1st floor, A/C Everywhere, Balcony with Beach View in Luquillo

Great location with private, gated parking and across the road from the beach.

Couldn't really see the sea view properly from the balcony, it was definitely staged well in the pictures! Also the beach had a lot of seaweed although this seemed to be the case in a lot of beaches in this area.

The Yunque is just a few mins away. I had the Kioskos (food) and beach within 4 mins. Fajardo close too for other activities. Also a grocery store close to replenish the fridge. Washer/dryer is a plus! I would definetely book again in the future. I loved I can hear the ocean from the apartment.

A few cosmetic things I saw, but nothing that interfered with the stay or use of facilities.

Location was fantastic, a/c worked great! Everything matched the listing. Loved hearing the ocean and the frogs. It was super walkable!

It really is more of a budget stay, which is okay. But the second bedroom has plastic over the mattresses that crinkle when you move and there were some things that needed fixing that looked like they just got painted over.

Balcony was lovely. Location. It was really nice to have the use of the beach chairs. Glad that the flashlight was there as we were without power for 13 hours.

It was dark when we arrived and the directions on which gate to come in were not clear, and which building to go to was also not clear.

This was a great location! The place had everything you needed from dishes, to towels, to sand toys!

It was a little tricky to have to unlock and lock three things everytime you came and went. A lot of the drawers (bathroom and kitchen) are getting a little old so they were hard to open and close or stay closed.

The hosts responded immediately to any questions and appreciatively assisted with checkout time. The apartment is in a beautiful location, well equipped and near to restaurants and supermarkets. Thank you, Hosts - highly recommended!

Having to leave, sadly.

Checking in was where the great experience started. Raphael and Elizabeth were friendly and understanding about our flight delay. Then, the neighbors helped us find the apartment and lockbox. Everything in the rooms appeared as the online pictures. Bedding, towels, and amenities were easy to find. Arena-Mar is on the beach frontage road, so the water is steps from your front door. Secure residence, quiet, safe neighborhood, and good neighbors allowed us to forget our worries and enjoy Puerto Rico!

We love how comfortable & close to the beach it is. The full kitchen is a plus. Also, since it is a corner apartment, the terrace offers privacy.

We noticed many improvements since the last time we stayed. I would replace the kitchen verticals with something more fitting to the space. The website pictures must be updated.

The location is wonderful, it was clean, cute, and comfortable for my daughter and I to just relax on the beach, supermarket very close by, lots of restaurants, the food outdoor food court, and lots of beach activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet ski rentals). The rain forest is a 15 minute drive with zip lining, breathtaking hikes, views and tours. We would return from our day and watch Netflix on the couch. Loved the outdoor patio. We would return to from the beach and eat ice cream out there just chatting. The apartment has a full kitchen and we had breakfast every morning on the covered patio too figuring out our day together. Beds were comfortable and AC is in every room making it very pleasant. They have a cooler to use, beach chairs and lots of beach toys for kids.

The directions emailed could be clearer, like the explicit name of the condo complex because our gps didn’t actually take us to the exact address. And a picture of the front of the complex would be helpful. The gps stopped short of where it is located leaving us confused as to which condo complex is is. Leaving extra supplies for guests would be helpful (like extra roll of paper towels, toilet paper and batteries for gate remote) verses having to call the host to access them. The cell coverage is spotty and no guest wants to bother the host to get these small items and make arrangements to coordinate a time to.

This location is awesome. Across from the beach. Host is very cooperative. Property is well maintained. Big patio with nice sitting. Host had left lot of beach toys and tools. Kitchen was well equipped and fully functional.

There was nothing to dislike. Just a few things I felt would have been nice to have. There was only one remote control for 2 bedroom ACs. It was not a problem but just a little inconvenience. It would be nice if there were minium supplies like sugar salt and coffee, at least for the first day when we arrived.

The location was really good, secure and easy to reach. Lots of beach items such as chairs, snorkeling googles were nice to have available. The host let us access the fridge an hour before our checkin and after the checkout times to store food items. The host was also very responsive.

The apartment was very dark and dingy. The windows had some kind of shutters on them that kept the light out. They couldn’t be opened. There was no soap anywhere in the house except for dishes. So if you wanted to wash hands after using the toilet you had to get your own soap or for showering and doing laundry as well. There were no toiletries. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were no supplies in the kitchen either. Not even salt and pepper.

Excellent location with walking distance to the beach. Quiet and safe area.

Not neat. Small things here are there. Stove handles needs to be clean, outlet not covered, blinds dusty, refrigerator door was nasty.
