Studio apartment 10mins from Oslo Cent. station.

Apartman je u mirnom kraju i bilo je dovoljno tiho iako gleda na prometnu ulicu. Vlasnica je bila jako fina i predusretljiva. Apartman je odlično opremljen i ima sve što treba za kraći i duži boravak (rerna, mikrotalasna, frižider, veš mašina, fen), a dodatno smo dobili čak i voće, čaj, kafu.. Lokacija je dobra za razne obilaske jer u blizini staju različiti autobusi i metro. Ispred zgrade staje direktan bus sa aerodroma.

Krevet nije bio baš preterano udoban i potrebni su novi jastuci. Malo se teže nađe ulaz kad dolazite prvi put.

Hostitelka nás uvítala osobně, bylo to velmi milé, provedla nás po celém domě a upozornila i na terasy na střeše.

Super friendly host, very good location, all you need for a short stay

Studio très comfortable et propre. Il y a une machine à laver très utile pour les voyageurs. La residence est neuve avec un très joli jardin intérieur. La communication avec Linda était très facile. Il y a un supermarché à proximité ainsi qu'un très bon restaurant indonesien.

La station de métro Okern peut surprendre au premier abord car on arrive sur un quartier de bureaux et d'autoroutes... On craint le pire et pourtant la résidence est très facile d'accès par une voie piétonne et très agréable. Deux lignes de metro 4 et 5 relient très rapidement le centre d'Oslo.

Notre hôte était vraiment très attentionné et l'appartement était vraiment parfait pour un court séjour à Oslo

Rapporto qualità prezzo sufficiente. Vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. L'host è stato cordiale.

L'alloggio non si trova a 10 minuti dal centro: utilizzando i mezzi pubblici, il tempo minimo per raggiungerlo è di circa 30 minuti. Rimane comunque comodo grazie alla vicinanza con fermate di autobus e metropolitana. All’arrivo si viene accolti in un piccolo ingresso condiviso con l’appartamento privato dell’host. Questo spazio, purtroppo, era maleodorante e occupato da numerose scarpe sparse a terra che riducevano notevolmente lo spazio calpestabile. Gli asciugamani forniti erano rigidi e presentavano un odore di "cucina". L’alloggio era pieno di soprammobili e oggetti personali, abbiamo riscontrato molta polvere, tappeti visibilmente sporchi e anche il pavimento dell’ingresso non risultava ben pulito viste le evidenti macchie. L’host ci ha informato della possibilità di utilizzare il cibo lasciato da ospiti precedenti. Tuttavia, aprendo il frigorifero, abbiamo trovato una confezione di salmone aperta con cattivo odore. Da quel momento non abbiamo più utilizzato il frigo né fatto colazioni in struttura. Suggerirei all’host di affidarsi a un servizio di pulizie più accurato e di verificare lo stato dell’appartamento prima della consegna agli ospiti. Non abbiamo sollevato questioni in loco per evitare imbarazzi, preferendo adattarci. Inoltre, sarebbe auspicabile organizzare meglio l’ingresso, magari con un mobile copriscarpe per rendere più ordinato lo spazio comune. Infine, va corretto il titolo dell’annuncio: i tempi indicati per raggiungere la stazione centrale ("10 min") non corrispondono alla realtà.

Pokój z aneksem kuchennym, wspólny przedpokój z właścicielami. Niestety dla 3 osób za mało miejsca. Dobra lokalizacja na spokojnym osiedlu, 5 minut od stacji metra, supermarket pod domem. Przemili właściciele. Czysto. Udało nam się zaparkować na jedynej bezpłatnej ulicy w pobliżu domu.

The property is not a fit for family of three. Specifically if you have a kid. Too small.

A cheap location, not too far from the city centre by car or public transport. Nice lady who showed us around and helped us with parking.

The bed was not that great. The noise from the traffic was very well heart in the appartment. The parking spot was not free and only available till 8 am. Then we had to move our car to another spot in the city.

Great value for money, really nice owner, no troubles with getting the keys. Fruits were a nice surprise. Would reccomend.

By foot the flat is 1h from the central station, so you'll need to buy a ticket for metro anyway. Keep in mind the ticket prices in Norway are high. It's just something to consider when booking the apartment.

Taxi driver couldn't find where to park a car close to the entrance

Nice little apartment in the middle of Oslo. Everything was very clean and the owners were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Linda was super nice and the apartment was comfy and tidy!

A wonderful small, but every comfortable and clean apartment in an excellent location - quite and lovely, but thanks to the T line close to the downtown Oslo (15 minutes or less).
