Idéalement placé à côté des transport en commun c est le truc de cet appartement.

Côté hygiène ce n etait pas propre, pas de cafetière les chambres n avaient plus de store et la salle de bain pas de lumière (juste une lampe de chevet sur la machine à laver) et la literie n est pas terrible. Bref c est dommage l appartement est grand et bien placé mais il y a un réel manque d entretien.

Eigentlich wenig - am ehesten noch die Lage

Wir hatten keinen Strom, weil die Sicherung aufgrund eines Problems (wie wir im Nachhinein erfahren haben - ein bekanntes Problem im Badezimmer) ausgefallen ist und nicht mehr einschaltbar war. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Lichtschalter nur noch am Kabel gehängt. Die Dusche war derart verschmutzt, dass wir nicht entscheiden konnten, ob es sich nur um Schmutz oder Schimmel gehandelt hat. Die Küche ... Das Ceranfeld scharfkantig abgesplittert und die ursprüngliche Farbe der Abwasch hat man nur erahnen können. Die Betten wackeln und quietschen ... Das Quartier ist in ein paar Räumen mit neuen Sachen ausgestattet worden (Couch, Esstisch), der (nicht fotografierte) Rest ist in einem Zustand, den ich keinen Gast empfehlen möchte. Von einer Luxeriösen Umgebung - wie im Titel der Anzeige beschrieben - haben wir auch nichts gemerkt ... die hat sich gut vor uns versteckt. Wir haben nach einer schlaflosen Nacht das Quartier verlassen und uns ein anderes Quartier gesucht. Erst am Vormittag danach hat sich der Vermieter gemeldet ... kein Verständnis für die Situation und kein Entgegenkommen seinerseits für eine Rückerstattung des Mietpreises aufgrund der Unbenützbarkeit der Wohnung.

Plassen var helt fantastisk. Sentralt og fin plass. Nær trikk og sentrum. Kunne gjerne vært en støvsuger som fungerte som den skulle og 1 mopp der for vasking. Ellers helt topp.

The state of this apartment is abysmal. Worn down, dirty, not maintained. The photos are extremely different from reality. The shower is so used that it needs to be replaced because it would be impossible to clean. Walls and doors are scraped. Some light switches hang off the wall. There were used tissues on the fireplace, the fireplace cover was covered in layers of sticky dust. After complaining to the owner the offered to send someone to clean the apartment "again" but I don't see how it could help unless someone send a power washing crew here and then a maintenance team. Overall the owner entirely disagreed with our description of the apartment, but see for yourself in the photos. Again - this apartment is in an entirely different state than pictured in the offer and no amount of cleaning could make it better in areas like bathroom or kitchen.

Las imágenes no concuerdan con la realidad. El baño parece que nunca se haya limpiado, había calzoncillos y calcetines por los armarios, mucha suciedad, toallas desgastadas, la alcachofa de la ducha rota, la luz del baño es una bombilla porque sino se va la luz de la casa, en una habitación no se puede estar a oscuras, utensilios de cocina sucios, no tiene fregona. Me parece un timo que no tenga las fotos reales del apartamento.

Appartement pas très propre. Il mériterait un sérieux coup de nettoyage. Une casserole brûlée,plafond de salle de bain sale,une lampe de chevet pour lumière dans la salle de bain ,le congélateur salé et un mégot entre les meubles de cuisine Un meuble à chaussures noire au fond et le lavabo de la cuisine noire et sentant mauvais . Le sol dans tout l'appartement pas nettoyé.

Kitchen and living room was nice

Bathroom was terrible, the light in the bathroom was a bed night lamp, when we turned on the heating of the Bathroom lights went off and we didn’t realise the reason for a while, wasn’t easy to find the general switch for the apartment. We contacted the owner but took a day to reply. There are no curtains in 2 out of 3 dorms so shining light from 4am made it hard for sleeping. Size of one room is total different than picture. And the cleaning could be better

Owner didn't really help with any issue, the bathroom lights were not working, the key was hard to obtain, the whole appartment overall was dirty (Bathroom ceiling, sofa, mattresses)

Dårlig utstyrt, kun vannkoker. Oppvaskmaskinen virket ikke . Fikk vannlekkasje. Badet var moderne for 20 år siden . Var ikke i nærheten av omtalen i annonsen.

What you see, is not what you get. None of the photos represent the real world. All decoration is removed or gone. The smell in the very small bathroom is horrible. Multiple things are broken, like curtains, lights and switches. There are holes in the wall that are filled with plastic bags.

Location is very good, convenient to metro, tram, close to Vigeland Park. Easy access to the mountain as well (hikes in the summer, sledding in the winter, or nordic skiing). Very nice and charming neighborhood with beautiful old buildings. Apartment is located is one of only 2 modern buildings on the street. Safe feeling in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Good to have clothes rack in each bedroom. Bedrooms look out on a garden. Magical with the snow and lit balconies. Had it worked properly, system to retrieve apartment key is good. But lost over 30 minutes trying to get hold of the manager to retrieve the key. Make sure you have enough battery on your phone. Guy at the store was very understanding and let us wait in the store (very cold day). Apartment was fine for 6 people.

The pictures in the "ad" are misleading. During our visit: no nice sheets (instead cheap and crumpled ones, and no this is not "typical Norwegian" as the manager responded), all the paintings are gone, cheap little lamps instead of the nice ones in the pictures. Things that are broken have not been fixed nor replaced: blinds, top of bathroom bin, bulbs, lamp in living room. Smelly bathroom (throughout the apartment). Not sure hand towel was clean. Lack of maintenance and lack of feeling of cleanliness. Bring a bathmat if you want one as well as kitchen towel, none provided. We go to Olso on a regular basis, apartment was great option for group of friends as close to our Norwegian friends' home. Too bad for the lack of maintenance, we will not go back.

Was a great stay for a big group! One bathroom may not be for all groups but ours was fine with it and it was walking distance from the township.

There is only one restroom for getting ready and it was not good to use since most of the things are broken or old.

The home was impeccable and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect for us to relax. We really wish we could have stayed longer!

- One of the cheaper apartments in Oslo that we saw on BOOKING, but street parking costs ~€6/hr (free parking fr 8 pm to 9 am), so potential renters with cars might want to factor this into the cost of the apartment. - Large apartment and nice location. - Tech-savvy host smartly used YouTube video, photos, and Google maps to take the guesswork out of the check-in process. - Toiletries provided. (But note that you'll have to bring your own kitchen consumables + laundry detergent.)

- Code to retrieve key did not work - had to make a call to sort it out. - Apartment looked much newer & nicer in the photos and some parts needed a refresh/repair for a 10* stay: E.g., Bathroom facilities were quite old. Kitchen sink and shower drain were semi-clogged and did not drain well. Stains on kitchen sink and dining chairs' fabric. 1 of the bedrooms had slotted window blinds that didn't twist shut well, letting in lots of light. Some light bulbs needed replacing. Plenty of other kitchen utensils, but only 3 spoons.

The location is perfect. Close to everything, you get to Enjoy Oslo and Vigeland Park which is quite close....

This apartment is perfect for big groups or families, with lots of space! The apartment have a great location close to everything, walking distance. It has everything we needed, defenitly worth the money! You can also park right outside.
