The location with beach access was fantastic.

The bathrooms smelled VERY STRONGLY of a urinal cake or port-a-john. The owner responded to our complaints, but never resolved. It was so strong that we couldn't sleep and had to vacate the premises and rent new lodging. We were not refunded at all. This unit could be fantastic with updating, as the location is perfect, but the bathrooms and kitchen need serious attention.

It’s nice and clean, location is good too.

Great beach, value, spacious and comfortable for family of 2 adults and 4 kids.

Beach is so popular, it requires a little patience to gain access to the condo parking at times due to single lane road jammed with locals. However, well worth the slight inconvenience.

Loved that we could walk to the beach.

We were given a number that we were told would open the gate. We tried countless times from a few phones.... Never worked. Very inconvenient. Worst of all the whole apartment smelled musty. The room with two beds where we planned for the kids to sleep stank so badly no one could sleep in that room at all. It literally smelled like a giant gym bag of three day old wet, sweaty, stinky gym clothes. On top of the a heavy smell of marijuana smoke permeated the apartment all evening and began again in the early morning. This was a bad experience and certainly did not meet expectations. Very disappointing experience:(

Apartment is spacious, steps away to beach. Beach might be public but very quiet, almost felt like a private beach. We never felt unsafe in the area, even when we returned late in the evening. The apartment complex is gated, adding on to safety. Host was very responsive to our questions.

Everything was great. We loved the place. The one small thing was for master bedroom was a bit loud for my sleep.

Excellent location. Very spacious apartment. Loved both of the terraces. Has 2 full bathrooms. Right at the beach.

The unit was spacious. Enjoyed noting coffee while looking at the ocean from the front balcony. Great space in the back also. Having the beach steps away was perfect!!

Getting to/from the property on the weekend was a little challenging due to traffic on narrow roadway Lock to enter unit is a little tricky. Other than that, no significant complaints.

Clean and comfortable. Host was helpful. Close to the beach. Family friendly.

Faucet in master bathroom was broken. It would have been nice if coffee had been provided. The kids bedroom had no nightstand or nightlight. It should be considered that adults might be sleeping there.

Property was perfect ,great place near the beach, very clean and comfortable, lots of space altogether a beautiful location to go for vacation

This property is located at a very nice beach area. We felt there were actually three different beach experiences. Just off the beach, the waves break pretty far out, maybe 150 yards. We did not swim here (but the view is supurb). If you walk towards the east about 300 yards you can play in the surf at Playa Azul. A longer walk, 1000 yards, towards the west is on more serene beach, not many people, until you reach Playa Luquillo which has nice water, more local visitors. The facilities here are still in repair from past hurricanes but the beach had a safe feel. Water very nice here also. There are some nice local eating options on the strip at Luqillo Beach. (kioska de Luqillo). Suburban community so well stocked grocery and drugstore options. The condo complex is gated, very safe feel, well kept grounds.

The bedroom AC units are styled like commonly found in motels. These will be noisy for those sensitive to....noise. Not convenient to open windows for a cross breeze. The mini-split unit in the main living area is of more modern mini-split style; works well.

It was nice. Spacious with big back deck and nice private beach area. Near the other beaches and kiosks. Great bfast place nearby (molasses) . Responsive owners.

Forgot the pull out couch was 4th bed option. Would recommend just getting another mattress to put in cheap platform frame. The couch mattress was uncomfortable. Get some salt and pepper for kitchen and make sure you have enough towesls.

The beach there is spectacular! It is rather small, but so very beautiful. It was also incredibly close to the kioskos where there is a huge variety of foods to choose from. We loved La Parilla!

The apartment was incredibly basic, and appeared not very clean. In actuality, it was; it just needs some updating. We were surprised to find no soap in the shower... that seems like it should be a given. Overall, though, we were very comfortable and the apartment served our needs for a night.

1st Level Unit Steps to Beach at Poza del Mar Luquillo was excellent. I booked very last minute just looking for a condo close to the beach and this location exceeded my expectations. It wasn’t just right at the beach but to my surprise it had EVERYTHING we needed to go to beach and stay a while with the kids. It had a small cooler, back-pack style beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. This detail made us feel so comfortable. The hosts were so kind and professional and the condo was so clean I felt like I had nothing to worry about. A true vacation

No breakfast. The location is great. Somewhat hard to find and enter.

Great location, right on the beach. Big apartment with all the amenities. Big balcony with umbrella and grill.

The apartment in general was beatiful. Good location and spacious. The apartment has all the essentials and more. Full kitchenware and beach supplies.

Some minor details as areas of oportunity such as: no trashcans in bathrooms, main door never locked, no additional sheets or comforter for the sofa bed.
