Nähe zu der Ubahn und Strassenbahn

Die Garagenzufahrt zu eng für unseren Wagen(Mondeo Kombi) Beim Betreten des Zimmers Wasserlache an der Tür. Die Klimaanlage tropfte. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation wurde sie nicht repariert in den 4 Tagen und es wurde kein anderes Zimmer angeboten. An dem Polsterbett quoll das Innenleben aus Rissen. Wände benötigen dringend neuen Anstrich. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war die Strassenbahn extrem laut zu hören und die fuhr seehr oft nachts. Direkt neben dem Hotel war eine Großbaustelle auf der morgens ab 0645 Uhr mit Großgerät gearbeitet wurde sodass an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken war.die Baustelle wurde seitens des Gotels bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt . Nur eine Stange mit 5 Kleiderbügel . Kein Schank oder Kommode oder Ablagemöglichkeit für Wäsche, Tshirts usw.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Direkt neben dem Hotel Großbaustelle. Laute Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel Man hat sie sogar im 7. Stock noch gehört. Rezeptionspersonal teilweise sehr unfreundlich! Der Name Calmo ist lächerlich!!!

Выбрали отель в том числе по критерию парковки. Но советую не пользоваться этой парковкой, очень узко на въезде, риск поцарапать машину.

Das Badezimmer sollte für ältere Gäste mit Haltegriffen versehen werden, duschen war nur sehr schwer möglich. da die Abtrennung die Erreichbarkeit der Armaturen erschwerte, es bestand grosse Rutschgefahr

Nice hotel. We did not have breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. There was noice from outside in the morning, but as long as the window is closed, it was not loud. The staff was very helpful.

Foarte frumos, curat, mirosea pur și simplu a curățenie, patul super comod Sunt lucrări de șantier lângă hotel, am primit inclusiv dopuri de urechi, dar nu a fost nevoie să le folosim, nu s a auzit deloc

Nu a fost nimic neplăcut, singura problemă a fost cu parcarea, a trebuit să parcăm într o altă parcare, parcarea de la hotel fiind destinată mașinilor mai micuțe

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Koffer, kein Schrank, nur 4 Kleiderhaken an einer Stange, Zimmer zu warm , wegen der lauten Straßenbahn kann man die Fenster nicht öffnen

Ottimo hotel, in posizione eccellente. Stanza ampia, letti comodissimi e bagno pulitissimo. Colazione a buffet, varia e abbondante. Staff cordiale ed efficiente. Il centro si raggiunge rapidamente con il tram "D" che ha una fermata a pochi metri dall'ingresso della struttura (tra l'altro il mezzo si ferma anche davanti all'ingresso della stazione ferroviaria Wien Hauptbahnhof (Ost), da cui partono i treni regionali e gli RJ/IC verso l'aeroporto; a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'albergo c'è poi la stazione della metro "Spittelau" (linee U4 e U6). Nelle vicinanze sono presenti diversi pub, due supermercati (Billa), un piccolo market con prodotti mediorientali, aperto fino a tardi (Uli's Kebaphaus), una farmacia, un ristorante con cucina venezuelana (Mi Barrio 1190) e il famoso "Wurstelstand Leo" (chiosco aperto sino a notte fonda, dove gustare ottimi wurstel locali).

Na powitanie miła Pani z obsługi, ktora pozwolila nam się nieco szybciej zameldować i wstawić auto do podziemnego parkingu i moglismy iść zwiedzać. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko, czysto. Lokalizacja spoko, sa przystanki tramwaju w okolicy. My poszlismy pieszo zwiedzać. Dobre śniadanie.

Wssystko było ok. W tej cenie nie można znaleźć wad.

Great staff,breakfast was excellent and the metro was a 5 minute walk away and Vienna was your oyster,had a great stay and will be going back.

Super Lage, U-Bahn Linie in der Innenstadt gleich in der Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel in der Tiefgarage oder Parkhaus ums Eck, sogar etwas günstiger.

Die Zimmer sind schon arg in die Jahre gekommen,aber es was sehr sauber

Zimmer war sauber, fehlendes Nachtkästchen wurde sofort ergänzt, gutes Frühstück, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Baustelle am Nachbargrundstück ist sehr laut, Badezimmer gehört renoviert, vor allem die Fliesen!

Großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, gesondertes "Ankleidezimmer" für Koffer etc.; eher kleines Bad u.v.a. Dusche. Gute Lage mit Öffis zu erreichen; reichhaltiges Frühstück

Das Frühstück war super, auch das Personal war freundlich. Die Klimaanlage war super bei 40Grad am Tag. Die Anbindung mit den ÖVs an die Innenstadt ist optimal. Man ist in 20Minuten im Zentrum.

Im Bad war Schimmel um den Wannenrand. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Man hat den Federkern in den Rippen gespürt.

Čistá pekná izba, pohodlné postele, dobrá wifi, chutné raňajky, dobré spojenie električkou alebo metrom do centra mesta.

Strašne pomalý výťah a hluk zo stavby vedľa hotela.

