Heart of Grand Place - Stunning 3BR Triplex

Great location.

No wifi but easy and free to sign onto hotel across the street.

La escalera mareaba un poco y subir y bajar era algo complicado

Posizione eccellente a due passi dalla Grand Place , ristotanti , jusei e principali monumenti , stazione treno e metropolitana e SMarket vicinissimi .Ambiente cucina moderno e attrezzato di tutto , referente casa molto disponibile, prodotti cucina e bagno abbondanti e di qualità. Letti soffici e comodissimi . Abbiamo chiesto padelle nuove , il giorno dopo sono arrivate due grandi padelle di qualità.

Bagni funzionali ma privi di aspiratore , bagno piano superiore con finestra bloccata . In pieno Agosto questo ha provocato calore e cattivi odori . Lavanderia ottima come elettrodomestici ma ambiente poco illuminato e da ristrutturare . Con pochi interventi sarebbe stata ottima . Sicuramente non adatto a chi ha bambini tra i 2 e gli 8 anni e persone anziane , la scala a chiocciola è faticosa e pericolosa.

L'appartement est très charmant, et a été refait avec goût.🫠 Il est spacieux, agréable et est très bien placé d'un point de vue touristique. Proche de restaurants, de commerces et des points d'intérêts (Grand Place, musées, ...). Il est aussi bien équipé. Par ailleurs l'hôtelier a été réactif aux quelques messages. Enfin, la propreté du lieu était impeccable.

Quelques petits inconvénients : • assez tôt le matin des bruits de camions 🚚 dans la rue piétonne, qui viennent alimenter les restaurants; • la fenêtre de la salle de bain de l'étage ne s'ouvre pas. Remarque: l'appartement étant en triplex avec un escalier en colimaçon, il ne serait pas adapté pour des personnes à mobilité réduite.

Facilité de l’organisation, disponibilité et sympathie du personnel, propreté, qualité de l’infrastructure, espaces et rangements à disposition, équipements de qualité, calme, emplacement idéal…. Tout était parfait! Vraiment!!

It was a beautiful space and perfect for a weekend in Brussels. The apartment was clean, modern and clearly well looked after. The host was super accommodating and quick to respond to any messages. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped, modern bathrooms and spacious living area. The location was absolutely superb! Within 5 minutes walking of everything you would need to explore the city.

The only thing I would flag is because it is so central, it can get a little noisy at night. However, staying so close to Grand Place some noise is expected!

De grands espaces, des chambres confortables et un grand salon pour se retrouver. L emplacement est ideal poir decouvrir la ville.

Apartamento sensacional! Localização perfeita, muito bem equipado! Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis! Anfitrião muito solicito, rspondendo rapidamente às demandas!

Очень понравилось расположение. 5 минут пешком до Рыночной ( Главной) площади и до центрального железнодорожного вокзала.

В квартире не хватает вешалки для верхней одежды. В спальных комнатах не хватает стульев или кресла. Постельное белье было мятым

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious and clean.

The seating in the lounge area wasn't very comfortable and there wasn't any satellite or cable tv as advertised.

Evde her türlü esya mevcut, yataklar konforlu. Koltuk da acildiginda cift kisilik yatağa dönüşüyor ki açılmamis halinde bile rahatlikla uyuyabilirsiniz. 3 kat olmasi ayri ev veya odada olmanin özgürlüğünü sunuyor. 6 kisilik bir aile olarak rahat ettik.

O kadar büyük bir evde çamaşır odasınin evin icinde degil de bodrum katina ait ortak olanda oluşunu sevemedik. Karışık bir alanin icinde olmasi da hem tuhaf hem de biraz ürkütücüydü.

The location for accessibility to the centre and station is perfect. The 3 bedrooms were clean and comfortable and kitchen was good. Well stocked with things for the kitchen. Towels were clean. The host helpful

The fact that a night club is less than 30 m away and people come out screaming and urinating on the lower bedroom window and banging on the door all through the early times of morning. The circular steps to access floor were much more steep than anticipated and one handle was broken off the wall so handle was unsteady. Not suitable for small children.

Location perfect right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to train station and to the center of the city. Perfect size for our family of four.

There was nothing we did not like

The most amazing location, could not be more central. Perfect for a short stay if you want to be close to the sights. Very comfortable beds and very clean. It is so central that some street noise is to be expected and was not a problem at all - that said, we visited midweek so possibly weekends might be noisier.

The apartment was in some respects quite tired. Damp patches on the walls in the basement bedroom, leaking shower cubicle downstairs had been fixed with tape, kitchen has seen better days.

The location is perfect! It is very central to everything which was really handy. The facilities in the apartment were really nice. Enjoyed the coffee machine. The host was reposonsive and gave lots of useful information.

I would have given this 10/10 reviews. However, the noise from the other apartment in the same building was very loud. Some reviews mention street noise, which we did not mind or find too loud. The neighbours next door made a lot of noise on the first night (Saturday). It felt like they were walking around in our apartment. And woke us all up. Luckily it was only 1 night but did affect the start of the trip which is a shame. And it went on for about 30mins the first time and they kept coming back between 12.45am - 2am. It was very intense.

Location fabulous but very noisy on one night. Very nice apartment but stairs were very difficult, did not realise there was so many levels. Not ideal for young family members, our error! Bedrooms very spacious, wardrobes good size, really comfortable mattresses. Bathroom good size. Would stay again in the apartment, due to the location but not with young children. Looked like it had a well equipped kitchen, we did not use as plenty of restaurants local.

Staircase, could not take suitcases up to higher and lower level. On arrival it would have been nice to just have a tea/coffee available to us.

The location of the property is amazing, literally 30 seconds walk from the square and all of the local bars and restaurants, the apartment was clean and there are facilities on site for washing/dryer etc would 100% recommend.

With having a location in such a wonderful place it does also come with a small downfall, there was an event on at the top of the street potentially from a nightclub. Which had dozens and dozens of drunk goers walking past, with this came some noise and we're talking at 2am+. Looked out of the window to see multiple men and women urinating outside of the property. Now this wouldn't personally put me off rebooking and this was only for 1 of our 4 night stay but it's worth noting for anyone wishing to book. It woke one of our friends up whilst the rest were already awake in the apartment.

Lovely living area and very close to Grand Place.

The bedrooms would benefit from a mirror and an extra lamp. It was also very hot and only one bedroom had a fan.

Location was just perfect. You cant ask for more. Host was friendly and willing to help.
