Sehr nettes Personal, moderne und saubere Zimmer und Flughafen Transfer mitten in der Nacht hat auch super funktioniert

Alojamiento muy limpio y comodo a 8 minutos del aeropuerto y también zona tranquila. El servicio de Aicha ha sido inmejorable, los desayuno y las comidas también muy buenos.

Wat ons het meest beviel, was de gunstige ligging van de riad. De accommodatie ligt op slechts tien minuten rijden van het vliegveld, wat het reizen van en naar de luchthaven erg gemakkelijk maakte. Vooral na een lange reis of bij een vroege vlucht is dit een groot pluspunt.

Het enige minpunt was de douche. Het duurde erg lang voordat het water warm werd. Zodra het water eindelijk op temperatuur kwam, werd het eerst ontzettend heet, waarna het geleidelijk een aangename temperatuur bereikte. Helaas konden we vervolgens maar ongeveer drie minuten warm douchen voordat het water weer volledig koud werd. Daarna begon het hele proces opnieuw. Dit maakte het douchen erg oncomfortabel en was een tegenvaller tijdens ons verblijf. Hopelijk kan dit probleem worden verholpen, zodat toekomstige gasten hier geen last van hebben.

Clean room, small convenience store near by. Half hour walk to airport. Shops and everyday life/ activities to observe. 5 to 10 min walk........Night time market off main street. Safety in streets when walking. Would use again.

No obvious sign on apartment to indicate correct riad. Suggest washable mattress covers on mattress. Maybe a chair in room with floor cushions.

Het verblijf was meer dan prima. Aicha verzorgde alles goed en hielp ook met het regelen van een vervroegd ontbijt. Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt van het vliegveld zitten zonder veel geluidsoverlast.

Was mooi ingericht en schoon. Prima voor een overnachting dichtbij het vliegveld. De host was erg aardig en verzorgde ons nog eten laat in de avond. Alles zag er keurig en verzorgd uit.

De locatie, de mogelijkheid om eten en drinken te bestellen, het ontbijt en de service van Aïcha.

De douchekop kun je niet goed/handig ophangen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Très bon séjour au Riad L’Aéroport. L’emplacement est très pratique, surtout pour les voyageurs qui ont un vol tôt le matin ou qui arrivent tard. Une mention spéciale à Aïcha, la réceptionniste, qui a été vraiment exceptionnelle. Très gentille, souriante, accueillante et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Son accueil chaleureux a vraiment fait la différence. Merci beaucoup à Aïcha etJe recommande vivement cet établissement ! ❤️

El alojamiento es todo lo que buscamos la noche antes de viajar de vuelta. Se adaptaron totalmente a nuestra llegada, nos ofrecieron unas bebidas y unas galletas al llegar. Aicha fue una excelente anfitriona, hasta incluso contactó con nosotros por WhatsApp preocupada por si todo estaba bien. Nos organizó el transporte hasta el aeropuerto a las 4:45AM tal como habíamos acordado con ella (cobran aprox 20eu) pero merece la pena. La habitación estaba muy limpia, con aire acondicionado y cero ruido.

Está en una zona retirada del centro, por lo que es necesario taxi para llegar y para salir. La calle está en obras y no tiene mucha luz ni señalización Por poner alguna pega: el baño de la habitación no tiene la ducha separada y se sale toda el agua al ducharse, y no tienen secador de pelo.

Fizemos um check-in já tarde, perto da 1:00 e a anfitriã, estava à nossa espera. O hotel encontra-se numa zona nova, nota-se que o edifício é recente. Está tudo muito limpo e arrumado, os quartos são bastante confortáveis. Pequeno almoço divinal. Agradecemos de coração a disponibilidade e simpatia da anfitriã.

Service de navette à bon prix avec l'hôtel. Nous avons pu réserver à l'avance et partir très tôt le matin pour notre vol. Parfait pour la transition en début ou fin de voyage.

I was looking for a place to sleep for the night before my early morning flight home. I checked in at 11.30pm and Aïcha checked me in. She was so friendly and helpful and gave me water to take up to my room. She organised a car to take me to the airport in the morning. Very short distance from the airport, about 5 mins. The room was clean, modern and a good size. Private bathroom was clean and they provided hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, towels.

It was quite noisy throughout the night.

Nice property with a lovely quarter to eat breakfast in the morning. There were options for dinner as well. The room was fine and I was able to sleep with the air con on a bit. The staff were really friendly, from my transfer from the airport and Aïcha was a really good host preparing a nice breakfast and making sure I had cool water while I waited for my next transfer.

