Terre Rouge & Terra Rubica - Les Terrasses de Malmedy

Mooi huisje, voorzien van alle benodigdheden, bedden zijn comfortabel, rustige en goeie lokatie, gelegen in een groene en bosrijke omgeving.

Het viel ons in alle opzichten tegen. We wisten ook niet dat het onderdeel was van een park.

Klinken van deuren stuk, we hebben zelf materiaal aangekocht om de klinken terug vast te zetten. Er waren bijna geen kookpotten waardoor we die zelf hebben moeten aankopen. Water was de helft van de keren koud omdat de plong afsprong

De gastheer was super vriendelijk en enthousiast. Ook super gemakkelijk bereikbaar.

Alles was goed en alles werd voorzien. Ik zou hier graag willen terugkeren!

Comodo e pulito

Rustig gelegen en zeer gezellig ingericht.

Misschien een ander wasmiddel voor het beddengoed gebruiken, de geur was te nadrukkelijk aanwezig. Helaas werd er ook vuurwerk afgestoken.

Locatie is goed, Centrum Malmedy is wel per auto

Leuk en compleet vakantiehuisje. Inrichting is nieuw, gezellig en compleet. Prima plek om de mooie omgeving te ontdekken.

Alles was aanwezig in het huisje. Airco in alle kamers. Mooi uitzicht. In het huisje lag veel informatie over de omgeving, met fiets- en wandelroutes. Malmedy is een leuk stadje met veel supermarkten en restaurants.

Het huisje ligt té ver van Malmedy zelf af. Op het park zelf is niets te doen, er is zelfs geen receptie. Beetje vervallen park. Behoorlijk steil en drukke weg, zonder fietspad of trottoir. Met een goede electrische fiets kan je er redelijk goed uit de voeten. De verlichting in het huisje was erg fel, geen sfeerverlichting. We hebben daarom zelf nog wat lampen gekocht daar in de Action winkel.

You have to be very careful on the steepness of the stairs.

A wonderful little chalet in a beautiful rural area in Malmedy. The accommodation was very comfortable. Cozy but fully equipped with everything we needed. Airco, wood stove, full kitchen, amazing view on the terrace outside. Wonderful area to take walks, and great place to be with family

There wasn't anything to our disliking

The terrace was perfect for eating and having your morning coffee. The location is very quiet and peaceful. It is a small and really cute house, probably will choose the same house if returning to Malmedy.

The stairs are very steep, not really suitable for small children. Ours were 4 and 6, they had no trouble going up, but struggled going down. There was little room in the cupboards for your own groceries. The living is fireplace oriented, so the tv was not really in a comfortable watching position for us. The pots and pans don't seem to really be for the hotplate, It is electric and most are for gas. Ceilings are quite low.

Shower made the bathroom wet. No lock on the bathroom door.

Lots of trails nearby, cozy and warm, woodstove with wood provided, nice amenities, we would not hesitate to come back! It was perfect.

I´m very happy with my stay and the whole accomodation. It´s a very good location for spending some quality and quiet time after filling up the fridge in a supermarket in the next village. Wifi and digital TV (e.g. Netflix) work perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped.

Beds are a bit soft side but that´s a very personal opinion. The bathrom couldn´t be locked because there was no key, but that was no problem because we stayed as a family. A car or motorbike is a "must" to get there, however, there don´t seem to be any parking lots for charging an electric vehicle.
