Le riad est au calme, propre. Le personnel est gentil et discret. Amine est très accueillant.

Le riad est un peu vieillissant, loin de la place Jema Efna à pieds. La chambre au rdc donne sur une porte qui donne sur la cuisine donc on entend le bruit et le personnel qui parle et malgré une chambre très grande on ne peut pas profiter de la lumière naturelle et du soleil car trop de vis à vis. Donc pièce sombre car on ouvre pas les rideaux et on ne peut pas laisser les portes fenêtres ouvertes et face à la table du petit déjeuner. La sale d'eau immense qui a besoin d'êtres rafraîchi et d'une VMC ( ventilation mécanique contrôlé ). Riad pas facile à trouver car pas indiqué.

La amabilidad del personal

Estaba muy descuidado. La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien. El porta rollos de papel del wc estaban los tornilllos sueltos , igual que la columna de hidromasaje . En la habitación había unas velas usadas . Son detalles que pueden arreglarse rápido pero que se ve que no les importa o da a pensar a dejadez por parte del dueño. Le falta mantenimiento

La atención y amabilidad muy buena. El chillout muy tranquilo y relajado. El desayuno muy bueno.

Lo staff è stato impeccabile, sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Le stanze molto belle e anche il patio con la piscina. Posizione fuori dalla Medina, ma a pochi minuti a piedi da essa, un vantaggio per poter prendere taxi o salire sui van dei tour organizzati.

De slechte plek ooit. Ze waren onbeschoft.

Alles is me niet bevallen. Werd niet te woord gestaan.

Goede ligging. De zwem area alhoewel niet verzorgd zoals het hoort. Afgebladderde verf. Onkruid. Geen fris water. De foto’s misleiden

Au calme Emplacement idéal dans la médina Nous avons été trés bien accueillies par Mustapha qui a été aux petits soins pour nous durant tout notre séjour.

Le petit déjeuneur n a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes : peu de produits proposés. Le pain, les confitures, et le jus d orange sont industriels. Pas de fruits, pas de miel... Une de nos excursions proposée par le ryad n a pas été honorée (probablement oubli). Nous avons dû nous débrouiller par nos propres moyens le jour j.

Accueil sympathique. Situation géographique ,bien qu'impossible à trouver si l'on ne vient pas vous accueillir.

La salle de bain est « limite » propre et complètement « bricolée » avec beaucoup de moisissure à notre arivée il manquait même le pommeau de douche 🤣 Le soit disant petit déjeuner est réduit à sa plus simple expression : pain industriel , confiture de la cantine, pas de fruit. Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation. La terrasse sert de séchoir à linge. La piscine est limite propre pas envie de rester dedans. Déçu par notre choix que nous avions fait suivant les avis ,nous n'avons soit pas eu de chance soit pas les mêmes critaires de prestations.

El caos de la ciudad,la pesima higiene en general, sobreprecio en las excursiones que contratamos desde el hospedaje. Aparte el transporte en el que nos llevaron. ( un taxi pequeño hacia el desierto rocoso viajando incómodos y acinados con 5 personas mas) sin a/a. Y la excursión decía 1 hora cada actividad y fueron 15 min en cuat. Con personas que no sabían manejar y nos chocaban y 10 en camello porque dos chicas no quisieron subir xq les daba pena, y después .....a hacer tiempo para la cena show. Que estuvo muy bien!

We liked the location, the room was spacious and it was nice to have breakfast every morning served for us (though variety was lacking here), the room was cleaned every day and overall cleanliness was decent. Not much more to say other than it was a bed for the night and the location was quite good for access to the medina.

Mustapha although well meaning did not speak a lick of english so this made communication difficult, he did not try to use a translator app or anything to make communications easier. The photos are no longer relevant as everything is now dated and tired, broken fixtures in the bathroom, the room we stayed in had a step that was almost 1ft up into the bathroom so my elderly parents really struggled with this, cannot understand why there is not a stairs built here to allow easy access to the toilet and shower area (health and safety hazard). Tables were wobbly in room, fixtures in bathroom broken or not working correctly, wifi was often turned off. The pool was not clean, water murky and lots of dust and gunk floating on the top the door to our room was so squeaky. All of these issues could be rectified very easily and cheaply but it seems management and the staff are not really bothered. The breakfast is very rudimentary and was the same each day bar one where we were served 1 boiled egg each along with the bread - this could be improved as well. Lots of youths hanging around in the ally in front of the Riad (I assume to steal the wifi). A side note I would not recommend the private taxi from airport - it is half the price to use a normal taxi outside the airport and the riad is not hard to find on your own if you use google maps offline mode - there is a taxi rank around the corner to return to the airport with taxis there 24/7. I will note the taxi was not private on our return paying €25 but sharing with another couple from another hotel seemed a bit of a rip off and left a bad taste.