No complaints at all. This was a very good short stay.

It was close to the airport. The staff is so nice. Aicha the manager went above and beyond for me. I checked in very late and I was starving, I asked for a nearby restaurant and she offered to order food for me and delivered it to my room.

Booked this mainly because our flight got delayed so we wanted to stay somewhere to escape the heat, shower, and rest for a bit. The AC wasn't functioning properly unfortunately. We did not stay over night but I don't think we would ever have if we had the chance.

Hôtel parfait pour une nuit courte car près de l'aéroport pour un décollage tôt et environnement très en travaux, donc sûrement bruyant a la reprise du travail !! Une fois terminé , le quartier sera bien !! Chambre propre et confortable mais la clim ne marchait pas bien dans notre chambre ! Nuit très chaude cette soirée d'août !! Avantage : un transport est proposé pour aller en ville, finalement au même prix qu'un taxi (tarif de nuit !)

Clim déficiente .... courte nuit un peu difficile avec la chaleur de ce soir là ! Quartier vraiment pas top pour l'instant mais ça va changer et pour une petite nuit avant un vol, pas très grave !

La navette pour aller à l'aéroport coûte 19€ pour 5min de trajet. La clim ne fonctionnait pas bien. La lumière de la salle de bain est à détecteur de mouvement, elle s'éteint tout le temps et pas pratique la nuit.

Ho scelto questa soluzione perchè avevo un volo all'alba e la struttura di trova a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto ma anche per l'aria condizionata. Se fuori c'erano 43 gradi in camera ce n'è saranno stati 50. Muri, letto e cuscini talmente caldi che alle 4.30 del mattino ancora emanavano calore. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e, dopo averlo fatto presente, ci è stato risposto di aspettare ancora un po. Le finestre non si potevano aprire perchè davano su più cantieri dove gli operai lavorano dalle 21 in poi con tutti i rumori del caso. Abbiamo passato.la peggior notte di tutti i 13 riad provati in questo viaggio. La tv non si accendeva e la luce in bagno, automatica, si spegneva dopo pochi secondi e nemmeno sbracciandosi si riattivava con evidente disagio.

L’éclairage dans les chambre est très puissant et un peu froid.

Nahe am Flughafen gelegen. Freundliche Gastgeberin (Aïcha). Transfer zum Flughafen hat sehr früh am Morgen einwandfrei geklappt (Barzahlung für Touristen Tax und Airport shuttle). Zimmer und ganzes Riad/Hotel sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Gastgeberin hat uns frühmorgens auf Nachfrage einen Snack und Tee vorbereitet.

Eine sehr sehr freundliche und nette Begrüßung. Alle waren hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war lecker. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel ist umgeben von Baustellen. Da wird bis abends gearbeitet. Die Umgebung ist charmefrei.

Nous avons passé une nuit entre notre arrivée et le transfert. Aïcha a mis tout en œuvre pour que nous nous sentions bien et que nous manquions de rien, c'était parfait.

The property is super close to the airport, tucked away from the Medina which is nice when you need a little more quiet and authentic neighborhood vibes. The little courtyard is simple, but elegant & great for unwinding. The real gem is the rooftop! X Beautiful views & decor! Additionally Aïcha was an incredible host, always very available and approachable. She made me feel at home and was so kind to me! Extra touches like that really make a difference when you just landed from a long travel day. It’s also very affordable. I’ll be back!

My only suggestion to future travelers is to bring earplugs if you are not used to all the sounds of the city & construction. Everything about the property was great though!

Aïcha était très acceuillante et gentille. L'établissement est propre.

La atención y el buen trato además de la hospitalidad y además tuvieron el detalle de aunque mi salida era a las 12.00 pero mi avión a España salía a las 17.00 me permitieron estar un poco más en la habitación. El servicio de chofer también muy puntual, atentos y buena comunicación y la habitación limpia bonita y muy acogedora con todos los detalles.

Notre air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment bien. Nous avons dû attendre plusieurs heures pour avoir un peu de fraîcheur La lumière automatique de la salle de bain est à ajuster. Elle ne reste pas ouverte assez longtemps (elle se ferme au bout de 15-20 sec) quand on est dans la douche! Mais elle s’allume toute seule la nuit quand quelqu’un bouge dans le lit !

La chambre est super clean, tout est nouveau et propre dans la chambre.

