Det saknades Kaffebryggare, Ketteln läckte vatten, Ganska dålig avrinning från tvättställ i badrummet. Mycket damm på golven. Snålt med toalettpapper.

Sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

Der Teppich und einiges Geschirr und Besteck war dreckig.

Świetna lokalizacja, winda w budynku, balkon, bliskość sklepu, zmywarka, pralka.

Czystość fatalna, pościel sprawiała wrażenie używanej, w szafie była zarzygana pościel której nie powinienem widzieć. Brak podstawowych artykułów spożywczych _ sól, pieprz, ani jednej herbaty i kapsułki do ekspresu który był w miejscu mało komfortowym na lodówce. Brak ręcznika kuchennego albo ścierki. Za pralką pełno starych śmieci. Uszkodzona bateria pod prysznicem- kąpiel w bardzo gorącej wodzie. Brak półki przy łóżku na telefon lub wodę.

Mancavano cose essenziali tipo carta igienica, la dotazione della cucina era al minimo, non c’erano asciughini o scottex. C’era la lavastoviglie con le stoviglie sporche dentro. Pulizia sommaria. Peccato perché l’appartamento in sé sarebbe carino

La proximité du tram.

Tout le reste : Lave vaisselle cassé avec de la vaisselle sale. Four très sale. Dans la chambre, pas de table de chevet ni liseuse. Plateau de la table dangereusement non fixé au pied. Photos ne correspondent pas. Tapis sale et vieux. Traces de traînées sur les murs. Immeuble en travaux avec échafaudages devant les fenêtres. Cage d’escalier sale et en travaux. Pas de volet à la porte fenêtre du séjour. Douche exiguë qui inonde la salle de bain. …

Il n, y avait pas de papier toilette , nous en avons réclamé et personne ne nous a répondu . Idem pour un drap plus grand pour le canapé lit: aucune réponse !

At sluket var tett i dusjen og at balkongdøren ikke åpnet seg så jeg gikk inn og ut av vinduet

Beliggenhet kort avstand til det meste.

Dårlig renhold, tett sluk (ikke vasket på mange mnd ) bildene fra booking stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheten. Flekker på sengetøy, flekkete møbler, delvis ødelagt stol /puff. Mangler front på oppvaskmaskin. Selve leiligheten så litt halveis ut når man attpå til ikke møtte en ren leilighet.

Il soggiorno non ha alcuna tapparella, essendo in 4 abbiamo usufruito del divano letto in soggiorno come da indicazioni, ma durante l’estate il sole non tramonta e c’è luce per tutta la notte perchè non c’è una tapparella oscurante nel soggiorno, c’è solo una tende che fa entrare la luce. A differenza della camera da letto in cui era presente

De keuken was niet heel compleet…we waren met zijn vieren maar er was niet genoeg bestek. Veel keukengerei miste. Er was geen afwasmiddel en borstel voor korte afwasjes. Geen wc-papier. Het was ook niet heel schoon toen we aankwamen.

L emplacement

Nous devions recevoir le code a 23h00 car nous arrivions tard et nous avions pourtant averti. Malheureusement rien ne nous est communiqué à 1h30 du matin nous avons tenté un appel au bout de plusieurs minutes ce code d entrée est arrivé par SMS. Nous avons très mal vécu cette arrivée car il était tard sans solution de repli à part peut être la voiture La vaisselle sale restait dans le lave vaisselle et les draps étaient non repassés

Beliggenhet, stort og fint bad. Leiligheten var romslig og fungerte helt fint. Det var to store/gode dusjhåndklær på bade, men savnet lite håndkle til ansikt/hender.

Var kun EN dorull til 2 personer for 4 dager. Var ikke håndsåpe på badet. Det var ikke tørkerull på kjøkken. Var heller ikke kjøkkenhåndkle (til glass, kopper m.m) Vi kunne ønsket mulighet for å se f.eks NRK, Tv2 play på TV. Fant bare utenlandske stasjoner.

Muy buena ubicación en un barrio muy animado con tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Está muy bien comunicado con tranvía, metro y bus . Hay zonas verdes cerca

Muy ruidoso durante el día y por la noche. En el baño, unicamente tuvimos una toalla por persona, ninguna para las manos . Cocina grande pero mal equipada. Ningún paño de cocina , Únicamente tres vasos de cristal .

