Reviewed Aug 6, 2026

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026There is a storage room for us to put our luggage before our evening depature flight, it is very safe since the door has its own specific password. The staff was very friendly & responsive which makes us easy to contact. The space of the room is spacious and enough for a family. The location of this homestay is very convenient since it is located exactly next to Imago shopping mall, its very accessible we can just use the elevator clicked "basement" and brought us directly to Imago basement, very good and easy. Everything went well.
The water here is a bit low but it is okay and can still be use.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026I like how spacious it is for twin bedroom. There is also a sticker to show the kiblat. Ot has water dispenser and microwave on every floor.
One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a designated area or larger bin for guests to dispose of their rubbish, especially for those staying multiple nights. We stayed for three days, and the room bin filled up quite quickly, so future guests may wish to bring extra plastic bags just in case. Although there was no daily housekeeping service, this did not significantly affect our stay. We understand the importance of helping to keep the room tidy and maintaining it in good condition throughout our visit. Overall, we were satisfied with the room, which was comfortable and met our expectations.
