Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Rui übernimmt den Check in und ist stets bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und alle Informationen über die Stadt erhalten um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Apartment sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem.

Leider ist das ganze Haus extrem hellhörig. Man hört die Gäste im Apartment nebenan reden und sobald der Nachbar von oben in der Nacht durchs Apartment läuft, hat man das Gefühl ein Elefant läuft durchs eigene Schlafzimmer. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist kaum möglich. Oder hängt stark vom Nachbarn ab.

Die Lage ist super schön mit einem ganz tollen Blick. Wir waren im Penthouse-Apartement und es war super ruhig und sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Es sind zwar viele Stufen bis nach oben, aber die muss man in Porto ja eh viel laufen. Rui hat uns ganz viele Tipps gegeben, es war alles sehr nett und herzlich. Um die Wohnung herum gibt es viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, frühstücken und trinken. Auch Lebensmittelmärkte sind in Fußweite. Und die Sehenswürdigkeiten auch um die Ecke. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

L'appartement est grand, bien placé, plutôt proche du centre historique et dans une zone ou les restaurants ne sont pas trop touristiques. L'appartement est calme.

La table est un peu trop petite et proche de l'escalier. Les pigeons sont nombreux sur la terrasse, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser à cause de ça. L'alaise en plastique sous le drap du lit n'est pas très agréable

Amazing-I’m the middle of the historical center of town.

As long as you’re up for a lot of up and down that is Porto there’s really nothing to complain about.

Old town location, close to local restaurants and convenient stores. Walk down to the Duoro River Ribiera area.

The water pressure in the shower was not good. Hard to chase the soft streams to get rid of the shampoo when washing my hair. Maybe a smaller handheld would help.

Pedro, el anfitrión, es muy amable. El apartamento está muy limpio y está bien equipado. La ubicación es perfecta, puedes recorrerte prácticamente todo Oporto andando desde el apartamento.

Si viajas con niños (como en nuestro caso) no es muy cómodo. El ascensor comienza en la planta 1, por lo que hay un tramo de escaleras que tienes que subir andando. Además, en el apartamento hay unas escaleras para bajar a la habitación y al cuarto de baño y hay poco hueco desde que comienza la escalera y la mesa, lo que resulta peligroso para los niños pequeños. Además, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, cada 5 minutos encendido se apagaba durante 20 minutos aproximadamente.

Our stay in Porto was truly amazing, and a big part of it was thanks to this wonderful apartment. The location was perfect, the place was spotless, and Pedro was incredibly friendly and helpful. His recommendations made our experience even more special and helped us discover the best of Porto. Everything was beyond our expectations — a well-deserved 10 out of 10! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Porto.

El ático es una preciosidad, decorado con mucho gusto, muy amplio, no le falta de nada y muy limpio. Impecable.

Clean and well maintained

The photos on the website really don’t show the position of the stairs inside the apartment to the bedroom and bathroom , which were steep and poorly situated. As we are both in our 70s we would not have chosen this had there been more details in the description. The two terraces whilst they look appealing, are not really usable during the day due to the amount of pigeons around

The description said the property had a lift, it does but not to all floors! You have to go up steps to get to the lift and more steps if you’re on the top floor. A problem if you have mobility issues or can’t manage heavy luggage

Location was great. Pedro’s communication was good and apartment was comfortable.

Kitchen not very well stocked. No teapot or cafetière. Also you can’t toast bread in a sandwich toaster!

Very helpful manager. Apartment was very modern, clean, bright and very quiet. It was very close to good restaurants.

The stairs inside won’t suit everyone.

The apartment was spotless, and contained everything you would need for a few nights away. There was a small kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bed was comfy, and the air-con was a blessing. It’s in a good location, quick and easy to get down to the river and different bits of the city, but is on a quiet street which doesn’t feel super central. The host (Rui) was very helpful, we checked in late (22:00) and they were happy to meet us and show us the property and give recommendations of local things to do.

There was an additional €20 cash fee for late check-ins, which isn’t detailed on the Booking.com page, but is on the property’s private website.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent with a great view (penthouse apartment). We would stay again if it was available. Check in was easy and we were provided with a lot of information about Porto and its history, as well as a list of great restaurants in the area to try. Excellent service- thank you Piedro!

