Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Het appartment is functioneel ingericht, heeft alles wat men op reis nodig heeft. Een goed bed met goede matrassen, een heerlijke douche met een goede waterdruk en heet en koud water, een keuken met fornuis, een wasmaschine... En het appartment heeft een goede ligging als je van daaruit naar het vliegveld moet: het is heel dichtbij, eigenlijk op loopafstand te bereiken, zonder dat je last van het vliegverkeer hebt. Een boulangerie voor een heerlijk Marokkaans ontbijt is gelijk aan de hoek.
Het appartment had één nadeel: alleen één van de 2 slaapkamers had airconditioning en die was niet sterk genoeg, om beide ruimtes te koelen. Ze koelde over het algemeen niet sterk. We moesten uiteindelijk toch in een slaapkamer slapen, terwijl we ons juist op het slapen in 2 verschillende kamers verheugd hadden. Het hele appartment was heel erg warm, maar met alle ramen open werd dit gelijdelijk beter. Een extra ventilator zou al geholpen hebben en een betere nachtrust geboden hebben.

En uno de los apartamentos solo había un aire para todo el apartamento y no funcionaba prácticamente. En el otro solo había en una habitación. En el sofá cama imposible dormir, era muy duro.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Die Nähe zum Flughafen war für uns ideal. Morgens einfach 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft bis zur Haupthalle ist toll. Der Check-in mit Schlüsselkasten war total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gekühlt und sehr sauber. Außerdem ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen sehr hübschen Innenhof. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026This property is very local with lots of real Moroccan life surrounding it. It is very close to the airport and can easily be walked for early flights. I’m not sure I would want to arrive in the country late and try to find it though! The property is clean and has a nice rooftop balcony.
We had zero communication on how to access the property beforehand. When we arrived we actually thought we had been scammed because no one picked up the phone or was there to help let us in. About 10 minutes of us waiting and a man shows up, takes us to the apt and leaves! The bathroom had a pretty funky sewer smell and the AC was struggling to cool the rooms. Also, if you have large luggage, there is no elevator and it’s a small staircase.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Owner super promt and welcoming. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. Even a fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 AC- one in the living room, one on the bedroom. Our stay was unfortunately super short but worth it. 10 mins walking from the airport. Btw, there is a market nearby, where you can buy all sorts of stuff with waaay better prices than in Medina 😊 Thank you for your hospitality!

Nous devons dire que cet appartement est très joli, mais il ne sert qu'à être visité tant il est peu fonctionnel.. Par exemple, prévu pour 4 couchages, il y a juste 2 bols, 2 assiettes, 3 verres, pas de couverts, pas de torchons, pas d'égouttoir. Pas de cafetière avec filtre permanent... Pas de clim dans la chambre double. Pas une table, ni bureau ( pour poser nos verres nous devons utiliser les petits tabourets de décoration!!)

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Apartment ganz oben. Sehr geräumig. Schöne Dachterasse. Wir sind nachts um 2 vom Flughafen dorthin gelaufen und haben uns sicher gefühlt. Auch zurück zum Flughafen nachts um 4 kein Problem.
Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Die Unterkunft war für uns perfekt, eigentlich für vier Personen geeignet und man hätte auch selber kochen können, haben wir aber nicht gemacht. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und natürlich der Flughafen lagen in der Nähe, zu dem wir morgens 4.30 Uhr ganz entspannt und sicher hinlaufen konnten. Die Wohnung war in einem normalen Wohngebiet mit noch zwei anderen Apartments im Haus und einer schönen Dachterrasse. Es war alles sehr sauber. Den Eigentümer haben wir nicht getroffen, den Schlüssel haben wir über eine Schlüsselbox erhalten.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Günstig gelegen und für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug praktisch. Dachterrasse für alle drei Wohnungen im Haus, eigener Innenhof. Viel Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Vor der Tür authentisches Marrakech: buntes Markttreiben, keine Touristen, extrem niedrige Preise. Sehr sauber und sicher. Wasser und Kaffee standen bereit.
Check in code für die Schlüsselbox musste bei Ankunft erst angefragt werden; unpersönlich.

I am new to this area in Morocco - I have nothing bad to say. Just be mindful of traffic and crossing streets when walking - very busy especially at night.

Tout dépend de la chambre choisie, nous avions la n°3, la notre était au troisieme étage sans ascenseur et moins belle que les autres. Il y a une incoherence entre le numéro des boites a clé et le numéro des appartements, nous avons essayer de forcer avec la clé sur une porte qui n'était pas la bonne en pleine nuit... La salle de bain est petite et il faudrait mettre un mirroir beaucoup plus grand, car celui dans la salle de bain est vraiment trop petit.

Particolarmente apprezzata la gentilezza del proprietario nel farci trovare due bottiglie d'acqua al nostro arrivo. Molto carino anche il balcone sito all'ultimo piano e usufruibile dai clienti per rilassarsi e consumare il cibo.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Heel mooie kamers met prachtige plafonds. De eigenaar was bereikbaar om 1u ‘s nachts toen we de sleutelbox eerst niet openkregen. Een buurtbewoner hielp ons belangeloos om de locatie te vinden, wat voor ons niet evident was op dit uur, en belde de eigenaar voor ons op. Fijne manier om aan te komen in Marokko!
We hadden moeite om de sleutelbox te openen, maar dat is uiteindelijk toch gelukt.

Rien de particulier, surtout pour y passer seulement une nuit et rejoindre l aéroport tôt le matin.

Communication pas top : incohérence entre le numéro casier de clés et le numéro d’appartement à ouvrir. Nous avons forcé sur une porte pendant plusieurs minutes avant de comprendre (et peut être fait peur aux occupants de cet appartement du coup). Conversation avec l’hôte en espagnol.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Dieser Riad war unsere letzte und mit Sicherheit die beste Unterkunft in Marrakesch. Es war fast ein bisschen schade, dort nur eine Nacht zu verbringen. Der Ort war so gemütlich, gepflegt, WIRKLICH sauber und nach dem europäischen Anspruch:) mit viel Liebe zu Details und sehr authentisch eingerichtet. Es gab alles, was man für einen ruhigen Aufenthalt braucht. Dazu gehörte noch eine richtig schöne Terrasse. In der Gegend gab es viele Bankautomaten, Ärzte und lokale Cafés mit gutem und sehr günstigem Essen. Bis zum Flughafen sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß und der Weg ist bequem. Nicht zu vergessen gute Worte über den netten Eigentümer, der unten einen Friseur Laden hat und kümmert sich um die Gäste. Eine absolute Empfehlung und eine glatte 10 👍

Reviewed May 1, 2026Ce logement était très propre et bien situé pour aller prendre l'avion. Propre et neuf, avec des boiseries au plafond et une décoration marocaine. Une salle de bains très bien. Une cuisine moderne mais totalement vide. Bien sûr nous aurions pu aller acheter du café.
Nous nous sommes sentis enfermés , malgré la courette intérieure. Des éclairages très blancs, très froids. Pas de contact humain, juste un homme qui donne les clefs. Un environnement très bruyant et mal isolé. Il manque des rideaux pour faire la pénombre la nuit.

J’ai super bien dormi, la literie était confortable. Je recommande le rapport qualité prix est excellent.
