Utopia on the Rock2

Appartement grand, moderne et confortable.

Un peu sombre car nous avons eu l'appartement du rez-de-chaussée Arrivée et départ non autonomes

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, quiet and modern. Good value for money.

Clean, safe and comfortable

It’s in a quiet area

The helper showed up two hours before our check out time making it very uncomfortable for us. The couch can also do with some deep cleaning.

All of it

The tub doesn't keep the water when you want to put water and relax

A localização, a funcionária Patricia is just an amazing person. Mesmo tendo chegado para além das hora que seria do Check in ela teve a amabilidade de esperar e ainda nos acompanhar para as compras na noite. Formidável.

Everything

After traveling through several East and Southern African countries, this stay was a highlight. The design is beautiful, the apartment is very spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean. It has everything you could possibly need for a self-catering stay, well-stocked kitchen, a bathtub (a treat!), and consistent warm water. A standout feature was the washing machine—it was the quietest I have ever encountered! The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the Smart TV was a great addition. The communication with the host was superb and very clear. Secure on-site parking and is conveniently located near shops. Though there is another apartment on the upper floor, this ground-level unit felt private and comfortable.

Stressful Departure & Hectic Check Out. While the stay was wonderful, the departure was quite poor. We were slowly packing and moving things to the car when the cleaner arrived before our 10:00 AM check-out time. The cleaner seemed unhappy that we were still there until the official check-out time, which created a very awkward atmosphere. We ended up moving our belongings to the car quite hectically; it wasn’t a great way to end the stay, especially when traveling with kids and trying to get everyone organized. A bit more coordination on timing would have made the departure as smooth as the rest of the stay.

Casa excelente, com decoração simples, moderna e de bom gosto. Estacionamento para 2 carros é perfeito.

Pouco espaço exterior para jardim, e piscina. Nos WC faz falta chuveirinho higiênico, bengaleiro de roupa.

We found Utopia on the Rock2 was very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when in Nelspruit

Nothing to fault here

We came for a tennis tournament so this was 10 minutes from the course, it had everything we needed and was spacious so we were comfortable in between matches. An added bonus, it was serviced, what a treat! It was perfect.

We couldn’t find anything not to like

The place is excellent. My family and I loved the house. It’s in a very quiet and beautiful area. The house is very beautiful, both inside and outside. Inside, it’s super comfortable. Overall, it’s a place to relax.

A beautiful and very well equipped apartment

Whooaaaa what a nice lodge big up I really enjoyed my stay the place is a bty and owner communication is 10/10 thanx so much I'm caming bk.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four. The layout was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a full kitchen. The location is ideally located which made it easier to get to our planned activities throughout the trip. Additionally, the convenience of having a grocery stores nearby allowed us to stock up on snacks and essentials. I recommend it to anyone visiting Mpumalanga.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to replace the round mirror with a full-length mirror.

The apartment was clean and beautiful. I had a nice time and I won't mind going back there.

Nothing

Ten stars! Utopia On The Rocks was outstanding! The property is new, modern, clean, comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The gate and tall walls with electric fences and security cameras made us feel well kept and safe. The owner/host was exceptional! Kind, helpful and supportive. We are very excited to return!

Nothing. Everything was great

Good direction to the place and communication by WhatsApp was always informative.

Please replace a barbeque tong.

The place is exceptionally clean and beautiful, great location, good value for money. The owner had to wait for us till 11:30pm. And for that, I sincerely thank him for his patience and care.

Excepcional hospitality with very comfortable rooms. Our stay at Utopia on the rocks was exceptional. I will recommend others for sure.

The rooms were fresh and entertainment available

Nothing all was well set up. Well done.

The stay was immaculate. From the hands on staff who attended to our every need which made the stay that much better. I loved the interior, top of the state LG appliances, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, bottled water and orange juice being found within the property. The cleanliness of the place and how spacious the kitchen is.

I'd suggest charging a crockery fee as a glass was broken during the stay. I wouldn't want to leave the place and wish I could live there.

During our stay at Utopia Hotel Nelspruit, we were incredibly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the owner. His proactive and accommodating approach made our experience truly memorable. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Utopia Hotel Nelspruit to anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding service.
