It was central to everything we wanted to see and do

Needs a new shower insulation, shower head couldn’t be adjusted, it just pointed to the back and side wall, no plugs for bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Only had utensils for one person. The bed was like sleeping on concrete much the same as the pillows. Plus could have been cleaner, TV had a crack in the screen. Plus no lift and we were on the 5th floor.

Owner was incredibly nice and a great communicator! He helped us many times and was very responsive on WhatsApp. I highly recommend staying here. Be aware there is another Airbnb named La Vie Saigon so make sure you double check the address.

The WiFi was slow. Not a problem if you just use your phone but don’t plan on doing any more intense work.

1. Was on the third floor and no lift....had to carry luggage up the stairs 2. Shower didn't work and was full of mold (owner had to replace the shower hose on the next day. (no hot water) 3. Room as really tiny. 4. Bed not great 5. Kitchen - very limited cutlery.

No elevator, water isn’t hot for long so you gotta be quick, bed wasn’t that comfy and there was ants in the room

This is a solid stay! Considering the location and the size of the space, I'd say it's a good value overall. Coordinating payment was a little challenging, as the host works a second job and is available at limited hours. That said, we worked it out, so no harm no foul.

No housekeeping offered, and there were some cobwebs and such when I arrived. Bed is a bit stiff for my personal liking. Could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, but on the whole it was great!

Basic clean and tidy room. Close to many restaurants and activities. We were kindly allowed to drop our luggage off as we arrived before check in time. Good and clear instructions to access the accommodation and quick and helpful responses from host.

Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Apartment in perfekter Lage. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch mitten im Geschehen, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Great location

Had to walk 6 flights of stairs no lift with heavy suitcases. No hot water in the shower and toilet didn’t flush. Bed was harder than the floor rock solid, gave us back pain. Bathroom window handle was broken so didn’t close making the bathroom a steam room. No curtains in the bedroom area. Lots of roadworks that woke up us both nights.

Spacious studio. Clean and well designed. And most importantly the location was ideal. Host was responsive and accommodating to late check in and my request for luggage storage while checking out.

Well located in district 1. Comfortable, well sized bed - I like firm mattresses. Plenty of space.

The shower could not get hot - when turned to warm would come out the bath fosset. Also no shower rail or holder which made it slightly difficult.

It is very strategically placed and the little street in which it is located is quite. The room is big. The owner is super friendly and helpful

A great place to stay for a few days or weeks in Ho Chi Minh City. It's right in the center, a small, quaint alley off one of the main thoroughfares. I slept with the windows open at night—it wasn't particularly noisy. You can hear the city during the day, of course, but, again, it's right in the center. The room itself is cozy, well-maintained, with a comfortable sofa and a large bed. There's a large mirror. The kitchen has the basics. I definitely recommend it to solo travelers and couples. The owner is a pleasant person.

Sehr zentrale Lage, konnten überall zu Fuß hinlaufen. Gute und schnelle kommunikation. Preis Leistung OK. Zum nur übernachten in Ordnung, wir waren viel unterwegs.

Sehr hartes Bett und Kopfkissen. Bilder entsprechen nicht wirklich dem aktuellen Zustand. Bad schmutzig und heruntergekommen (Schimmel und verstopfter Abfluss)

Great location, good value for money. Got all your necessities. Cute studio. Quite spacious. Bed firm which i like. 2 night stay. Owner was quick in responding to messages and allowed storage of suitcase whilst i was out on a full day tour day i checked out.

No elevator. I woke up to other people leaving with their luggage banging against the stairs making a lot of noise (which i think is unavoidable). I tried my best to not make a sound when i left early but still made some noise going down the flight of stairs.

Фотографии не актуальны. Номер выглядит сильно хуже. Больше всего мне не понравилось, что он неухоженный и грязный. Ванная комната вся в плесени, раковина шатается, запах сырости, старый кондиционер, который вполне вероятно может быть опасен, так как вряд ли чистился. Очень сильная слышимость с лестничной площадки и из окна. Было желание сменить номер, прошли по ближайшим отелям, в этом районе в эту цену все примерно так. Не новая мебель и техника. Моя основная претензия к чистоте

L’appartement est propre mais plus ancien que ce que les photos laissent entendre. L’eau de la chaude n’est que tiède, le chauffe-eau étant sans doute un peu petit.

I booked a room with a kitchenette to cook food but there was no stovetop! Only a microwave.

Der Standort ist gut und der Gastgeber hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben.

