The property location is excellent. For a small hotel they have an elevator. Daily cleaning plus towels service was included. Bed was a bit stiff but comfortable. Half the apartments and smaller hotels have very stiff beds even the expensive apartments. Very nice property manager.

The check in process is a bit confusing. You have to use WhatsApp or call the number that is on the door which is different contact person than the booking site. If you contact the booking site there could be a delayed response.

Electricity switch stops AC when we leave the room. It's 40 degrees in Saigon! Pretty hot when you come back and 15mn to get fresh air. We ran out of toilet paper and could not got any news before 10mn before checkout! Shower water temperature goes from cold to burning every few seconds. Unable to have a relaxing shower. Bed linen are way too short and you cannot cover yourself up to the shoulders.

Well located away from the loud party scene while still being within walking distance to SO much in Ho Chi Minh. Great food and coffee right across the road. 24hr GS25 and MINI STOP convenience stores right around the corner. 7 minute walk from Ben Thanh walking street. Clean and mould free. Aircon is good and cold. Fridge stays on even without the card in the slot so drinks and ice(if you prepare it in the ice trays provided) when you get back to the rooms. Be sure to contact the front desk with an arrival time, then confirm before your arrival if you are struggling with Viet heat to ensure someone is at reception and you aren't kept waiting. Little electric hot plates and cooking supplies. Microwave, cutlery and rubbish bin in the cupboard. Closets and drawers are large and clean Overall I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone staying in Ho Chi Minh who just want the basics, somewhere quiet to sleep and easy to get around from. Great to explore the city by foot and find new hidden gems no matter what direction you choose.

Reception didn't have the air conditioner or a fan on so was uncomfortable while checking in No coffee mugs Had to wait on the street in the extreme heat and humidity upon arrival despite including arrival time via booking.com

TV failed to work and no staff attended to rectify despite report of failure

Staff is very helpful, the owner is amazing person and she is very kind ready to help when need it, location is wonderful and not noisy, everything is near, room is clean and beautiful

I traveled to 9 countries already, and this is by far the best stay I had. The location is very strategic, and the owner is SO KIND. In the room, you have everything you need, except that it has no iron, but the owner provided one when I requested . 😅😁 You can cook there too. It is 10/10, I swear!!!

The apartment has a great location with all/most attractions withing walking distance. The host was friendly and always willing to assist wherever she could, always greeting you with a big smile. Wi-fi was good enough so I could conduct online meetings during my stay. If I return to this city, I will forsure book this apartment again!

Great for a few nights. Well-equipped. Very central with lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and salons nearby. Easy to come and go as you please.

I liked where it was located we had a little kitchen Nette it’s a perfect place for a couple of nights. Nothing too special. The host was very helpful, very polite and always answering our questions very quickly.

There was some mould in the shower and quite a bit of dust and dirt behind the bed and a few stains on the sheets other than that we had a comfortable stay . It was a little bit pricey for what it was but. But it did the job for three nights.

The owner changed her promise and changed my room due pressure from some other guest, for which I had to stay one night in a room where air con was not working. Of course she gave some monetary compensation to me.

Hot water, air conditioning and position were great, and the ease of access to the building was good.

Couple of house keeping issues like tv remote batteries flat. but otherwise there was nothing I didn't like.

Very good location, not a far walk to walking street & the market.

Staff were so lovely however we requested an early check in for when our flight came in, this got accepted however staff did not arrive for 3 hours.

Good location, central to the markets

Was promised an early check-in time, less than 24 hours earlier, however despite numerous contacts the owner/manager did not show up. The manager/owner promised a larger room, which did not materialise. The bed was sleeping on concrete, it was so hard, again the manager/owner promised additional bedding to cushion the bed, however this did not materialise. The room is small and could do with a deep clean. The kitchenette had next to no equipment and is most certainly not self-contained. Some of furniture in the room was broken and the internet/wifi cut out for a full day.

The owner is so sweet and friendly. The main reason to stay here is location. It is located in the centre so you can go all famous street and places hardly 1-2 km walk. And cleanliness is good.

Room size is smaller. We didn’t get the room with kitchen and window. So not sure how is those rooms. Basic facilities are available and lift is a available.

Le propriétaire m’a informée le jour de mon arrivée a 13h de l’annulation de ma réservation pour cause de surbookong.. il n’a pour autant pas annulé la réservation malgré ma demande. J’ai dû contester booking directtemét par téléphone afin d’être remboursée. Cela m’a mise en grande difficulté pour retrouver un logement car tous les hôtels étaient complets.

I liked the room. Very Nice and clean room in a lively neighbourhood. And Close to all the center market and main attractions but have to give it a low score because of no internet which should be a no brainer basic service!

Internet did not work for a whole evening. With the help of another guest who had a local phone we contacted the manager/owner (who can only be contacted by whatsapp) to let her know and she said she would look into it but still no internet all night. That is really a problem for a travellor. Also my 2 good friends whom i came here to meet and stay tgr at the same hotel with were sent to the owner’s other hotel (igo 2) because here was overbooked (no warning, only told so on arrival) . They were sent about 7 blocks away to one studio with two tiny rooms (instead of two separate rooms) and yet still had to pay the price of the original two rooms. Very unprofessional. I even wondered if this overbokking was not a regular thing done intentionally so as to fill their other hotel.

The young lady on reception who had to explain to me my room was not available as the hotel was full. She genuinely didn't know this until I turned up at reception.

The faceless owner who left the poor girl to give me the news. I had booked this room several days beforehand and he had ample time to contact me. After travelling 10 hours and arriving at 8pm to be told there is nothing available is not a good experience. I managed to book elsewhere, but didn't get my head down until nearly midnight. AVOID

It was quite loud inside the hotel (ie you could hear the other guests). Also there was mold inside the showers.

Great location, great setting with all the appliances one would ever need.

There was no "Do not disturb" sign in the room to be hanged outside. And even if you locked your door from the inside to sleep, the housekeeper would still come in anyway to clean without a warning! This is a serious matter to consider.
