Wir befanden uns mitten im Zentrum von Campeche in der Fussgängerzone. Die Fussgängerzone wird am Abend zur Strassenbar und somit sehr belebt. Man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, dass es am Abend bis spät in die Nacht zu Musik in den Strassen kommt, die auch in der Unterkunft zu hören ist. Die Musik ist nicht sehr laut und störend aber eben man hört sie. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet und anders als auf den Fotos des Anbieters hat es sogar Fenster im Zimmer. Wir würden dem Anbieter empfehlen, die Fotos zu ändern damit dies auch ersichtlich ist. Im Kühlschrank befand sich bei unserer Anreise bereits das Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen. Dies war sehr ausgewogen und reichhaltig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden alle satt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft sicher wieder reservieren.

We could hear bass coming from behind the property at night that was quite annoying but we still slept well, it wasn’t ridiculously loud. The host was concerned to hear about this and was planning to do some detective work . To be fair , the apartment is right in the middle of Campeche and there is always going to be a trade off between the convenience of a central location and noise .

The photos make this apartment appear too good to be true, but in fact, it's exactly as advertised. This was a spacious studio with a small, but relatively well equipped kitchen, and a lovely little patio - ideal for long weekend where you want the opportunity to cook for yourself. The speaker system is also a very nice touch! The staff were incredibly helpful both before and throughout our stay. They checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. They supply a selection of ingredients (bread, eggs, fruit, granola) for you to cook your own breakfast so you can plan your day on your own terms.

Management did not check ahead for any dietary requirements.

Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Unterkunft bietet ein authentisches Feeling: der Eingang, das Treppenhaus, das Interieur und die nette kleine Terrasse mit Blick über die Dächer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war überaus zuvorkommend. Es war eine Freude, das Frühstück in so schöner Umgebung mit den bereitgestellten leckeren Zutaten zuzubereiten und zu genießen. Feine Musik über Alexa inklusive. Parken muss man an einer Nebenstraße; dies war kein Problem.

Tolle Lage mitten in der schönsten Strasse der Altstadt. Wohnung ist neu und schön, nette Terrasse. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten ib der Strasse.

Kein echtes Frühstück mit anderen Gästen, Gastgeber hat Brot, Butter, Marmelade etc zum Verzehr in der Wohnung bereitgestellt. Erwartungshaltung war halt anders...

Heel mooi karakteristiek verblijf waarbij oog is voor de details en service! Het appartement ziet er zeer mooi, modern, maar ook charmant uit. Het is modern ingericht in een oud en karakteristiek pand. Je beschikt over een prima dakterras waar je buiten kunt zitten, niet perse mooi uitzicht, maar wel heerlijk voor het ontbijt. De aankleding met de banken en de bedden zijn top. Faciliteiten die geboden werden waren heel fijn, onder andere gefilterd water, Bluetooth box voor muziek, zeepjes. De service was uitstekend! Vanaf het begin al heel fijn en prettig online contact gehad met de host. Bij de check-in werden we persoonlijk met ook voor detail, bijvoorbeeld door op de achtergrond een muziekje te spelen. We werden door het appartement begeleid. Het ontbijt was heel fijn! Elke dag werd er vers alle producten bijgevuld. Wat dat betreft een simpel maar wel vullend ontbijt, met eieren, brood, yoghurt, granola, jam, honing en fruit. Elke dag werd ons ook de vraag gesteld door de host of alles naar wens was en/of we nog iets wilde en/of miste. Als dat het geval was, werd het ook gericht geregeld. Top service noem ik dat. Daar kunnen veel hotels en appartementen die verhuren nog wat van leren.

Een ding wat minder was, daarom is het niet een 10 maar een 9, dat betreft het hygiene c.q. schoonmaak van het appartement. Bij het inchecken vonden we heel veel haren op de grond en soms op de muur door het hele apartment en ook op het dakterras. Dit werd snel en goed opgepakt door de host en het personeel wat ons ontving. Het appartement werd daarna helemaal in orde gemaakt en ze boden ons daarnaast nog elke dag schoonmaakservice aan gratis, want dit was in principe niet in de prijs inbegrepen. Maar ter compensatie. Schoonmaak moet wat mij betreft wel core business zijn. Wat tegelijkertijd wel heel positief was, is dat ik nog nooit zulke schone bedden heb gezien in welk hotel en/of appartement waar ik heb verbleven. Dat is eigenlijk schokkend, want hotels en appartementen moeten ten alle tijden schone bedden, zoals deze aanbieden. Dat moet de norm zijn!

This was for sure our favorite accommodation during our trip to Mexico. Campeche is a lovely town and the loft, located on the main street downtown is absolutely lovely! Super well decorated, super comfortable and clean. Sebastian our host was very helpful and gave us all the necessary advice for a pleasant stay. We had everything to cook our own breakfast in the lovely kitchen and eat on the terrace… I couldn’t recommend this place more :)

Très bel appartement de standing en plein cœur de la vieille ville . Cuisine bien aménagée pour préparer quelques repas , salle de douches très belle avec de bons produits au miel. L'appartamento si trova in posizione molto centrale, comodo per la visita della città a piedi. Per fortuna l'host ci ha inviato precedentemente su whatsapp tutte le indicazioni con foto per individuare esattamente la casa giusta, altrimenti avrebbe potuto essere complicato. Spazioso, pulito, completo di cucina e arredato in modo moderno, proprio come si vede nelle foto su booking.