Lovely apartment with plenty of space and nice layout. For spring, the ability to open windows and have air flow was great and it was not a noisy location. The location also had plenty of nearby breakfast (and dinner) places that were not overly touristy.

The most professional approach which I have met during any stay. Pedro explain everything what is worth to see in the city, he present the room and explain everything what I need. Great support and great approach. I recommend everyone stay here.

Location was great and very safe. The apartment had all the necessities we needed and the bed was comfortable. The staff Pedro and Fonseca were wonderful they were very friendly and professional proving us all the information we needed. They were flexible and very helpful. You can walk to all areas from here, of course Porto is a very hilly town, so there’s no escaping from this. Loved the view from our balconies, with close by local restaurants.

Central location . Well appointed , clean and comfortable

We loved the location — it was in a great area with lovely little restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore Porto on foot. The apartment was also very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro, our host, was exceptional — he gave us some of the best local tips on where to go, eat, and what to experience, which made our trip even better.

Honestly, very little to complain about — overall we had a great stay.

The apartment was beautiful. It was very modern, lots of storage space and a great kitchen and bathroom. Everything worked and was super clean. The location is in a great part of town, with some great restaurants nearby that weren't super busy and overpriced. Pedro met us to check in and show us round, he was so welcoming despite us being more than 2 hours late due to airport delays.

The only issue was the noise of external sources (this can't be controlled by the hosts). There are large bins opposite the apartment that a small truck comes and empties at 6.45 each morning. Also, with the road being cobbled, the noise from cars during the night is quite loud if you are a light sleeper like me. Its nothing a good pair of earplugs wouldn't solve, but I wasn't aware of this before I travelled.

Tolles Penthouse-Apartment im 4. Stock in bester Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über Porto bis zum Douro und rüber auf das Gaia-Viertel. Das Apartment war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben die neue und gute Waschmaschine sehr geschätzt, sogar bügeln konnte man. Das Boxspring-Bett war sehr bequem und die kleine Küche war für uns mit allem, was wir brauchten, gut ausgestattet. Hinweis: Der Aufzug im Haus geht nur vom 1. bis zum 3. Stock, man muss das Gepäck also jeweils noch über die Treppe transportieren.

We booked the penthouse apartment and had a very pleasant stay in Porto. The apartment was clean, well equipped and centrally located. It was very comfortable for the three of us. The hosts, Rui and Pedro were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing view from the window. We highly recommend this place to stay!

Locatie is geweldig. Appartement is netjes en schoon. Rustige omgeving. Heerlijke tuintje voor een hapje en drankje in de avond.

Smal bed. Weinig druk op de douche. Keffend hondje bij de buren overdag (kan verhuurder niets aan doen)

La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está en el centro histórico pero en la parte que NO está masificada de turistas y además cuentas con muchos restaurantes de todo tipo para brunch, comida y cena. Además tiene supermercados justo al lado. El apartamento está completamente reformado y con muy buen gusto.

Lo único menos bueno que se le puede sacar a este apartamento es que el ascensor empieza en la primera planta y llega hasta la tercera, por lo que si eliges el Penthouse en la cuarta planta, tendrás que subir dos tramos de escaleras. Aún así, merece la pena por las vistas del salón del apartamento y por lo cómodo que es.

Un peu tout à vrai dire. On a été bien accueilli et bien sûr ce qui joue, c'est qu'on a été upgradé au dernier étage. Le quartier est bien situé, l'appartement cosy et vaste.

We had a great stay at Rate Door 65. The member of staff are friendly and helpful. The flat was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic with easy access to sights and restaurants, which made getting around Porto really convenient. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Porto!

Nothing really bothered me, but the street door was a bit confusing at first. You need to turn the knob and push it a little before pulling it open.

The apartment is great, clean, had everything we needed. Location of the property is great, close to all important points of the city. The landlord was super nice and we had great communication. She also gave us an intro and a mini guide at check-in, with lots of recommendations. Also kept our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out. All in all, this was an amazing stay. 🤗