Pas d'ascenseur, alors si tu viens avec de grandes valises tu vas souffrir un peu à les monter par les sscaliers. L'environnement il y a encore beaucoup de constructions autour. Difficile à trouve l'etablissement aucune pancarte ou affiche de l'exterieur on dirait une maison et non un hotel j'ai dû demander à des personnes autour pour savoir ou se trouve l'hotel.

Moc krásné ubytování na příjemném místě. Jediné co, byl mírný hluk ráno a jedna z postelí dost vrzala i když si na ní člověk jen sedl. Z koupelny šlo světlo do pokoje, které nás ráno probudilo. Jinak super!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Riad sehr gut gefallen. Aïcha ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr bemüht! Es war sehr ruhig und sauber und das Frühstück wurde extra für uns gemacht. Dafür konnten wir eine Uhrzeit wählen, wann wir essen wollten. Der Flughafen ist in der Nähe und man kann sogar dorthin laufen, wenn man nicht zu viel Gepäck hat. Das Riad liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und ist daher perfekt für die Rückreise oder einen Zwischenstopp. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le quartier isolé Pas de possibilité de restauration autre que celle proposée par le Riad, (ils se font livrer ce que l’on commande et prennent une grosse commission). Ils profitent de l’isolement pour proposer un service de navette aéroport à un prix exorbitant ( 190 Mad négocié à 150 Mad) alors qu’un petit taxi prend 20 à 30 Mad. Durant notre séjour pas d’eau chaude. Toutes ces remarques ont déjà été faites par de nombreux voyageurs et semblent n’avoir aucune réponse de la part du gérant.

It's a very modern, neat, clean, and well furnished building.

Bathroom light is motion activated, so whether you're showering or sitting on the loo you need to wave your arms frantically every 10 seconds. No hot water for the shower. Wifi password didn't work on the router accessed from the bedroom, but it does work if standing in the corridor. Can get a tiny bit of that router signal from the bedroom, if you're nearer the door. €20 for the shuttle is quite pricey considering it is only a 6 minute drive. Also the hotel doesn't accept card, nor do they have change for cash. So bring exact change in dirham, including the 50 for the hotel tax. I booked this hotel with the assumption that the shuttle is included as it's 6 minutes from the airport and the hotel is called "Riad L'Aéroport". Other similar hotels around the world would include the shuttle. Otherwise we wouldn't have stayed out in the middle of nowhere where this hotel is located. I didn't want to be bringing any dirham home with me so I was relying on the hotel to take cards (as every other hotel/Riad I've stayed with in Morocco do) we had to do quite a bit of late night walking to find somewhere that would supply us with cash. I might have understood these were teething pains of a brand new hotel (it looks brand new) but apparently it's been there 5 years. Also, there is no sign outside to let you know you're in the right place.

Pas grand chose mise à part l'emplacement pour se rendre à l'aéroport.

L'emplacement est bien pour pouvoir rejoindre l'aéroport mais il faut faire attention car c'est trop loin pour y aller à pied donc l'hôtel facture 200Dh ( 20 euros) pour vous amener de l'hôtel à l'aéroport. Vous êtes quasiment obligé de le prendre sachant qu'il n'y a que 6 minutes de trajet en voiture mais 30 minutes à pied et avec les valises c'est compliqué. Les taxis qui vont de l'aéroport au centre de la médina sont à 140DH (14euros) pour 25 minutes de trajet. Ils en profitent qu'à nous n'avons pas d'autres choix. Pas d'eau chaude le jour de notre passage et les draps sont troués. Le personnel est tout juste aimable.

Très bien Accueilli par Aïcha qui est adorable. Elle est très attentive à notre confort. C'est un excellent lieu proche de l'aéroport où on peut séjourner plusieurs jours sans problème. Le quartier est en construction, mais il est très calme. Je recommande sans problème.

Les repas sont un peu chers par rapport à la qualité, mais ça va.

Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig, Wifi funktionierte gar nicht, der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Das Licht im Badezimmer ist nur für ein paar Sekunden an, durch einen Bewegungsmelder. Dauert dann kurz, bis das Licht wieder angeht. Dies ist etwas nervig, wenn man Licht benötigt. Der Shuttle zum Flughafen war überteuert. In der Hotel Zeitschrift stand 150 Dirham drauf. Per Nachricht schrieb man mir es kostete 19€. Beim Bezahlen dann plötzlich 25€.

