Excelente ubicación para realizar excursiones a pueblos y ciudades cercanas, y también para hacer excursiones a pie. Malmedy es muy bonito, y todo el entorno es precioso. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y atentos. Teníamos un pequeño detalle para degustar cuando llegamos a la casa. La casa está en perfectas condiciones. Todo muy limpio y cuidado. Es una urbanización privada en la que puedes aparcar junto al alojamiento. Perfectamente equipada. Sin lugar a dudas, una excelente elección.

Prachtig verblijf in Malmedy! Wij zijn met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen in appartement Terrasjes Malmedy 262 gebleven. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en het appartement was zeer netjes en schoon. De accommodatie is makkelijk bereikbaar en op slechts 10 minuten rijden zijn er meerdere supermarkten te vinden voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. De omgeving is prachtig en vanaf het appartement heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het dorp. Het complex zelf is erg goed onderhouden. Daarnaast was de gastheer zeer communicatief en zorgzaam. Een absolute aanrader!

Het huis is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. En wat een prachig uitzicht!

It was adequate for our needs, nice quiet location and a lovely view.

Very minimally stocked. For example, ONE roll of toilet paper ( one only) for 5 people, for our entire stay. No reserve. No napkins or paper towel or tissue. One broken spatula. ( we bought super glue to reattach the handle to the one spatula so we could cook. ) One dish towel. Given the owner wanted dishes done, dried and put away, one small dish towel wasn’t enough. Note, the owner required a €200 deposit! I understand his desire to protect his investment, and he seemed very kind, but extend a little courtesy and care to the guests also, and at least have enough paper products on hand….

Erg mooie locatie met zeer mooi uitzicht

Het was erg warm in de woning en er was geen airco/ventilatie.

De uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De rust en de natuur

Het is een hele mooie locatie en accomodatie. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig. Wij waren er met 2 leerkrachten en 5 (meerderjarige) leerlingen. Dit is wel veel voor deze ruimte, ook al zijn er in principe bedden genoeg voorzien en is er ruimte. Het uitzicht over de vallei is onbetaalbaar, de rust eveneens; Prachtig, ik zou er met mijn gezin terugkomen. Zeer vlot en fijn contact met de eigenaar!

Het is ons niet gelukt om de tv te activeren (wat niet erg was, want we hadden genoeg op onze planning). Verder was er geen oven (wel een microgolf met grill en crisp), waardoor we geïmproviseerd hebben.

Très bel appartement, très bien équipé. Magnifique vue. Parking aisé.

Goede locatie, veel ruimte.

De lay-out was een beetje gek, dus niet heel praktisch met vrienden. Beddengoed 20 euro per bed. Te duur.

Communication très facile et efficace avec le propriétaire qui était très aimable. Un grand merci.

De accommodatie lag op een prachtige plek in een berg gebied.

Tout est bien pensé, l’appartement est bien équipé. L’accueil est chaleureux et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons été ravie de fêter Noël dedans. L’appartement était décoré pour l’occasion.

Goed contact met de eigenaar, gezellig huisje waar alles aanwezig was en heel proper.

Chouette we passé entre amies, endroit calme à cette période, de belles balades aux alentours. Sympathique triplex, une petite attention des propriétaires à l'arrivée toujours agréable, merci!

Nice view, quiet location

There’s only one shower, accessible from one of the bedrooms only which is awkward if you have a guest in the third bedroom. One of the bedrooms is on the top floor but the only toilet is two flights of stairs down - not so cool in the middle of the night. Last, the owner requested a safety deposit and charged extra for bed linen and towels - that was a cumbersome additional administrative hurdle and expense - not what I expected considering the price we paid.

Wel jammer dat de badkamer enkel toegankelijk is via een van de slaapkamers, verder prima verblijf!

Mooi schoon appartement met beneden frisse koele slaapkamers ondanks de hitte buiten. Keuken goed uitgerust, en vanaf balkon een prachtig uitzicht. Snel en vriendelijk contact met de verhuurder. Mooie omgeving.

De huisje/ appartement staat op een soort park, er is veel groen, geen tuin bij huisje waar je in kunt zitten. Het restaurant was gesloten. Lijkt mogelijk verbouwd te gaan worden.

Service door host

Clean and abundant houseware, rooms well organized, with enough storage. Everything was functioning and well maintained. No noise from the neighbors, easy to park the car nearby, plenty of trails to explore the area.

Having two toilets would have made it perfect.

The property was nice, clean, and well-located for the purpose of our travel. It was very easy to transact with the property owner, and he was very kind and informative. Even during our stay, when I had queries or complaints, he was very responsive and helpful.

Our group of 6 fit comfortably in the 3-bedroom property - the beds were clean and soft, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living area and balcony was also very nice. However, there was only 1 bathroom to share for 6 people, so we had to organize a schedule around it. :) Also, the internet and TV wasn't very reliable. It kept on lagging when we used it, especially at night.

I didn’t like the fact that we should pay extra for bedsheets, wood logs and for electricity. It’s true that it was announced in the booking. However , not really really clearly. When our all this together the price went up to €500 for two nights which I find a little bit excessive.

The triplex was very cozy, clean and well equipped. The host, Laurent, has been super nice, listening to our needs and making our staying the most confortable and practical. The sheets were super soft and the kitchen had absolutely everything (even a nespresso machine). The space was very well managed; there is also a convertible in the living room. The views were amazing and the location near by all the good plans. We would certainly come back as soon as we can!

The toitlet was on the subground floor, but this was not really a problem.

We had a great stay at the triplex. The communication with the host was super clear and enjoyable, all our questions were timely answered and the check-in was super easy and smooth. The triplex itself was very clean,modern and quite big. There is a lot of space, nice equipped kitchen, even a sink in the upstairs bedroom which was super handy -basically, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the balcony view and the bbq facilities. The location is very picturesque, especially if you enjoy hiking or cycling, there are a lot of places to explore. We were travelling with a dog and a newborn baby and couldn’t explore much of areas around ( hiking with a baby stroller is not the best idea), but nevertheless we found a lot of nice routes nearby including the Malmedy center which is worth visiting.

The location of this flat is atop the hill in Malmedy with a fantastic view of the area. The multilevel unit is well designed and perfect for families. The fireplace, open kitchen and living area are only made better by the outdoor patio. The gated community is safe and quiet and only minutes from the center of Malmedy and 15 minutes to Spa Francorchamps. We will definitely be back!

There is only one critique of this property that can be noted, and that is the single shower is located in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Not a challenge for families but perhaps to be notes for friends or others sharing the unit.

Very neat, Functional, Quiet, Well Equipped and fantastic view of the woods and hills. The host is remarkable and with prompt response. Very Good for camping or a good full weekend getaway. it can actually house a complete family easily.

Driving there is most appropriate but good for exercise up the hill.
