Staff friendliness. Always help with whatever needed. Very nice people. Room service coming every day to clean entire appartment. Bed change on demand whenever you want.

There is construction on surrounding areas. Roads are probably planned for repavement. Quite a lot of dust. I guess it was temporary obstacle which would be fixed once construction completed. No local grocery stores. But online apps with 15 minutes delivery worth not to look for non online shopping experience.

We found this accommodation on Google! The apartments are very clean and comfortable! Prices are reasonable. All facilities including washing machine, cooking items and room service is available. The host is very friendly and humble! I recommend it for those people who are planning to visit Gurugram but need a reasonably priced accommodation.

It was great experience and every staffs are very polite and service was amazing they are very helpful, although rooms are very clean and hygienic overall i would definitely suggest you to check out this hotel.

The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, and comfortable furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was pristine, offering both a relaxing shower and all necessary toiletries.

Room was spacious with microwave, induction, sofa etc. Worth the money. The staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Good location too.

The Pillows are very hard. Occasionally there was some weird smell from the washroom basins, although the staff said it’s from the pipes and will be taken care of soon. Lack of room service/ restaurant to order from .

Upon arrival, I was told that because I didn’t paid before arrival and I didn’t call confirming my arrival, my booking was cancelled. Somehow, when arguing for 25 minutes, we decided to find a new place, they said one of the booking has just been cancelled so we can check it. That wasn’t a good behaviour.

Location is good, bedsheets are changed on a daily basis. We loved our stay.

Communication with the housekeepers was difficult, they don't speak / understand English. They geysers are too small, only 15L hence hot water wasn't enough for bathing. The bathrooms were not scrubbed very well, we could see some dark patches that needs to be scrubbed.

This place is very well supported by the front desk with excellent work being done by Prashant and Harsh. The housekeeping staff of four men are also very hard working and effective. Overall, an excellent place to stay on work or visit

There is no food and beverages in the guest house and also nearby. Hence one is dependent on online food deliveries. Something should be done to address this issue.

The pillows were uncomfortable 😔 and the washroom had a smell all the time. The tap fittings near the sink were lose. You should keep dental kits as well.

Landmark you're provided is a bit confusion, instead of Artemis hospital, you should have put Ambedkar Cheek, this is quite near and landmark is easy reachable

Every staff was very cooperative and were there to help. Reception was very proactive with Prashun and Harsh doing very good coordination. Dilip and his team were good in housekeeping.

Asking for some deposit before checking in was not told by booking.com. such things need to be specified at the time of booking. Some breakfast arrangements will be very welcome.

When we entered the room it was in use by someone else and not cleaned and we were left unattended when we reached room. We tried to reach host several times but could not . After prior informing and getting the confirmation we had a terrible experience and had to move out of the property late at night .