Not much. Big towels and close to the airport. The airport driver was there on time (5am) The cost was very reasonable.

Weird location, noisy due to construction, terribly hot room, no air flow, air conditioning wasn’t working well at all and no where to sit on the roof terrace. Un drinkable water and no bottle water available. No restaurants or anything near by. The bathroom light sensor was not properly installed so it went on and off every few seconds.

Es un (edificio ) riad muy bonito muy comodo, muy cerca al aeropuerto ,Aicha es una mujer increible muy amable , ella me consiguio la Sim de datos para celular, me enseñó como hacerle, llegamos pasada media noche sin ningún problema, ella me ofrecio servicio de taxi , el chico que nos recogio increible tambien super amable , un lugar muy seguro para ir en familia, las camas el baño todo muy bonito y limpio , las tohallas increiblemente blancas , sin duda lo recomiendo mucho .

Exactly what you want after a long day of travel. They even sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport after a post-midnight landing – that kind of service sets the tone immediately. Beautiful riad-style decor, genuinely warm staff, and super convenient for the airport. Clean, comfortable, and full of character. Would stay here again without hesitation.

La proximité de l aéroport (8mn en voiture). Bien pour une nuit L accueil de notre hôte qui nous a proposé de nous préparer un panier petit déjeuner pour 6h30. La propreté de la chambre.

Le prix du dîner, les plats proposés sont beaucoup trop chers.

Extremely clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We spend our last night in Morocco here because we had an early flight next day and it's location was very close to the airport. We got in late, but check in was super easy and they made us a great dinner before getting to bed early!

Nothing, perfect for what we needed

Questo riad è davvero fantastico per chi, come noi, aveva l'aereo all'alba. La signora al check in è stata gentilissima sia al nostro arrivo sia la mattina della partenza (alle 5.30) che si è svagliata e accertata che ci fosse il transfer prenotato per l'aeroporto. Molto carina e disponibile. Abita al riad, e se non ho capito male, fa lei le colazioni, cene o qualcosa da mangiare se arrivate ad orari "strani" e siete stanchi per uscire. La camera era pulitissima, grande, e molto confortevole.

Niente, non c'è molto vicino al Riad per cenare, ma d'altronde si sa che è una zona più periferica. Ribadisco, top per chi ha il volo all'alba come noi. Il transfer per l'aeroporto, 14€, puntualissimo. E dal Riad sono 5 minuti.

Lovely staff, super accommodating, able to get cabs for us. The rooms were clean and lovely.

The door to the washroom is just sliding glass, no sound proofing and then the frosting on the glass was not dark enough and you could slightly see into the washroom, would have liked a little more privacy while staying with friends.

This riad was super modern, clean and comfortable. We had a late flight coming into Marrakesh at 1AM, and they were able to schedule a shuttle for us, as well as check us in. We also had to leave early the next day, so they were kind enough to make breakfast for us on short notice. The staff was very kind and eager to help. This is a great location if you’re looking for an airport transfer stop, otherwise you might be a tiny bit far from the city. I would definitely recommended this riad!

Posizione, top. Piena Medica / mercato. La gentilezza dello staff, ci ha tenuto le valige gratuitamente senza problemi, anzi, siamo tornati dopo pranzo a ritirarle ed è venuto appositamente per aprirci la struttura. Ottima la colazione! Nel complesso, se alloggiate per una notte, è un buon compromesso. Vicina, 10min a piedi, dalla fortezza sull'oceano.

La stanza era con il solo lenzuolo di sotto e non il sopra, con direttamente il piumone. Diciamo non sia proprio il top. Il bagno, con la doccia senza piatto, praticamente si bagna tutto e impiastricci la stanza.

La chambre était parfaite, très bien équipée, confortable et très propre. Aïcha nous a reçu avec courtoisie et fournit tous les renseignements utiles. La navette du matin pour l’aéroport était à l’heure et le chauffeur très aimable. Qui plus est ce service était inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Top !

Pas aimé est un mot trop fort. L’établissement est certes situé dans un quartier en développement, mais il est proche de l’aéroport et le soir il est assez tranquille. Donc c’était ok.

I think it would be great for residents to have keys to the main entrance so they can come and go as they please without needing to use WhatsApp or the door bell.

La mujer que nos atendió fue muy amable y muy atenta, te llama a los taxis para qe te recojan, te prepara el desayuno y puedes hacer el check in aunque sea de madrugada (te hace el favor)