Veldig bra beliggenhet 👍🏼

The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation. There was a 24-hour convenience store right next door and a nice park within walking distance. The electronic door lock was also a great feature.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. The sink in kitchen was dirty, the dishwasher had an unpleasant smell, and the sofa also smelled strange, which was concerning since one of us had to sleep on it. There was also dust everywhere. What surprised us most was that we had asked if it would be possible to check in a little earlier, but our request was declined because the apartment needed to be cleaned after the previous guests. We also received a reminder to check out on time for the same reason. Because of this, we expected the apartment to be thoroughly cleaned, but unfortunately it was not. The overall level of cleanliness was disappointing.

Alojamiento bien ubicado, junto a la estación de tranvía de Majorstuen. El apartamento es muy agradable, tiene una pequeñita terraza a la avenida y tiene cocina con todo lo necesario.

The apartment is conveniently located by the Majorstuen station. Access was easy and the host helped arrange to drop off my bags before check-in since I was traveling internationally and had no place to store them. In the kitchen, there was a mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stovetop. Plates, glasses, and cutlery were fine. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets and lots of extra blankets. There was a washing machine, iron, and vacuum cleaner.

The building is undergoing renovation and this was not clear when advertised. There was scaffolding and tarps covering the view from the bedroom window. For an apartment, the basic amenities were poor. There was nowhere to unpack my suitcase or to store my clothes--no dresser, only a large closet with no shelves or drawers. The wifi router was just lying in the floor by the couch under a small TV on a tripod stand. One towel was provided, but no floor mat or towel and no wash cloth. I found a leftover bottle of soap, perhaps from a previous guest, otherwise I guess there would have been none. In the kitchen, there were no basic goods like detergent for the dishwasher or basic foodstuffs like salt, sugar, or oil that would make the kitchen usable. Not even teabags for a warm drink. Coming for 2-3 nights, who should expect to have to buy such items?

The beds were comfortable, good shower and it was nice to have a balcony and stove.

There was a dishwasher, however there were no dishwasher tablets to actually use it. There weren’t even dish soap to do the dishes by hand. There was no kitchen towels or household paper with made it very hard to easily use the kitchen. When we first arrived outside the apartment I checked my phone to see if he had given further information as he said he would do but I hadn’t received anything. Keep in mind, he said he would give more information about 10 minutes before check-in and the clock was about 20 minutes past check in time. I then messaged him and we actually got all of the information quite fast so that was actually good. Although, when I asked a few days later where the dish soap or dishwasher tablets were I never got an answer. After our visit one of my friends realized they had perhaps lost their ring in the apartment where we lived and I messaged the host again but this time if they had maybe found her ring and described it. I never got an answer about that either.

Beliggenheten og hyggelig vert.

Møbler i stuen var ikke veldig komfertable, spesielt sovesofaen.

Leiligheten var sentralt plassert.

Det var for lite toalettpapir. Heisen var ute av drift. Toalettgulvet ble svært glatt når det var vått, noe som er farlig.

لا يوجد شي جميل في هالفندق

أكبر مقلب أخذته في حياتي إني حجزت هالشقة اللي كان في بالي إنها فندق، وظهر لي أنها شقة بغرفة صغيرة تتسع لسرير ضيق أصلا بدون ستائر تستر اللي داخل الشقة، الماء الحار ينقطع إذا استخدم الدوش أحدهم، وعليك أن تنتظر ساعة. المكان موحش ولا يوجد استقبال، باب العمارة ليس فيه لوحة للدلالة عليه، مدخل الفندق عمارة متهالكة. أصنصير ضيق ، ومدير لا يرد الا من خلال مسجات البوكينج وبعد ساعة يرد ، نصيحتي انحش من هذا الفندق ولا يغرك السعر، تخيل صاحب المكان تارك لنا بقايا العملاء اللي قبلنا من صابون وشامبو وعبوات قهوة لا تركب عالماكينة الموجودة، وبعض المواد الغذائية من الذين قبلنا !!!

Great location. Apartment is pretty spacious and would have been perfect if not for how dirty it was! Nespresso coffee machine was great to have.

DIRTY!!! It’s not even that the floors were not washed (they were NOT washed - my white socks got dirty pretty quickly), but bed linen were used and dirty!!! There were lots of hair in the bed from whomever slept there before and there were some brown spots on the linen.(pics are attached)

Todo! Es la segunda vez que me alojo allí y la próxima vez si estoy en Oslo, seguro que reservaré este apartamento Muy luminoso, limpio y bonito. La ubicación es muy cómoda, solo 2 min a una parada de tranvía/bus y a 3 min del metro

There was construction work going on, and it was very noisy in the mornings in the apartment. I tried to contact the host about this, but got no reply.