We really liked the place, how Sebastian was responsive and provided perfect recommendations. One food place was so good we went 3 times in 1,5 days. Breakfast was incredible with fresh fruits, homemade muesli, yoghurt and milk and in addition we could have had eggs. Sebastian has set up the place with a great sense for design. I don’t know where to start. All in all we would highly recommend this place in the middle of the tasteful old city center, with Sebastian’s immediate and super helpful responses. Once we come back to Campeche we will definitely want to stay again.

We like to sleep with open windows. Aircon and fan were wonderful, but with open window we heard the festivities outside. With closed windows no problem

Location was excellent right in the centre of the old town. Sébastien was excellent making recommendations of places to see and eat. The apartment was spacious well equipped and quiet…..just right for a city stay.

Only 2 apartments and they can't be more centrally located than this. Nayeli, who tends the shop downstairs, is attentive to all your needs, and the owner, Sebastian, is super helpful with any problem and just a WhatsApp away.

Our only issue: a lack of storage space to fully unpack our suitcases. A set of drawers would make the apartment perfect.

Sébastien and his team were incredibly helpful, withe everything from finding the lofts, to check in and recommendations for the city. The place itself was stylish, super comfortable and had lots of facilities (kitchen etc) as well as a nice little terrace. They left breakfast items and fruit, which was a lovely touch and the shower products were made with local organic honey and smelled amazing. It was located right in the centre of town, easy walking distance to all of the bars, restaurants, museums and the sea front.

It was slightly bright in the mornings with the sun coming in through the big windows.

Everything is super cool here. It’s located in the Main Street of the central area. The family is very nice. From before check-in to the moment of check-in, they always reply to our messages and inform us about the check-in and the recommended food, drink and entertainment in Campeche. The refrigerator is also prepared with water and drinks, fruits, bread, coffee, etc. The room is very clean and the decoration style is very beautiful. It is super recommended

Located directly to the walking street in campeche. Lovely house and super great accommodation. We couldn’t ask for anything better. Great help from our hosts with great tips for our short stay. We are really sad that our time was so limited in campeche. Strong recommendation to stay with Sebastién.

You need to know that you can’t darken the room for a long sleep, if you plan to do that. But in our option that’s no downgrade at all because we stand up early anyway and we were able to see the streets outside in lovely lights before everyone else is up.

A beautiful well thought flat, which boasts subtle style and has everything you need to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay. We were impressed with the little things also, the fruit, eggs, milk, bread and other things for breakfast which are first class. You immediately feel at home away from home and Sebastien and Irma are amazing hosts. They really care about guests having a unique experience and were very responsive and gave great suggestions on what to visit in Campeche as well as restaurants. The experience though short will leave us thinking when can we come back?

Narrativ was exceptional in every way possible. The location is perfect to be right in the heart of the beautiful city of Campeche. Sébastien was very attentive and provided many options for what to do and where to eat. The flat was exquisite and every detail was well thought out. The breakfast food provided was absolutely perfect and such a nice touch. I loved the simplicity of the flat yet it felt very comfortable and the style and cleanliness were perfect. The apartment was just amazing. So nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything needed and they provide everything you need to make yourself a breakfast. The location is right on the Calle 49 so everything is really close. The owner was very nice checking in on us if everything is ok and providing us with good suggestions on what to do and where to eat.

The only problem I had was that there is a window over the front door allowing light from staircase to get in and so the apartment was not completely dark during the night.

Very curated apartment - every detail is looked into - all you need for a continental breakfast ( coffee, fruit, juice, bread , butter & jam , eggs are available in the kitchen . Very quiet apartment even if middle in the town . Sebastien is an excellent host and. Can provide yoh with all the information you need . I am glad i have chosen this property - i have seen all the other options i had saved ( in real life, while in Campeche) and this really had it all. I slept there with my 10 year old daughter

We booked this apartment along with Casa Numen. The two apartments were perfect for our family of four. Like Casa Numen, Casa Lira is beautifully and tastefully decorated. So many wonderful touches that make it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. The beds were very comfortable with lovely soft sheets. The bathroom came with soft towels and nice toiletries. The water pressure was good. The kitchen comes with everything needed to make breakfast or a small meal. We arrived to fresh bread, eggs, butter, juice, coffee, tea, milk, butter, jam and fresh fruit. Perfect for our first morning especially as we arrived very late the night before. Our host Sébastien was so helpful booking taxis, recommending restaurants, great coffee shops and activities. Both Casa Numen and Casa Lira are perfectly located within Campeche’s historical centre. They are only steps away from great coffee shops, nice restaurants, beautiful handicraft shops, museums, the best Mexican icecream shop, local bakery and the main square.
