Comfortable living in Prestasen Park - only 500m to Sandefjord centre and the harbour,

Extremely nice location. A modern two bedrooms/two bathrooms apartment (plus balcony) beautifully furnished and well equipped - one of four such units in a large Norwegian house. As you enter the apartment you find one bathroom and very large lounge/dining/kitchen area with a modern open spiral staircase leading up to the second floor where the two bedrooms (plus other bathroom) are located.

The modern open spiral staircase would not be suitable for elderly people unable to carry their luggage up to the second floor or very young children.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen und windstillen Lage. Super gelegen für Ausflüge an den Fjord, ins Hinterland und nach Schweden, die Fähre ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das örtliche Walfangmuseum ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Terrasse selbst bei 16 Grad gut nutzen können.

Przepiękny dom przy samym parku w którym znajduje się jeden z punktów widokowych na port w Sandefjord. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Szybkim krokiem 10 minut od dworca, skąd można pojechać bezpośrednio do Oslo lub na następną stację Torp i autobus zabiera pasażerów pod samo lotnisko .Blisko do centrum w której jest galeria handlowa i do restauracji, kawiarni. Mieszkanie jest dwupoziomowe i bardzo przestronne, niczego w nim nie brakuje. Z właścicielem wspaniały kontakt od samego początku do końca.

Modern eingerichtet, schnell im Zentrum. Alles relativ nahe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Flott leilighet med alt av fasiliteter i andre etasje av firemannsbolig, med soverom en etasje opp fra oppholdsrom. Fin gåtur gjennom skog/park ned til Sandefjord sentrum. Veldig praktisk med parkeringsplass.

Beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations!

Quiet location 5 minutes walk through a park to the town centre

excellent and beautiful location, the house is very well presented, lovely windows, terrace n lots of light. Hans Petter has been very helpful with his recommendations. One can work into town within 10 mins. Many shops and restaurants are easy to reach.

The place is spacious and has all the needed amenities. The two bathrooms were very handy. It's a nice walk to the city center through a park with a great view of the city. The host was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The stairs to the bedrooms were a bit steep. This was the only thing I didn't like, but it wouldn't stop me from booking this apartment again unless I had an injury that prevented me from walking.
