I really liked the location (50 m from Grand Via metro station) and the fact that it was very clean and newly renovated. The second bathroom made the difference for 4 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped, if you need it. Netflix and other TV streams are available, if you need it. Also, the communication was ok after check in.

The communication with the property owner before check in. One day after I paid my stay, I was informed by booking that the property change its name. The owner did not inform me about this. I called them because I was afraid that, in fact, there is no property available.. The property is administrated by a real estate company, not by a person. Consequently you need to have their working schedule to reach them by phone. The phone number I received it in the reservation is the number of that company. One day before check in, I received another info about person (and his phone number) who would bring me the keys. 30 min before check in, I called him several times as I was asked to, but unfortunattely the number was wrong. Thanks God that I could called the agency who solved the issue. Anyway, the person who came with the keys was not the person from the message. It was a sweet lady who speaks only spanish. Thanks to google translate we managed to communicate. In case you need to let your luggages somewhere, they offer the possibility to let them few hours to a locker (other company) with 10% discount => e.g. 25 eur /day for 3 trolleys ( not feasable when you need to let them only 2-3 hours).