Ogólnie byłam zadowolona ale za pierwszym razem nie mogłam znaleźć drzwi i numeru na budynku bo byly zastawione i schowane za rusztowaniem - ponieważ był tam robiony remont. Gdybym dostała z obiektu taką informacje - byłoby mi łatwiej znaleźć wejście

Great location. Quiet. Good kitchen

Bed linen was not good. Some duvets stained. Sheets and pillow cases crumpled. Old linen left on the floor. Had to buy our own toiletries and toilet paper. Furniture worn and stained. Raymond was helpful and gave us a different room which was only marginally better Photos give the impression of a clean and newish decor. It’s definitely time to renew or at least deep clean the furnishings.

I could not get in to my room, once in given address i couldn´t find the main door, called owner 3 times but no answer, he called next morning telling that he was in a dinner, booked anther place lost 200 €. He never contact me again

Vi var en familie på fire: to voksne og to ungdommer. Jeg ringte dagen før og ga beskjed om dette, og det samme var skrevet i bestillingen. Ved ankomst var det bare fire store håndklær, ingen små, og det manglet baderoms teppe. Det var ingenting på kjøkkenet – ingen såpe eller opp middel og ingenting å tørke hendene med. Det var støv overalt, også på lampen over bordet, som var helt hvit av støv. Alt så veldig ekkelt ut. Vi var fire personer, men det var bare tre gafler. Det syntes jeg var rart, og da jeg så i oppvaskmaskinen, oppdaget jeg at det stod oppvask fra forrige utleie som ikke var vasket. Internett virket ikke. Jeg sendte melding til eieren, men fikk ingen svar. Denne leiligheten anbefales ikke.

Lastimosamente las toallas olian mal, a húmedo, y sólo había 2, no habia ni siquiera toalla de manos ni de cocina. Solo 1 almohada con funda por persona. Grifo de la ducha difícil de cambiar la temperatura, y el interruptor del dimmer del baño roto y se caía, no obstante se podía ajustar la iluminación. Menaje de cocina dentro del lavavajillas sucio al momento de hacer el check in.

Flere ting var ikke færdige, såsom kontakter der ikke sad fast samt frontlåge til opvaskemaskine, som gjorde at den klappede hurtigt og hårdt i, hvis ikke du var opmærksom på at holde igen. der manglede opvasketaps, hvilket gjorde at maskinen ikke var vasket fra forrige lejer.. det var lidt æv oplevelse. Når dette klares er det en fin lejlighed--- dog hvis man skal sove 4 mennesker er sovesofaen ikke god at sove på.. en topmadras vil gøre underværker.. til gengælde er den anden seng super god.

Отличное месторасположение. Недалеко трамвайная остановка, круглосуточный магазин. Близко от центра города. Достаточное количество посуды. Теплый пол в ванной. Хороший вид.

Было ужасно грязно. Пол был весь в черных волосах. Белые носки мгновенно становились черными. Воняло мочой. Грязная посуда, полотенца, а постельное белье будто бы никто не менял, и оно осталось после предыдущего жильца. Шторы были грязные, помятые. Лампа над обеденным столом была вся пыльная. Забита раковина, вода не уходила. В спальной комнате, когда мы зашли, одна штора была просто сдернута(лежала на полу). Также был заявлен wi-fi , но к нашему сожалению, он отсутствовал. Пульта от телевизора также не нашли. Роутер и провода были запутаны, что также создало впечатление неаккуратности.

I can say that the localisation was good, but well... I know it was since I picked it😅

My bad that I haven't read too much of recent comments, coz if I did, probably I wouldn't book it. Dirty and totally different than the pictures shows, plus a lot of damaged furnitures. Dishwasher with screws all out, missing it's front, kitchen board in two pieces, cover under kitchen countertop living it's best life on its own... And don't get me wrong, normally I wouldn't say a word. IF the pictures would show the real state of apartment. Those are not illustrative photos of a room standard in a hotel, but pics of particular apartment. IF they were accurate, I wouldn't bother to share a comment, because I work in a hotel industry myself and simply know that sometimes a little "oops" happens, especially with housekeeping not cleaning properly. I've slept in barns, tents, mountain shelters, superior hotels. But the difference between pics vs reality was just too much. One thing I hate is being lied to. I just hope that someone will draw conclusions, instead of lying to another guests. :)

Beliggenheten og leiligheten i seg selv var bra

Veldig støvete under senga og på soverommet. Overmadrass var flekkete og man såg flekkene gjennom laken. Sofa og stolen i stua var veldig flekkete/skittent. Det var veldig kaldt i leiligheten på kvelden. Trekte kaldt fra verandadør. Varmeovn fungerte ikke.

