Utopia on the Rock1

Spotlessly clean, secure covered parking. Lovely view and quality appliances.

The host went above and beyond for our family, making us feel so special and welcomed. The apartment is beautifully decorated, in a convenient location and had all the necessary amenities.

It was open plan with a fully set up kitchen. Excellent WiFi, washing/dryer was great and we felt safe. It was tastefully decorated and warm. It felt like a home away from home.

Villa open space

Parking, no pool

Stunning property beautifully furnished. Modern decor. Small details looked after. Very friendly and accommodating host that looked after and cared about every need. We will definitely stay there again

Very professional host and a lovely house with all the comfort you need. Will definitely stay again.

our arrival did not go very smooth but this was our own fault. The property is superb.

It was comfortable and well situated for our purposes. We needed to be close to Mediclinic with easy access to Kruger international

The surrounding properties were half built and some were badly in need of some TLC.

It’s clean and in quite area excellent for resting

Very clean with all basic needs for holiday

a lot of mold in one bathroom, we couldn't even use it. not as clean as we expected: the cloth in the kitchen was smelly and so on.

De locatie

Kapotte stoelen, hygiëne badkamers

Everything. The property was neat and the owner didn’t go after us everything was okay.

Check out time is too early.

Localização, limpeza e segurança.

The cleanliness of the apartment, its modern furniture and fittings and the serenity of the area.

Nothing

Localização interessante com uma bela vista. Zona muito sossegada.

Nao me pareceu existirem canais abertos.

Très bien situé ,très fonctionnel , très propre, une vue magnifique Hôte accueillant, sympathique et réactif

Rien tout était parfait

The views was great

The stain on the selling board in the main bedroom

The property is very well maintained and preserved. Such a nice and cozy apartment

The apartment overall is very pretty and clean . We needed 4 glass of wine and only had 3, maybe have the things 4/4

“We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great location and very good value for money. The host was kind and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!”

Great stay and loved the decor and the fact that there was everything we need for our stay. Comfy and clean and right near the shops.

Gostei de tudo Senti me em casa fora de casa Muito aconchegante

Beautiful apartment stocked with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Easy communication with Mr Zwane to check in and out.

Last minute booking and I was immediately assisted and given access to the unit. It is beautifully appointed with quality appliances and linen. Safe and quiet area. Covered parking. Great views

I loved the place overall, the pictures don’t serve the place enough justice 😻… the host was exceptional, everything about the place came with ease… definitely going back 🤍

Very modern facilities, the comfort was amazing, quick wifi and all Tv facilities and programs were provided. The manager was always available on the first call. Location was great, close to restaurants, shops and the city.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Utopia. The apartment was exceptionally clean, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail—from the light-blocking curtains to the beautiful tiles in the second bathroom. The aesthetics are truly out of this world! The owner clearly has excellent taste, and the space genuinely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return. Plus, its location is a big bonus—just minutes away from top restaurants and a major shopping centre.

The only downside was the iron, which needs to be replaced as it caused a power short circuit during use. Other than that, everything was perfect.

This property is comfortable, cozy, and clean. The location is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Very spacious house

The kitchen utilities should be revised and more complet like glass and others

Superbly styled apartment, with all the comforts of a home. Beautiful bathroom. Spacious living and dining area. Netflix and YouTube on the TV, good wifi.

More cooking utensils needed

The place is very clean and cosy. Perfect accommodation. Staff was kind and considerate. We even had oreos cookies 😂🤭 Overall, this is a beautiful place for relax and enjoying the weekend as a couple or with family. Maybe not so much for a group of friends as the neighbourhood was quiet, and a group of friends could cause a little disturbance.

I wish you'd have some kind of hygienic shower head or a mug for pouring water to clean after using the toilet. And we found a few cockrouchs.

We travel to Mbombela regularly for vet care for our little dog. This apartment is perfect for us. It's located very close to the vet offices. It's also got dining options nearby. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. A/C worked well. Good entertainment options. We will definitely be back.

I honestly can't think of anything. The apartment is a great value and suits our needs perfectly.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. The location is central. Home from home. My host was welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. He ensured that I felt safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A bedside lamp would be nice.

Everything

This spot is a true gem in Mbombela. It is centrally located, making it convenient to reach all major facilities and is in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The apartment itself is stunning inside and out, easy to locate, and the host is incredibly responsive and genuinely welcoming.

There we no negatives at all. Visit was perfect.

The very modern look and feel of the apartment was very nice. The apartment is well located in town, very safe and a very nice view as well.

There is nothing not to like.

Nothing

The property was very clean and beautiful. Everything was perfect.

Nothing

The apartment was comfortable with all the mod cons and included air conditioning which is a necessity in this town. Hosts ensured we were comfortable and went out of their way to assist. The decor in the apartment was good and of a high standard.

Could have more hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels and the sink in the en suite bathroom could be larger.

Great Location and establishment

There’s nothing I didn’t like. Will be visiting again soon

Location was excellent

This place is the hidden gem in Mbombela not only is it centrally located to all major facilities which makes it very convenient the location is very quiet and stunning. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful inside and out and it was easy to find, the host is very responsive and a genuinely great person and host.

I can't fault anything at all, every expectation was met and surpassed.

The place is spacious, decorated with taste, and all amenities are state of the art. Very comfortable, and I will certainly choose this venue for longer stay. Bathrooms are practical and well equipped..

The booking process was a bit chaotic but resolved at the end.