We liked that ths price per night was reasonable, its also a 2 min walk to that tram and 10 min walk to the underground metro.

Our room had AC, but the place of it was so out of the norm, hence the room was very hot, making it feel like there isnt any AC. The room didnt have a fridge, nor a kettle. The pillows are really one of the worst I have slept on. This all plays a huge factor in having proper sleep, on TOP of that, there some major construction going on next to the hotel, which was very difficult to sleep with them working. The least the hotel could have done is inform us prior to coming. The hotel provides us a physical key with a chain, since when did hotels do this, the least could have a been a digital card. I also booked the room for a large double bed, but they aligned two single beds together and called it a double bed. The bathroom is also very old and had a weird smell about it which we definetely didnt enjoy.

Tolles Personal, angebundene und zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Badewanne), also alles in allem ein top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Zwar fährt eine Straßenbahn an der Straße, jedoch hat mich diese selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht groß gestört; nichtsdestotrotz hat das Personal auch Ohrenstöpsel auf dem Bett bereit gestellt, für den Fall der Fälle.

Das Viertel an sich war nicht außerordentlich schön, was man dem Hotel aber nicht vorhalten kann. Ich bin dennoch auch um 4 Uhr morgens ohne Probleme zum Hotel gekommen.

Hotel très bien situé, proche des transports en commun. Idéal pour visiter la ville facilement. Chambre spacieuse très propre, confortable et bien agencée. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Pas de parking à l'hotel mais possibilité de descendre les valises sur le trottoir. Un parking payant très accessible à pied.

Hotel wirkt sehr abgenutzt. Es gab eine Klimaanlage, diese ist aber permanent ausgelaufen.

Lits très confortables et chambre très propre. On peut facilement aller jusqu’au centre-ville à métro ou en tram. La chambre était très grande.

The staff was super friendly, even tho we did not have our own microwave or kettle in a room they friendly heated our food when we asked and showed were we can make tea. We had air conditioner in our room and space there was good. There is a metro station, grocery stores nearby. Also the rooms are cleaned everyday.

hi I have an issue with hotel Calmo in Vienna . Breakfast was included into the booking but the food wasn't fresh. I got food poisoning all day and all night. I felt sick and didn't sleep. Yesterday, I told the staff there was a problem with the food, specifically the juices, because I felt it right away. It's an abnormal situation

- TV non fonctionelle - Matériel délabré - La salle de bain était tellement humide que nos serviettes avait du mal a sécher - Nous avions déposé sur la porte un affichage "ne pas déranger" mais le personnel n'en a pas tenu compte et est rentré quand meme, déplaçant nos affaires mélangeant notre linge propre avec le sale. - il y avait egalement des travaux juste a côté de l'hotel débutant a 6h du matin (non mentionné sur l'annonce internet sinon nous aurions changer d'établissement).

La posizione è ottima se vai in centro con il tram D , un pochino più distante la metropolitana ma assolutamente fattibile

La struttura non è recente , un po trascurata nelle finiture. Le porte sono rovinate , il lavandino aveva una crepa. Mancano le scale per scendere e salire , c’è solo l’ascensore . Il bagno è molto rumoroso per via dell’aspiratore . Ci hanno preoccupato i tappi per le orecchie trovati sul letto all’arrivo perché temevamo nei rumori ma in realtà non ci sono stati grandi disagi nonostante i lavori accanto . La colazione è semplice , non particolarmente ricca di prodotti freschi . Senza infamia e senza lode

Tram line D is a blessing for getting around, but also a source of noise, as it passes directly below the windows of the street-facing rooms.

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Großbaustelle!!!! Ab 7.30Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken und auch tagsüber sehr laut. Strassenbahn direkt vor der Tür war auch hör - und spürbar....

La commistione tra una ristrutturazione moderna con alcuni aspetti lasciati un po' vecchi (ad esempio la vasca da bagno invece della doccia), la porta di ingrasso dell'hotel..

It was quite basic, but good for a one night stay. The room was spacious enough, and the bath tub was an advantage.

The bathroom basin drain was a bit slow to drain, maybe clogged a bit, but not too big a deal. It only had cold water for washing hands & face.

Прекрасный отель, постоянно здесь останавливаемся. Находится в центре Вены, рядом крытый платный паркинг. Хороший завтрак, ежедневная уборка. Мы приехали отпразнывать юбилей супруги, особенно понравилось отношение к имениннице, на рецепшн нам сообщили , что делают апгрейд нашего номера. Мы получили огромный , шикарный номер. На следующий день вечером, после прогулки по Вене, мы были приятно удивлены комплиментом в виде торта к дню рождения. Такие знаки внимания поднимают настроение и радуют. Огромное спасибо коллективу отеля, всегда приятно у вас останавливаться.

Hôtel calme sauf pour les chambres côté rue à cause du tram mais avec des bouchons d'oreille ça passe. Propreté L'hôtel est un peu excentré dans un quartier alternatif mais bien desservi par les transports en commun notamment le tram D qui dessert tour le centre ville historique et plusieurs gares.