Rispetto alle foto che sono presenti l’appartamento non rispecchia proprio quelle. Cucina non completa (manca la porta della lavastoviglie), ante non fissate del tutto, e soprattutto lenzuola della camera, come quelle in divano, stropicciate e con macchie (forse muffa perché non asciutte del tutto). Il terzo letto (eravamo in tre) non esisteva, abbiamo trovato delle cose buttate sul divano tutte stropicciate (come appena uscite dalla lavatrice) e abbiamo dovuto fare di necessità di virtù per predisporlo per dormire. Macchinetta del caffè con due dita di polvere, e senza tappo nel portaacqua. Riscaldamento che non si sa come far funzionare, aerazione del bagno che non si accende, nessuno spingiacqua in bagno considerando com’è predisposta la doccia. Nessun porta oggetti nella doccia, un solo asciugamano cadauno (e non due come il buon senso vorrebbe). Ascensore e piano fuori dalla porta di casa con la moquette oscena quanto e lercia. comunicazione con l’host alquanto difficile. Ah, sarebbe anche in una buona posizione l’appartamento, ma mai più.

The apartment is clean, very comfortable & near to metro, bus and tram stations.

There were little facilities: just two towels for the bathroom (we are two girls with long hair so we would have preferred to have one more each for hair). Also, there is the oven but no baking trays for cooking. We also found some dirty plates in the dish washer and the host wasn’t responsive via booking on the matters (we asked for the towels)

Convenient location for bus and tram. Heated bathroom floor. Good WiFi.

Under the bed hasn’t been cleaned for some time. Shower cubicle tiny. Water goes under shower door and all over bathroom floor.

L’appartamento è abbastanza lontano dal centro ma è facilmente raggiungibile con diversi mezzi di trasporto.

Non fidatevi delle foto perché probabilmente sono modificate o sono state scattate molti anni fa. Prima del nostro arrivo in Norvegia, avevamo chiesto al proprietario dell’appartamento la possibilità di effettuare un early check-in e ci è stato indicato che non sarebbe stato possibile in quanto il personale non avrebbe avuto il tempo necessario per effettuare la pulizia dell’appartamento. Comprensivi e rispettosi del lavoro altrui, ci siamo presentati all’appartamento intorno alle 16:30. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo resi conto di non avere le credenziali di accesso che solitamente vengono inviate in anticipo per cui abbiamo dovuto chiamare il proprietario e attendere davanti la porta finché non abbiamo ricevuto il codice. Appena entrati, abbiamo notato che purtroppo il lavoro di pulizia era stato svolto in modo molto superficiale: le lenzuola piene di grinze e macchiate in un punto, anche un po’ impolverate. La testata del letto con su uno strato di polvere indignante. Il tappeto pieno di polvere e altre cose. Il pavimento non pulito a dovere così come gli utensili e gli sportelli della cucina. Peli e capelli nel frigorifero. Uno spesso strato di polvere anche sulla macchinetta del caffè che ovviamente non abbiamo utilizzato. Ma soprattutto, un gomitolo di capelli nello scarico della doccia dalla quale usciva anche una gran quantità di acqua durante l’uso. Troviamo che questa mancanza di pulizia e di trasparenza nel mostrare il reale stato dell’appartamento sia inaccettabile in un alloggio che ci è costato quasi 300€ e che abbiamo scelto perché sembrava fosse moderno e in buone condizioni. Il viaggio in Norvegia è un regalo che ci siamo fatti per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio (proprio il giorno di inizio della prenotazione) ed è molto fastidioso pensare che un giorno così speciale sia da associare a un ricordo spiacevole.

La localisation.

L’appartement est mal isolé phoniquement (beaucoup de bruits de la ville) et lumineux la nuit (absence de volet).

- La posizione (proprio di fronte a un supermercato aperto 24/24 e vicinissimo a diverse linee di tram e autobus). - La grandezza, modernità e comodità dell'appartamento - La presenza della lavatrice - Il grosso televisore nel salotto - La presenza di molti utensili nelle varie stanze.

- La doccia (parte del bagno si allagava ogni volta) - La portafinestra che dava sul balcone non si chiudeva - Troppa luce nel salotto (chi dormiva sul divano al mattino era disturbato dalla tantissima luce che entrava) - Proprietario un po' freddo e disinteressato.

The actual quality of the interior was not as good as the photos. Too much wrinkles on the sheets.

