Дотан, дуже хороший господар, були певні ситуації під час перебування, але Дотан все швидко вирішував, був постійно на звʼязку. Тому важливо не просто бачити мінуси, але і як їх вирішують, в нашому випадку все вирішувалось професійно. Дуже йому дякуємо. Кімната не велика, але є все для довготривалого перебування, також дуже круте розташування, до пляжу 2 хвилини. Рекомендую.

Хозяин был всегда на связи, это удобно. Спасибо ему за это. Удобное расположение - до моря пара минут.

К сожалению, минусов оказалось гораздо больше, чем плюсов, и я точно не выбрал бы это жильё для следующей поездки. При бронировании я ориентировался на красивые фотографии и высокую оценку — к сожалению, это было обманчиво. 1. Главная проблема — это грязь. В квартире было пыльно, мебель покрыта слоем пыли, посуда осталась грязной после предыдущих гостей. Тарелки, кружки, вилки и даже сковородки — всё было в пятнах и налёте. Мне было откровенно неприятно и брезгливо этим пользоваться. 2. Очень опасная ситуация с дверью. Между жилой зоной и ванной — стеклянная дверь, которая при закрывании соскальзывала с петель. Один раз она чуть не упала. Было действительно страшно, что она разобьётся и кого-то поранит. Хуже всего, что хозяин знал об этой проблеме, но не предупредил нас заранее. Это недопустимо — ведь ситуация потенциально опасна для жизни! 3. Комната очень, очень маленькая (визуально ощущение, что размеры не соответствуют заявленным). 4. Постельное бельё мятое и не глаженое. Это создаёт впечатление неухоженности и недостатка внимания к деталям. Очень неприятно ложиться спать в такой постели. 5. Сложности с оплатой. Но об этом честно указано заранее тем не менее приходиться заранее переводить деньги и терять много денег на комиссии а потом вторую часть наличными оплачивать. Зачем ввязываться в эти сложности если можно выбрать другое жильё и цивилизованно всё оплачивать картой. There are some basic expectations for any accommodation — cleanliness and properly functioning equipment. The dishes in the apartment were dirty. Using the bathroom with the door open is far from pleasant, especially when others are nearby. And if you try to close the door, it just falls off, since the host didn’t bother to fix it before check-in. It's disappointing that instead of an apology, the host thinks we have too many complaints...

Le confort de la chambre, du lit, et la disponibilité ainsi que la réactivité de Dotan. Il est super gentil et si vous avez besoin de quoi que ce soit il se rend disponible. En plus le logement est super bien placé. Merci beaucoup !

Great place in a great location, 150m from the beach. Good WiFi, relatively large room, well equipped kitchen and communicative owner.

Better isolation from outside the street will be great, but ATM the street is quite quiet most of the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The small room had all the necessities you might need and we were pleasantly surprised by the little complementaries provided. Location was super close to the beach. The host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to reach.

the owner and the place were lovely, he was very helpful, he offered us towels for the beach and a friend's discount if we decided to come back. the house was very clean, the kitchen was cute and we had no issues with our stay.

it might have been a tad smaller than i originally expected but it was no issue it was more than enough for me and my partner to stay for a week and cook frequently. not much to not like.

It's clean and nice. Full pack of kitchen stuff. Perfect location. Compact room, everything you could possibly need is there. Supportive landlord.