Personale super accogliente e disponibile, struttura molto bella.

Csodálatos környezet és tisztaság! Tényleg úgy nézett ki mint a képeken. Elsőosztályú és rettentően kedves személyzet. Mindenben segítettek és lesték a kívánságainkat is. Rettentő jó helyen van, mert minden nagyon közel van és még csendes helyen is található.

A szállással, személyzettel, kedvességgel semmi gond nem volt. Maga a szállás környéke egy kicsit problémás környék, de az egész városrész ilyen.

Du Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die Umgebung war perfekt, ich war innerhalb von 3 Minuten direkt in der Medina und am meisten war der Service wirklich die Nummer 1, ich hatte noch nie so einen tollen Service

L’accueil ainsi que le personnel ont été remarquables tout au long de notre séjour. Le Riad est paisible, tout en étant situé à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la médina. Le Riad est très mignon et les chambres sont très spacieuses.

Location was perfect, quite alleys away from the hustle and bustle, room and bed was a decent size, bathroom and shower was fine (plenty of toilet roll etc provided), the best part though was the lady who prepared breakfast, she was so nice and welcoming- she didn’t speak much English but google helped with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was great value for money and ideal for our stay in Marrakesh

The doors were a little stiff so hard to lock (the balcony one for example we were unable to lock at all but as it was level 1 knew nobody could get in). Very small point but breakfast could have been different for each day - it was the same for all days inc bread, crepes, ham, Nutella, honey, butter, triangle cheese, jam, marmalade, cake, egg boiled, olives, tea, coffee, orange juice). The amount was allot though but could have been more varied.

La clim dans la chambre et le wifi ont été de grands atouts pour notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon. L’emplacement en centre ville est très pratique, malgré cela le riad reste très calme et reposant car on entends pas le bruit de la ville. Je recommande fortement ce riad !

El Riad no a sido de los mejores pero venir 3 días y pagar solo 150€ tampoco lo veo tan mal.! Seguramente habrán mejores

el desayuno si deja muchísimo que decir, poco, simple y muy básico.! La piscina no se veía muy limpia tampoco. De resto las instalaciones están bien, la cama y el aire acondicionado geniales.! La ducha un horror. Gracias

Very unpleasant experience. The host was rude and did not let us in earlier, even though it was clearly possible. We waited outside in the yard for 2 hours. Everything was broken and messy, and the place smelled of cigarette smoke everywhere. On January 1st we did not receive breakfast. Overall, it was a very disappointing New Year’s evening and morning. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many truly nice riads, unfortunately this one almost ruined the good reputation of riads. Very bad experience.

Το πρωινό ήταν εντυπωσιακό, γευστικό και πολύ "μαμαδιστικο". Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική! Θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Το μόνο που θα έβαζα στα αρνητικά είναι ότι δεν είχε κάποιο έπιπλο, καρέκλα κτλ να ακουμπήσεις κάτι μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Honestly, very little. The location was acceptable, and some of the staff were polite, but this does not outweigh the serious issues with the room and the misleading nature of the listing.

The accommodation was completely misleading and did not match the room advertised on Booking.com. The listing showed a high-quality, well-presented room, but the room we were given was extremely small, poorly presented, and entirely unsuitable for the price paid. I paid approximately £1,100 for this booking, and it was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I raised this directly with the hotel manager, but no alternative rooms were offered. I also saw other rooms in the same property that were of a much higher standard, which made the situation even more unacceptable. Due to the poor conditions, my wife and I could only stay 4 nights out of the 10 booked and had to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. I have clear photographic evidence of the room and the discrepancies between the listing and reality. This was our honeymoon and our first holiday together since my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. The experience was deeply distressing and completely unacceptable.

Chambre trop étroite

Struttura vicino alla Medina, in una posizione tranquilla. Le camere sono pulite e la colazione é abbondante. Inoltre i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e sempre disponibili.

