Мы были в жаркие дни, и было очень душно и пыльно ( стройка за окном добавляла пыли). Кондиционер бы все исправил.

Локацията, наличието на паркомясто.

Липсата на пералня и вентилатор. До сградата се строи, но шумът не беше прекален, не се чува и се спазват часове за работа - през почивните дни.

Property is very well transportation connection. Facility is very good and host is really nice and approachable.

W upalne dni jest trochę duszno w apartamencie. Dalej trwa budowa obok, a więc jest dość głośno.

Bezproblemovy check-in,pohodlné a velmi čisté ubytování v klidnější části Vídně. Kuchyn vybavená, parking v garáži v ceně byl bezva. Na metro cca 5min busem, ten stavěl 100m od domu. V blizkosti hospůdka, potraviny.

Být nemá klimatizaci ani větráky, což ve 40 stupňových vedrech byl velký problém.

Appartamento essenziale, pulito, comodo. Garage e istruzioni eccellenti.

If you travel by car, the private garage is a very big plus as the apartment location is very good, close to bus and metro stations.

There is extremely noisy construction work in front of the inner courtyard of the block, they are demolishing an old building and from 6:30 in the morning excavators start breaking up concrete and reinforcement. It would be correct and good to know in advance for those looking for peace and quiet, otherwise by 6:30 whoever slept is asleep.

It is a clean and comfortable accommodation near a public transport stop, supermarkets, and cafes.

I would say: just a price.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Apartament był czysty, a łóżko i materac bardzo wygodne. Dużym plusem był również prosty i bezproblemowy proces zameldowania oraz dostęp do parkingu. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona - dostępne były wszystkie niezbędne naczynia i akcesoria do gotowania, a także zmywarka, co znacznie ułatwiało pobyt.

Apartament znajduje się przy ruchliwej drodze, dlatego przy otwartym oknie w sypialni jest dość głośno, niestety spodziewaliśmy się że będzie trochę ciszej. Brakowało kawiarki albo ekspresu na kawy na kapsułki. W łazience nie ma zasłony ani ścianki przy wannie, przez co podczas kąpieli woda rozlewa się po całej podłodze. Dodatkowo w toalecie brakuje wygodnego miejsca na papier toaletowy, musi stać na podłodze. Są to drobne niedociągnięcia, które po poprawieniu znacząco podniosłyby komfort pobytu.

Търсих място за настаняване без лошо и ниски оценки и го намерих! Нямаше изненади. Настанихме се в апартамента както е представен на снимките и в описанието. Сградата и общите части са чисти. Не сме ползвали паркомястото. Ползвахме градски транспорт. От картите се вижда колко са удобни спирките, наблизо има магазини. Има посуда за четирима. Има съдомиялна и таблетки. Има прахосмукачка. Има кафеварка, кана за топла вода и тостер. Нямам проблеми с липсата на аксесоари в обзавеждането, килимчета, картини и непотребни вази едва ли ще отговарят на всеки вкус.

В банята има вана и завеса, но е невъзможно пода да остане сух. На пода няма сифон в банята и водата оставаше на пода. Чакахме да изсъхне някакси от самосебе си. Но това вече е построено и няма как да се промени. Има голяма тераса, но няма маса и столове, за да се използва. Прозорците са само с едно плътно перде и ако го отвесим сме на показ. Може да се предвидят щори и/или тънки завеси.

Check in ganz ohne Probleme und Putz dame sehr freundlich. Es war alles sauber und schon WC Papier da.

Sehr minimalistisch eingerichtet. Nur Vorhänge kein Rolladen. Die Terrassen Türe gehört eingestellt (zieht).

The apartment is excellent. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment is clean. Public transport is nearby and everything is very well connected. There is also a pizzeria and a bakery just across the street from the building. The garage was important to us as well, since we were coming back from skiing with all our equipment. The apartment is sunny and warm. The beds are comfortable and the internet is good. We would choose this apartment again.

Curățenia exemplara și confortul apartamentului. Garajul subteran cu acces monitorizat a fost un mare plus. Preluarea cheilor s-a facut fara contact cu gazda, prin comunicare facila si clara, Zona este aproape de mijloacele de transport in comun in orice directie si in apropiere sunt atat magazine cat si o pizzerie, o patiserie cu produse delicioase, o gelaterie

Un cuptor cu microunde ar fi fost util la bucătărie

The apartment’s location relative to the city center is perfect, and its amenities made us feel very comfortable. We used our personal car, and our tourist attractions were 10–15 minutes away. We found the private parking provided by the apartment to be ideal.