Le fait que dans la formule booking le petit déjeuner ne soit pas compris. Ils le proposent à 14 euros ce qui n'est pas donné et il n'y a aucun équipement dans les chambres de type bouilloire ou mini frigo donc on n'a guère le choix.

Pokój zdecydowanie nadawał się do remontu. Widać było spuchnięte ściany i listwy podłogowe od wilgoci, meble były stare.

Hotel znajduje się tuż przy ulicy, na której jeżdżą tramwaje. Jednak hałas nie jest aż tak bardzo uciążliwy. Pokój czysty, schludny. Plus za klimatyzację.

Brakowało nam małej lodówki i czajnika, ale hotel oferuje śniadania, więc pewnie dlatego. Parking niestety płatny 15 euro za dobę.

It meets all our requirements, and it is close to the center. We had a good evening there. And it is not so hard to find a parking place nearby, and lucky we were there at weekend, so parking is free.

It is not modern.

Las camas son cómodas, el desayuno delicioso con opciones de pan recién horneado, es basto y suficiente, fruta, jugos, queso, el staff es atento, especial mencion a Anna la recepcionista de la tarde. La ubicación es perfecta cerca del tram y metro.

Lontano dal centro. Appena giunta alla reception ho trovato una persona poco disponibile. Inoltre avevo chiesto la prenotazione di un taxi ma in aereoporto non ho trovato nessuno ad aspettarmi. Contattato l ‘hotel per chiedere informazioni non ha dato risposta ed arrivata in hotel la receptionist era molto seccata e poco disponibile

Дуже чутно сусідів. Погана шумоізоляція, тому і поклали беруші. Потрібно вже робити ремонт. Адже підлога була подерта. Унітаз сильно хитався . Ручка у ванній була погано прикручена. Хотілось би ще чайних у номер

A localização é boa pois tem acesso ao transporte publico a poucos metros, cama confortável e o quarto estava limpo!

O barulho do trem incomoda, não tem muito isolamento acústico no quarto, eles fornecem protetores auriculares! O recepcionista que estava na noite que chegamos foi excelente, mas quando fomos fazer o checkout a mulher que estava na recepção queria cobrar o café da manhã de todos os dias, sendo que não havíamos consumido!

Staff molto gentile , bagno e camera spaziosa . Tranvia vicina all’hotel. Parcheggio auto grande non molto distante dall’hotel , nel caso non ci fosse disponibilità in loco.

Взагалі гарно. Приємний персонал. Був фен, косметичні засоби, рушники, постільна білизна. Все чисто, охайно. Трохи не вистачало кавоварки або чайника. Розташування дуже гарне, біля метро.

Все сподобалося. Але хоча б чайник поставили. А так все дуже сподобалося.

Stanza molto ampia. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro con metro o tram. Vicino c'è un comodo parcheggio per l'auto (€ 9 al giorno)

In bagno non c'era il set da cortesia. C'era comunque shampoodoccia e sapone.

Blisko do tramwaju. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Dostaliśmy karafkę wody, małe ciasteczka oraz zatyczki do uszu.

Zarezerwowałam parking w obiekcie, po przyjeździe okazało się że jednak nie ma dla nas miejsca w garażu, ponieważ jest cały zapełniony. Brak lodówki oraz czajnika w pokojach.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, el alojamiento está a 2min del tranvía que tarda 20min en llevarte a todos los puntos de interés y a 7/8min andando del metro. Las habitaciones son grandes, el baño muy espacioso equipado con toallas de sobra y secador y todo muy aseado y limpio, el personal de recepción es súper agradable, incluso debo destacar que llegamos 20’ más tarde de la última hora para hacer el check in y como el chico estaba terminando unas cosas antes de irse, nos hizo el check in sin ninguna pega.

La ducha no tragaba nada bien y te duchabas con un charco en los pies

Lo staff è molto disponibile e l’hotel ha la fermata del tram quasi di fronte e la fermata della metro molto vicina, è ben collegato. Non c’era il frigo in stanza ma dovendo tenere una medicina in frigo lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile e ha trovato una soluzione istantaneamente. La pulizia delle camere è ottima. La colazione a buffet è buona e ha una buona varietà sia dolce che salata, conviene specialmente se si fa una colazione abbondante soprattutto considerando i prezzi medi dei bar della città.

Könnyen elérhető, jól felszerelt szoba. Kedves személyzet. 1 éjszakára ár-érték arányban ideális. Klíma. Metró közelsége.

Hangszigetelés teljes hiánya. Tisztán lehetett hallani miről beszélgetnek a szomszéd szobába.

Nieskazitelnie czysty, bardzo dobrze położony- blisko U4, na śniadania każdy sobie coś znajdzie, produkty na bieżąco uzupelniane. Bardzo miły personel. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje.

Nie było takiej rzeczy. Dość mała winda. Wanna trochę przeciekalała. Odgłosy budowy i przejezdzajacego tramwaju.
