Not too crowded. The place was clean, the people were very polite and welcoming. My apartment was cozy and comfortable

There wasn’t much to dislike. Beach closed a bit earlier than anticipated but I guess it’s understandable.

The room had a cozy feel to it. We felt right at home. Our host definitely paid attention to detail and was sure to check in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. I highly recommend

Everything. He was very rude and disrespectful. Kept coming to the door, phoning us to come back so things could be fixed. Things went missing out of. Our cases, bathroom had a really bad smell. No got water. Ac doesn’t work. Terrible accommodation.

The room was perfect, the amenities were just what I needed for my celebration. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised, with everything needed for a relaxing couple of nights. The location is a big plus. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and activities while still feeling quiet and secure. The pool area and overall property were well kept, check-in was smooth, and communication was clear and responsive. Overall, it was a convenient, peaceful spot and I’d happily stay here again.

Friendly staff from security to front desk were very friendly. Easy to get around. Apartment and surroundings very clean.

I didn't like that the pool close as soon as the sun goes down ,so we didn't get to use the pool as the sus was very hot during the day..also the beach open late in the morning and closes very early..the bar and food place next to the pool didn't look clean all in all it was nice.

The atmosphere felt comfortable and like home. Our place was beautifully kept and functional. We were able to cook our own meals in the neatly provided kitchen in our studio apartment. Moreover, the owner (Mr. Colin ) of the facility was there to greet us and made sure we had everything we needed. Additional staff (Ms. Donna), was available to provide us fresh linen and to assist us if we needed it. We had close access to beach, pool, excursions, and restaurants. It was an all-around excellent experience.

The location was perfect and the pool and beach was perfect. Very nice staff and the location is safe.

The property was clean and very beautiful.

The restaurant Castle Blu Bar & Grill was on the property and was open and available all the time for us to get great meals and drinks. The property also was in the middle of all the attractions and you don’t need a car or taxi for anything. Also I beach is right behind the property and you get free access when u book there.

The staff at the front desk were very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. They didn’t help us with our luggage, show us to our room or even inform us on any of the things that were available to us. Just gave me a key put a paper band on our hand and told us the room number.

The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Plus, the owner was very responsive and took good care of us. I would definitely recommend 100%.

Quality bed linen, towels etc. Access to beach was easy and convenient. Host was helpful and flexible.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Czar's Sanctuary, where I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional quality of the accommodations and the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a revitalizing and restful sleep. The outdoor Castle Blu offered both entertainment and enjoyment. The house Dj was awesome, while the staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate my needs were exemplary. I highly recommend this esteemed establishment and eagerly anticipate returning for future stays

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful! The host was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel very comfortable. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

This property was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. It felt safe, clean, well maintained. Excellent location, close to all attractions and Ochos Rios Beach. Will be recommending to family and friends. Host was very responsive, friendly, and offered quality information.

Location was great and the value was good for the area.

Our unit lost water for 6-7 hours during our visit which wasn’t ideal but we made it work. Also the pool was not usable during our stay.

The location is great close to the beach, close to major roads to get to attractions and shopping. Room had a great King size bed and the little kitchennete is very useful. Great value and comfortable. Having Free Netflix was a great suprise, nice to finish the night with a movie.

The restaurant on site could use improvement, breakfast was lacking choice and expensive

The room was comfortable, relaxing, and clean and close to everything. Nice size fridge not the usual small dorm fridge. Love the gadgets and that the room was not dated like most places. Loved how host checked on us and answered any questions promptly. We'd definitely stay again.

Shower and bathroom small. I'm not good in small spaces so I had to shower with the door open since shower is smaller than a cruise ship shower. But other than that I enjoyed it.

The place was amazing. It was close to the beach and all the other places we had planned to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. Will absolutely revisit in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The room was decorated beautifully as it was our post anniversary/birthday celebration. Miss Janet was very helpful every step of the way. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Mattress very comfortable. The tv was massive with free WiFI. Very good value for money I would recommend for couples. The beach is a few steps away. There is a lovely pool on property and also a reasonably priced restaurant.

It was comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful easy to talk to.

Was a good two nights spent. It was my birthday and I just needed to get away. Zero regrets.

The environment the room I like everything

The stove didn’t work. When we checked out at 12:15 pm, we spoke with a lady name Janet, everything was fine. I received a text from host at 3:15pm wishing us well on our travel plans. Around 11:45 pm I received a messages from host saying we broke stove. We’re getting blamed for a stove that didn’t work. Now they’re trying to charge us $200. I would recommend taking pictures when you check out. Their trying to scam us