Excetionaly clean and confortable modern appartment with great kitchen supplirs. It has garage space, good public transport conections, supermarket and other stores nearby.

Kornyek csendes, nagyobb aruhazak 3-5 perc setara vannak. Metro, villamos, buszok szinten 5-10perc setara vannak! Sajat parkolohely nagyon elonyos :) A lakas tiszta, rendezett, kenyelmes!

Wygodne mieszkanie w cichej i dobrze skomunikowanej okolicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem (zorganizował nam drugie miejsce postojowe w garażu)!

Schöne zentrale Wohnung inkl TG Parkplatz und Fahrradraum mit Lademöglichkeit für Ebikes. Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Kontaktlos mit hinterlegtem Schlüssel. Pkw kann sicher untergestellt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig entfernt.

Das Potential der Wohnung ist noch längst nicht ausgeschöpft. Einrichtung eher funktional. Bisschen Deko, Möbel auf dem Balkon und vollständige Küchenutensilien würden das Angebot abrunden.

The apartment is in a newer building.

We announced our arrival at the accommodation between 9pm and 10 pm. We arrived at the accommodation after 10 pm and it was not ready. There was no bedding, the beds were not made, only two towels and it was booked for 4 people. After sending a message to the owner that the apartment was not ready, a person came 15 minutes later and brought towels, bedding and made the beds. Due to the aforementioned omission that the apartment was not ready to receive guests, the owner did not even find it appropriate to say sorry. I do not know if I would recommend it to others. I booked the apartment based on other comments, but such omissions when you report that you are arriving very late and the apartment is not ready is very bad and unprofessional

Clean, location, bathroom, sofa bed

Kitchen equipment, not cozy, too minimal and empty.

We loved this place. It was so quiet, comfortable and spacious for a familly of 3. There is one queen bed and one sofa that can also sleep two people in the living room that was confortable enough for a good sleep. The place was clean and warm with a lot of storage space for the clothes. The barhroom and the toilete are separate, which is a useful feature. The bathroom is really generouse in size. The appartment overlooks the inner yard, the football court and the big street by the canal, but the isolation is so good that you can't hear the trafic when the windows are closed. The garage option is perfect for Vienna, and it is well connected with all parts of the city, having a neerest station at about 100m. The other ones are about 5-15 minutes walk, like the U4 which is across the Danube channel and it is a nice walk. There is a bakary across the street and a lot of stores about 5-10 minutes walk. The kitchen is new and has a big refigirator, Nesspreso coffee machine, boiler, toster, stove and oven. What we lacked was a good pen for cooking and some cloths. The communicatiin with the host was really clear, precise, with smooth selfcheckin details. The host also contacted us during the stay to offer the change of linens and towels. We had a lovely time and felt like home, so I won't add the I don't like part. I will agree with the rest of the comments that some details in decor and logistics would make this place absolutely perfect. But it is certainly a great option and value for money! Location very good, nearby public transport. Calm quiet place. Unfortunately we heard first night noise from neighboring flat.

Pillows in the main bed were very uncomfortable but this is very small point against what this accomodation offers.

Moder, new little apartment in brand new building, with SPACIOUS GARAGE if you travel with car.

The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is great to have a parking option. Easy self check in/out.

It was far from city centre and also some basic groceries could have been kept in kitchen like salt pepper sugar tea bags etc.

Comfortable beds, quiet area, cleanliness, private free underground parking, instructions from the host were clear, apartment is oriented to the garden so no traffic noise, also the windows have very good sound isolation.

Toilet is not in the bathroom, lacking basic stuff like there is nowhere to hang the toilet paper, no mirror in the toilet, the terrace is really nice and big but unfortunately empty, so you cannot use it to rest and enjoy the nice surrounding.

Host was helpful, garage is great option in Vienna.

There was no AC in the room, and No flatter or protection to prevent fly,bugs get inside.

Beds are comfortable, Bathroom has a nice size. Everything was new and very clean, a car park was included!

Sterile like a clinic. No personal touches. This apartment is fine but it needs some touch up to make it more cosy.

I totally loved this place and owner. Apartment was brand new, everything was super clean and ready to use. The place is located in a quiet but well communicated neighbourhood with Billa market next to it. You can cook inside because owner manage to have well-equipped kitchen.

The location is perfect, very close to the public transportations like tram and U-bahn. The area is nice, there is a Billa close by and bistros where you can buy diner and lunch. The apartemnt was very clean, the bed very confortable, the sofa was ok. It also has a dishwasher and that was nice, we didn`t wast time to do the disches.
