roken op je speciaal bijgeboekte balkon: dit leidt tot een boete van 30euro/1.000.000vnd Al met al een tegenvaller voor de relatief hoge prijs (22 euro/660.000vnd)

Shower No clear about what u pay in the fridge Charged mony for the water. It wasn't right on the liste u should pay. I got invoices in the end checking out for the water I took.

Only used the room for a day stay due to an evening flight

Little tired in appearance. Pool area was nice.

Good customer service

Staff were fantastic. Great service and very helpful, providing some extra attention after my dental surgery. Room and bathroom were clean. Enjoyed having a balcony. Good gym and pool. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of local and western menus.

Unfortunately the fridge was not working and needs replacing. There was no directory or list of numbers to contact front desk or room service but we just went downstairs to ask at front desk.

The staff were very helpful, especially the dining manager, (I think his name is Duc). He was very attentive and helpful, at all times..

The breakfast was generally mainly Asian, I little unusual for Westerners.

The pool was great. Lovely views. The bell boys were very friendly and helpful.

They did not allow ironing in the room and this was an extra cost which was ridiculous as never had that in a hotel before. Quite noisy too as by a main road and junctions and windows were not properly insulated.

Im Zimmer roch es merklich nach Schimmel, und vor dem Balkon (auf dem es keine Möbel gab) war eine Riesenwasserlache, wahrscheinlich ein Bekannter und langfristiger Wasserschaden. Wir hatte nur eine Nacht als letzten Zwischenstopp vor der Heimreise Aufenthalt, von daher habe ich es auch nicht angesprochen.

游泳池不錯，小但可以接受因為市景不錯。早餐還可以，餐廳舒服。進飯店要爬樓梯員工會幫忙真好！床很舒服。

訂的房間冷氣壞掉後來有安排讓我有可以的房間，房間算小。電梯很窄有奇怪的味道。我住兩晚第一晚半夜外面走廊有人大喊大叫很少，隔音不好外面車聲很大聲，我兩天都睡不好冷氣直接吹我的頭。洗澡的水龍頭不正常，吹風機不正常，洗臉台不正常，電視也不正常。

No negatives for me

For the price, this hotel was fantastic. Nobody but us at the pool, which was on the roof and was genuinely amazing. Though not huge, buffet breakfast had all you need. The deck to eat on was also beautiful. The rooms were made well, dated but for a quick stay not an issue.

There seemed to be not too many restaurants around, or street food. We surprisingly had to hunt some down. Our room lacked windows.

L’hôtel est vraiment vieillot, et les photos sont assez trompeuses. La porte de notre chambre était entrebâillée, laissant entrer toute la lumière du couloir. L’ascenseur a fait du bruit toute la nuit, et l’isolation du balcon était inexistante, nous donnant l’impression de dormir dehors. La salle de bain était mal aménagée, et il n’y avait pas de prise pour brancher un lisseur ou autre appareil.

Das Frühstück war am dritten Tag sehr spartanisch, die warmen Speisen der Vortage wurden nicht mehr angeboten, wahrscheinlich weil das Hotel nicht mehr so stark belegt war, aber darunter darf ich als Gast licht leiden müssen. Das Zimmer war vom Straßenlärm recht laut, da die Fenster nicht dicht schlossen, es roch bei längerer Abwesenheit (2-3 Stunden) recht muffig und feucht. Die Lichtsteuerung vom Bett aus war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht zeitgemäß. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotel is outdated and could use a freshen up in areas such as the bathroom.

Location was good. Lovely pool.

Ants in the bedroom. We complained, and they moved us late at night to another room, which they said was an upgrade…, but no balcony as our first room had. So really a downgrade!

The staff, the pool and the meals were excellent.

It was a little noisey. But you are close to the city centre so expect that. It took a while to work out the lighting, as there are no switches. We located a module beside the bed that contains all the switches.

Très bon emplacement, piscine très belle et agréable avec une jolie vue. Végétation très belle et très chaude entretenue. Petit déjeuner copieux et très varié, personnel excellent.

Le patron fume dans l hotel sa pu la cigarette.et pourtant interdiction de fumer afficher pour tout le monde l hotel et vétusté avec des cafard peur de se doucher vu l état de la salle de bain . La clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement la literie un désastre. Hotel très bruyant la musique dans l hotel nous réveille impossible de faire un vrai nuit hotel a bannir attrape touriste Et en plus de tout sa on avez prix une chambre premium c'est du vole, je nos pas imaginé les autres chambre.

The facilities were nice and the staff were very friendly.

The windows of the room, don't seal properly. So a lot of road noise gets in. The hotel is on a busy road. Recommend earplugs if you can't sleep with noise.

The pool & view over the city is worth every dollar of the accommodation. Staff are great. Location is fantastic, everything you need is close by. Not far from airport. And the breakfast selection is good, tasty food that varied most days, and inside or outside dining allows the choice of comfort or chaos from the streets below! We had two stays. One was with shower over bath & the spray wasn’t good, second stay was with separate shower and spa which was superior; next time we’ll be going for this room.

It’s a bit dated, a refurbishment would make this a perfect stay. Cleaners are a bit loud, you hear them down the hall when you’re in your room with door closed.

wi-fiが弱い。 クーラーが１日目に故障し、６泊したが途中で部屋を変更させられた。 荷物を広げた後なので、結構面倒である。 ＴＶが映らない（サンドストーム）

Outdated rooms, but clean. The breakfast was the worst eperience during our stay in vietnam. Pre slice bagettes, pre made cold fried eggs. The chef was so lazy, it was more important to watch a video on his mobile then making fresh eggs for the guessts.
