Reviewed Oct 11, 2025It had hot water, and the AC worked
Slightly further out of town then I thought it was but still within walking distance the only issue I really had was the Wi-Fi was not working correctly it was incredibly slow to the point that you couldn't play a film on the TV and my emails were struggling to load.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025I loved how attentive Michelle was towards me. I am partially sighted and that extra care meant everything to me. The accommodation was experienced as very spacious, so I was able to get around freely and it helped to minimise potential accidents. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the apartment provided a range of utensils that added to the comfort of my holiday (from home to home). I highly recommend Shelton Tower and hope to return - to re-live my wonderful experience. Again, I thank you Michelle for contributing to my happiness while in Jamaica.
I have nothing negative to offer.

Reviewed Mar 20, 2024Location is good only 10 mintues drive from airport and cruise port.
Neighborhood is not so nice. Electricity was down in appartment I've rented so the lady gave me the smaller one. It was ok... I think that It would be easier for guests if you have someone to wait for the guests in the place rather than communicate via phone. On the other hand, lady was helpful and wanted me to have the best stay.
