The location

Pros: * The property is centrally located in Ocho Rios and felt safe. Cons: * We were forced to pay in cash upon arrival without any prior notice on Booking.com or via messages, which completely drained the cash reserves we had budgeted for our trip. * The unit is on a three-story property with no elevator, requiring us to drag heavy luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. * The apartment had ants crawling everywhere from the moment we walked in. * Furniture in the loft was blatantly broken and left out for use, and basic amenities like paper towels were not provided. * Unreasonable Pool Hours: The central pool was closed every single day during prime evening hours starting at 6:00 PM for maintenance and kept closed until 11:00 PM, depriving guests of using the main amenity when the weather was cool. Overall: Between the forced cash payment, ant infestation, broken furnishings, poor physical accessibility, and nightly pool shutdowns, this property failed to meet basic standards. Would not recommend or return.

The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and centrally located. Carlene and Ms. Pauline were very accommodating and this was well appreciated . I would definitely return and I would highly recommend this location.

The property was great, right in the town and have access to Ocho Rios beach. Excellent location

We had issues with the door and took sometime to get access to our room.

The staff. Pauline was a delight. The area was lovely, I loved the bar and the restaurant by the pool.

There was no tea or coffee in the kitchen, also you can consider a couple bottles of water as well.

Beach open at 830 late and no staff is available at security gate to get to the beach and receptionist not at desk to help people are doing the reviews for your card number now no problem hanging on the back of them right now

The proximity to the surrounding community activities was good. The security on the premises was good, we had no issues of safety.

The property was out dated, the bathroom was small and very inconvenient. There was a distinct smell of old in the room! The bathroom(et) was so small you sat under the fave sink to use the toilet and it you are more than the average weight you cant fit in the bathroom. Very inconvenient and frankly ridiculous!

The staff was very warm, the housekeeper was pleasant and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Liked that the bathroom had both hot and cold water.

The bathroom was small, and I also wished that there was a sliding door for the shower. This would be perfect, as it would allow us to enjoy the shower on maximum instead of having to gauge the water level.

Good location, nr centre of Ocho Rios, walking distance to bars & restaurants. Pleasant view of garden away from beach. V friendly bar crew by the pool.

There is a gated path to beach, longtime fenced off with wire fence all along, closes early so not the best beach in the Caribbean. Nicer to just stick to the pool or find one of the few small unspoilt beaches a short drive away, available to the public.

Well we didn't have breakfast on the property, we'll definitely give it a try on our next visit 😀