La nostra camera nonostante fosse ben arredata a prima vista, sarebbe a mio avviso da sistemare/ristrutturare. Senza doppi vetri entrava un sacco di umidità e il bagno aveva il wc che traballava, il mobiletto rotto, doccia che si allagava. Inoltre per accedervi c’era un gradino davvero alto, per niente comodo. Non oso pensare se qualcuno avesse avuto dei problemi motori, come avrebbe fatto ad andare in bagno. La colazione si faceva tutti attorno a un unico tavolo, permettendo agli ospiti di fumare dentro la stanza, un odore di fumo già di prima mattina.

The people are very nice and try to help you. the rooms are clean and cozy ! Breakfast delicious…very close to the Souks and easy to get around!

Difficile de trouver le riad

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans ce riad. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin : le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. Le riad est encore plus beau que sur les photos, décoré avec goût, propre et très calme. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le petit-déjeuner, servi chaque était délicieux et très copieux. Mention spéciale pour l’ambiance chaleureuse et l’atmosphère authentique qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Un séjour plus que bien, au-delà de nos attentes. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons ce riad à 100 % !

I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience at this riad. During my stay, money was stolen directly from my passport, which I kept inside my clothes in the wardrobe. This means someone went through my personal belongings, including my underwear, and took foreign currency that I kept hidden for safety. This was absolutely shocking and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse is that this happened on my birthday. I had been waiting for this trip for a year, and instead of enjoying my day, I ended up dealing with theft, stress, and fear that someone had gone through my things — including my passport. On our last day, the cleaning situation was also completely different from the previous days. There was a different housekeeper, not the one who previously cleaned our room, and the room was left in terrible condition: - the entire bathroom was covered in hair (we are both blondes, and the hair was black), - the towels had hair on them, - the bath mat wasn’t changed and was completely wet After discovering the theft and the state of the room, I no longer felt safe staying there. This experience ruined the end of my trip and completely ruined my birthday.

Riad VIP was an excellent property, and they looked after me very well. Thank you Amine

L’unica cosa da salvare sono Mohamed che e’ il guardiano e la signora che fa le colazioni la mattina .

Tutto il resto terribile , dai servizi, la camera, lo sporco , le cose tutte mantenute male , Amine , colui che mantiene rapporti inesistenti su whatsapp con i clienti, bugiardissimo, la titolare Diva , che ce’ ma non si fa trovare, e e assolutamente non parla con i clienti . L’ascensore che non va’ , tutto che cade a pezzi . Muro scrostato, camera non segnalata nelle foto del Riad, finestre rotte e anche il mobile del bagno . VENDUTO COME UN 4 STELLE E A CHE PREZZO ! NON ANDATECI , c’è’ veramente di meglio a meno di Marrakech . In più bugiardi, mi avevano promesso che mi avrebbero cambiato stanza e non l’hanno fatto . Mi han scritto all’una di notte perché mi hanno visto dalle telecamere(spiato) che stavo facendo foto dal terrazzo, perché stavo facendo foto e video per segnalare su Booking , il giorno dopo avevo un tour la mattina presto e loro mi hanno chiesto di far le valigie perché dovevano cambiarmi di stanza e invece al rientro alla sera non hanno fatto nulla e mai niente in quei 5 giorni.pranticamente han ricavato un’altra stanza da uno sgabuzzino sopra il terrazzo . Il terrazzo una lavanderia a cielo aperto con lettini prendi sole rotti . Il prezzo di questa struttura e’ decisamente troppo alto per il niente che offrono. Nemmeno il phon e il sapone per lavarsi ogni giorno . Mi hanno preso per i fondelli solo perché ero sola. Non ci si comporta così . Non si trattano così i clienti, che siano soli , uomini o donne.

The service was exceptional,even down to getting me some tea bags for my breakfast.Both the gentlemen who ran the riad,were polite,friendly and attentive.The location was superb.We were after an authentic Moroccan experience ,and we got that in abundance.Yes,there were a few things that could be looked at ,ie light switch plate hanging off in bathroom,and water in the sink taking an age to drain,meaning you couldn’t run it to get it warm ,but it didn’t matter as everything else was great.The only thing I would say is a small kettle in the room,would have been fantastic,we just assumed there would be one.Overall,it was an amazing stay and I would highly recommend to anyone !

La ubicacion no es mala !! Si lo que quieres es estar cerca del zoco y dentro de la medina !!por mi experiencia es mejor estar algo más retirado y estar más tranquilo !!

