Room cleanliness and food. I love the hotel's breakfast and food.

Staff is good, but not proactive. They didn't provide water unless we asked, similarly there was no door mat at the washroom.

It allow me early check-in when I was not where early morning charges me money that's fine no issue

It was not clean and heiginic.TV was not working.Sheets were not clean.Commode was not clean.There were dust on the floor.It was not well maintained. I found it not worth the price.Even we faced problem while parking the car.

The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty, the washroom was also dirty, and the floor was very dirty as well. There was a very bad smell in the room. The hotel was extremely poor. I would give it a rating even lower than zero."

Wifi not available here for the entire stay TV not working. Checked in then had to wait for about an hour for tv to be fixed. Still it didnt work for 2 days. Cleaning Staff highly untrained I stayed for 2 days and not once the cleaners came for cleaning the room Even water was added to food bill. No complementary water bottle provided Not even 1 glass given for drinking water After 1st day, fresh towels also not given Bathroom sink was broken and through the holes in that sink, loads of cockroaches were residing which made me very uncomfortable whenever I went to the washroom. Outside food not allowed the hotel manager says. The biggest demerit of this hotel. What hotel doesn't allow zomato and swiggy !!!

Person at the reception had no clue about the food items and its respective prices mentioned in the menu card. He had to get someone else to answer my query whereas, i had a simple queation. I wqs ordering egg schezwan noodles and he had no clue about the significance of 3 different prices for the same order. Someone else was there when i called and was prompting, so i said give the phone to the person who is prompting so that i can explain my query amd get my answers. To which, that person had complete knowledge and answered my queries. The guy at the reception didnt even understand what i m ordering, he didnt understand egg schezwan noodles, i kept saying schezwan, he kept repeating hakka, and i could hear that someone was helping him to resolve the query. Since i could hear that he was asking someone else when he was not understanding his own product mebtioned in the menu, i asked him to put the other guy on the phone. He did and i explained my order and that helper helped to delover the right order to my room. But post that, i kept calling the reception with a query of providing extra glass but this person at the reception deliverately disconnected my phone since i asked him to put yhe person who knows the menu unlike him. He kept unanswering my phone or disconnectimg it more than 3 times just to avoid me or may be it was his ego since i specifically mentioned that if u r not able to understand, then pass the phone to the person who is reight besode you and i cpuld hear him giving him answers. Eventually, i didnt call the reception ever agian for any of my needs. While i understnd that a new person cam always be assigned to fulfill a particular objective, but since they are not well trained from a 360 degree perspective, it is leading to fruatration and annoying customer experience.

This is a nice property to stay on good location with cleaned rooms, cooperative staff,with good food. Must recommend this for corporate near golf course.

Very comfortable stays, Smooth check in, rooms are clean and maintained, All basic amenities available, well cooperative staff with quick response, surely I will visit again.