Die Bäder sind schimmlig und die Farbe in den Zimmern blättert von Decke und Wänden ab. Die Wohnungen sind renovierungsbedürftig und entsprechen nicht mehr dem Standard von den Bildern auf der Buchungsseite. Die Reinigungskräfte könnten auch etwas genauer hinsehen. Länger als eine Nacht habe ich es nicht ausgehalten und auch der Zimmerwechsel hat leider nichts gebracht.

Sehr zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Ein guter Platz wenn man sowieso nur unterwegs ist und einen ruhigen Schlafplatz, in einer so lauten Stadt sucht. Die Zimmer hatten viele Stauräume und Möglichkeiten zur Ablage und, sowie einen großen Kühlschrank, Großes Plus die Waschmaschine und Waschmittel die man mit benutzen durfte. Der Eigentümer war beim Check in da und hat anschließend gute tips für hcmc durch geschickt. Per WhatsApp war er erreichbar und hat Zeitnah zurückgeschrieben.

Ventilatoren waren extrem dreckig und verstaubt. Fenster gab es leider nur im Bad. Die Dusche war nicht sehr praktisch da das Wasser immer raus gespritzt ist. Man musste sehr aufpassen nicht auch noch die Toilette nass zu machen. Grundsätzlich war es sauber und nett hergerichtet.

Laten we positief beginnen. De locatie is echt top. Je zit in de buurt van een grote rotonde maar je hoort er letterlijk niets van. De appartementen zijn ruim maar daar houdt het dan ook een heel eind mee op.

De bedden zijn zo ontiegelijk hard dat ik samen met mijn vrouw super veel rugklachten had na de 1e nacht. Ik ben halverwege de nacht zelfs op de bank gaan liggen omdat ik niet kon slapen. Dus voor slaap comfort zou ik deze ten zeerste afraden. Daarnaast het contact was enorm ondermaats. Ik heb de eigenaar meermaals een bericht gestuurd met een vraag of hij een oplossing had. De eerste keer zei hij "ik ben vanacht pas om 3 uur thuis van het werk dus dan zou ik je evt nog een extra dekbed kunnen geven waar je op kan liggen". Nou om 3 uur slaap ik al, althans dat hoopte ik. Snachts dhr wederom geappt zonder reactie, ook met de vraag dat ik voor de 2e nacht graag een oplossing wil bedenken. Dan denk je nou dhr die slaapt, maar dan reageert hij wel als hij wakker is. Nou dat was dus ook niet het geval. Nadat ik dhr nogmaals vraagtekens stuurde via whatsapp. Kreeg ik als antwoord. Ben al weer op het werk dus kan je nu niet spreken. Hierop besloten om dezelfde dag nog te vertrekken. Ik hoop dat dit eenmalig was voor hem en dhr niet altijd zo om gaat met zijn gasten. Wat ik haast niet kan verwachten als ik de vietnamezen zo in het algemeen heb gezien de laatste weken. Hierbij fotos van de kamer hoe ze er echt uit zien. Incl de badkamer/douche gordijn vol schimmel en een douche die geen warm water gaf.

ATTENTION : Les photos ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité. Sur Booking, l’établissement apparaît comme luxueux, mais en arrivant, nous avons constaté une chambre d’environ 20 m² au lieu des 35 m² annoncés en « appartement ». Le propriétaire n’est pas sur place : nous avons l’impression d’être là uniquement pour payer. Netflix fonctionne un jour sur trois. Le logement est sale, humide et moisi. La vaisselle est minimale : seulement 2 serviettes pour tout le séjour. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits : très mauvaise expérience. Pour le même prix, on trouve facilement des hôtels propres, avec petit-déjeuner inclus, café et thé disponibles. Il est rare de tomber sur des prestations aussi faibles. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette adresse. Avis également déposé sur Google, plus de photos.

there’s construction next door is very loud so you can’t rest after 7:30am, they will start drilling , banging , etc. (I stay in October2025)

Buenas instalaciones por el precio que se paga, el apartamento limpio y con aire acondicionado. El baño en perfectas condiciones. Muy buena relación calidad precio. Y la ubicación mejor imposible, nada de ruido pero cerca de todo.

It was a nice stay. It's clean, safe, calm, enough light, enough space, and that for an honest price. I will recommend this friendly place.

La chambre correspondait aux photos, l’hôte était très réactif et serviable par message. Le lit était confortable, et il y avait des affaires de toilettes ( dentifrice, gel douche, brosse à dent ) à disposition.

Le bruit de la rue le matin pouvait parfois être inconfortable, et il y avait parfois une odeur de d’humidité assez forte dans la salle de bain.