Pagamos casi 700 euros por 6 días, en las fotos parecería todo muy bonito y limpio , en la realidad una verdadera vergüenza, no entiendo como permiten cobrar ese dinero por algo en tan mal estado !! Primero todo lleno de suciedad !! nada limpio!! las sábanas ,colchas almohadas, tenían un olor a sucio , fatal !!! En el baño todo roto , los cajones etc.. y sucio , la taza del vater olía a orina muchísimo!! Las paredes se estan cayendo , los enchufes todos rotos !! Después de todo escribí a un tal Amin , me imajino que sería el encargado , diciéndole mis quejas !! Y lo que hace es dejarme en visto sin contestarme hasta un par de horas después!! Ahí en el Riad solo había una chica que es la que prepara el desayuno , con la cual es muy difícil la comunicación por que no habla inglés ni español !! Al final después de la primera noche , y después del desayuno decido reservar otro alojamiento , y se lo hago saber al tal Amin , el me contesta que me van a cambiar de habitación, lo cual yo le contesto que reserve otro alojamiento , por lo menos que me devolvieran algo de mi dinero , ya después de ahí no me volvió a contestar más !! Una experiencia pésima, todo esto con una niña de 9 años !!

De locatie, die was geweldig. Het zwembad. De ambiance is heel mooi. Direct naast de medina en de souks. Elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en de kamer schoongemaakt. Ze hebben zelfs een wasje voor ons gedaan!! Heel grote moderne kamer, fantastisch.

Het ontbijt was erg mager.

Très bon séjour, l'accueil est chaleureuse et le personnel au petit soin. Je vous remercie encore d'avoir pris soin de moi lorsque j'étais malade.

Je remercie Amine et son équipe d'avoir été bienveillant pendant tout mon séjour ! Je me suis senti comme chez moi, j'ai profité du rooftop pour regarder la médina et le ciel. Le petit-déjeuner local était très bon. Je recommande ce lieu, et je n'hésiterai pas pour revenir là-bas pour mon prochain séjour à Marrakech. Encore un grand merci à l'équipe !

The place, location and nice room. Quiet and clean.

Location was perfect, within the pickup route for the tours we joined and walking distance from all the site seeing spots in Marrakech. The staff was very friendly, and always available to assist with everything and accommodate requests. Additionally, they served a great Moroccan breakfast. Really pleasant outdoor space.

The bedrooms need updating. The windows and doors need to be upgraded (the bathroom door didn't even close), the mattress was crooked and quite uncomfortable to sleep in, and the shower water was impossible to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

The Location was perfect for visiting all the markets in the medina. And very close to lots of restaurants. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming. A delicious breakfast was provided every morning. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well . Would definitely recommend here for any tourists it was great value for money.

Location and breakfast.

The room needs repair. The toilet door does not close and the threshold is very high. You can fall. There is no ventilation. Breakfast is delicious, but it is served only at 09:00. We asked to have it earlier, but we were refused.

It was a really lovely Riad. The location was good. When we booked it, it said it had a jacuzzi, but it was broken. Also, it said that it had toiletries, but there was nothing, and we had to buy shampoo and shower gel. The people were very friendly and nice.

Great location, walking distance to the medina, souks, jema el fnaa anc other touristic areas.

Our room had various non functioning plug sockets which were loose hanging off the wall. The shower constantly leaked. The list of amenities in the room listed on booking.com is incorrect. It stated the room had a bidet, safe and a kettle but our room had none. Breakfast is basic and very carb and sugar heavy with breads and jams. We did get an omelette some days but it was one each which is not filling when you have a high protein diet. Also no fruit is served at breakfast either.

Riad was beautiful, very well kept and very clean

The room was quite a bit smaller than expected. Majority of the pics on booking.com are of the larger rooms and so didn’t expect the room to be so small. Would have been nice to have a separate bathroom from the bedroom as not much privacy. Pretty much had the whole rooftop to ourselves on our trip which made up for the smaller room!

So hospitable, we will come back to this place for sure

There is no one in customer service, The pool water is dirty and full of bugs and plants, the girl who enters to “clean” only makes the bed, neither cleans the bathroom nor changes the towels or anything, there is no light in the silver above and the host is incomprehensible

This is such a peaceful haven to return to after a busy day sight seeing. The property is so well looked after and the staff are lovely. Our room was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Brilliant riad if you want a quiet place to return to at night, it is also in a great location being away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away, all the major attractions were within easy walking distance. Amine and Phillipe are fantastic hosts, we stayed in other accommodation in Marrakech and this riad is a head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend.