No one to communicate when needed. No answer to phone calls, to sms messages, even messages through booking.com.. Taking hours to be responded even for basic demands. You wait in front of the building under the rain if you come before 15:00. Enterance code sent at 15:05 !! Just one towel per person given for everything for 3 days. Needed pillow cases but refused. Asked extra payments when demanded just 2 towels more even for face drying. Bathroom gets wet when showering but you cannot dry because nothing is provided for the floors. Curtains are not fixed properly.. Dishes were dirty in the machine..

Close to the city, just one tram and a few stations.

No soap in the bathroom, no scrub for the dishes in the kitchen. There is no mat towel for the bathroom. Pictures are not according to the ad. Actually, the rug in the living room is quite dirty. It was hot in Oslo and no fan, we opened the windows but were noise from outside. Maybe a fan, a bit soap, a scrub, and a mat towel will help for the future since the rest was fine.

És una estafa, el propietari no respon. Vam veure els comentaris el dia abans i vam poder buscar un lloc alternatiu. La gestió de Booking molt bé. Aquest apartament s'hauria de retirar de la WEB i haguessim agraït que booking ens hagués avisat abans, Si no haguessim vist els comentaris ens hauriem quedat al carrer a les 20 del vespre. La gestió de Booking un 10.

Que l'apartament encara s'anuncii

Localização fabulosa, perto de transportes, supermercados e do Parque Frogner.

Situações a serem melhoradas: falta a porta da máquina de lavar louça; a porta da varanda não fecha; o ralo do chuveiro está entupido, o que impossibilita tomar banho; podia ter um blackout na sala para evitar a luminosidade pela manhã.

Ubicación y estaba reformado el piso

Le faltaban cosas básicas como escoba y fregona algún trapo, papel de cocina. No tenía microondas y la carcasa del lavavajillas estaba rota con los tornillos por fuera (algo peligroso si vas con niños). En resumen un poco decepcionante.

Alojamiento bien ubicado, cómodo, tranquilo y amplio. Sábanas y toallas blancas y limpias. Éramos un grupo de 4 y estuvimos bien, no fantástico pero, sí bien. Muy cerca hay un super.

Lo peor fur el check-in ya que fue MAL y nos causó estrés y tensión. La noche anterior a la entrada enviamos varios mensajes para solicitar las instrucciones/código de entrada y no nos respondieron. Por la mañ volvimos a intentarlo y seguimos sin respuesta. Pasadas las 16:00h y muy nerviosos ya p la falta de información, tuvimos q contactar c atención al cliente de Booking para intentar solucionarlo y ellos finalmente, cuando ya estábamos muy inquietos, dada la hora y la falta de respuesta, desde atención al cliente consiguieron contactar c el alojamiento y que, por fin, nos enviaran el código de acceso. Otras pequeñas deficiencias: -falta de cortinas opacas en el salón -mobiliario deteriorado (puerta balcón no cerraba, puerta lavavajillas rota…) -limpieza no demasiado buena -no hay secador de pelo, -no hay gel lavavajillas, ni papel de cocina/servilletas

Ottima posizione, vicino ai mezzi e al supermercato. Quartiere carino.

Struttura potenzialmente molto bella ma poco curata. Sportelli della cucina non ben fissati, anta della lavastoviglie mancante. Zoccolo della cucina rotto. Polvere su rivestimento del letto e del divano. Biancheria non da hotel e non profumata.

Boa relação qualidade - preço. Pudemos estacionar as motas no pátio da propriedade.

It was a spacious apartment, the size is great for a company of four. Kitchen utensils were available, nothing additional wasn't needed. We also loved the balcony and the street view from it. Supermarket downstairs and the other one nearby were a good thing to have.

Communication with the property made me nervous on the first day of the trip - the entry codes and instructions weren't delivered to me in advance, and plenty of my calls were left first unanswered. Only by the exact check in time they finally responded. After checking in, we found out that there was no hairdryer but we complained immediately, and the owner found a spare one in another apartment. Also, I don't get it when there is no cooking oil and even salt available at the apartment (is it always expected for people renting an apartment to buy everything needed?)

La posizione non troppo centrale ma ben collegata alle principali attrazioni grazie alle vicine fermate di tram e bus.

Benché non mancasse nulla, l'appartamento era molto essenziale, non esattamente come appare nelle foto.

Negative communication. They didn't reply to my message for 1-2 weeks and I had to call several times. Also had to call to get the key. Zero responsibility.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Zimmer modern eingerichtet, netter Balkon.

Für 4 Erwachsene recht klein, Küche rudimentär ausgestattet, selbst kochen kaum möglich. In der Nacht laut, weil direkt nebenan ein 24/7 Supermarkt.
