We like the apartment. Enough space for us. The facilities were all functional and generally things were in very good condition.

Dobry kontakt z właścicielem..Wszystko bez problemu. Wygodne łóżko, bardzo czysto.

Brakowało podstawowych rzeczy w kuchni jak deska do krojenia, kubki, patelnia.

Appartamento pulito e silenzioso, curato nei dettagli. L'abbiamo scelto principalmente perché viaggiavamo in auto e avevamo bisogno di un garage/parcheggio.

Forse noi italiani siamo troppo abituati all'aria climatizzata che in questo appartamento purtroppo non è presente.

Die Lage zu Wihast Studentenwohnheime und die inkludierte Tiefgarage! Pennt, Spar, Hofer in der Nähen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In die City mit Bus 5b und 11a geht gut bis Leopoldstadt. Zur U 4 zu Fuß 15 Minuten.

Der Bauform von nebenan von 06.00 bis 18 Uhr. Die Fenster isolieren jedoch wirklich gut, aber irgendwann will man ja auch mal diese öffnen. Balkon durch Lärm und Staub nicht wirklich nutzbar.

Wygodny apartament. Lokalizacja w pobliżu stacji metra i autobusu, więc dobrze skomunikowana z centrum Wiednia. Parking podziemny. Szybki dojazd i wyjazd z i na autostrady.

Bliskość linii metra, połączenie bezpośrednio do centrum i do pałacu Schonbrunn. Największą zaletą był jednak podziemny garaż. Sklepy spożywcze w okolicy.

Słabe wyposażenie apartamentu. Tylko kilka sztućcy , talerzy i szklanek. Obok trwa budowa wiec od wczesnego ranka do godz. 16ej jest bardzo głośno.

Apartment was as in pictures. Clean. Underground garage. Communication with host was good. It takes 30 min by public transport to the city center. Billa supermarket is close to the apartment.

Noisy becouse construction side in neighborhood (probably temporarily but...).

Un apartament curat, foarte accesibil. Un mare plus - locul de parcare. Utilitati - ok. Pentru un sejur scurt, ori pentru tranzit, recomand cu caldura inchirierea apartamentului. Mijloace de transport foarte aproape.

Constructia blocului. Nu exista intimitate. Cartierul il consider cam "ciudar" daca esti doritor de plimbari tarzii (dar poate foarte bine sa fie o parere eronata, nu am avut timpul necesar de a fi obiectiv total). In aceasta perioada am avut "neplacerea" de a fi vecin cu un santier chiar in curtea blocului (cred), daca nu o fi la vecini.

Kühlschrank ist echt super an heissen Tagen. Sehr sauber & die Anweisung für das Schlüsselkästchen hat super funktioniert per Booking Nachricht - echt praktisch. Die gratis Garage ist noch ein extra Zuckerl. Waren alles in allem echt zufrieden.

Da die Balkone ziehmlich weit beieinander sind, ist es trotzdem oft lauter gewesen bei den Nachbarn.

Szybki samodzielny check in. Bardzo dobre połączenie z centrum autobusem i tramwajem albo metrem. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym to jest bardzo duży atut tego miejsca. Nowy budynek z ostatnich lat. Czysta pościel.

Poduszki z sofy były lekko brudne. Lokalizacja balkonów i okien jest lekko krępująca. Są bardzo blisko więc chcąc utrzymać minimum prywatności zasłony muszą być calkowicie zasłonięte. Przydałaby się klimatyzacja bo ciężko jest w lecie przewietrzyć mieszkanie i mikrofalówka żeby szybko odgrzać posiłek.

Apartament idealny dla naszej trójki. Czysto, schludnie, świetne połączenia z centrum. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Jak będzie okazja, to na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy z tego noclegu.

Widok z balkonu bardzo słaby, ale akurat na nim nam nie zależało.

Merkeze 10-15 dakika uzaklıkta. Otopark sorunu olmayan olağanüstü bir konaklama. Dekorasyondan temizliğe herşey harikaydı. Viyana.da ilk tercihimiz oldu.

Tamamen tesadüf yan tarafta inşaat vardı . Sabah erken saatte gürültü vardı. Geçici bir durum. Konaklamanın kalitesini kesinlikle etkilemez.

We spent four days in the apartment (a family with an eight-year-old child). The apartment is comfortable to live in, located in a quiet area with shops within walking distance and convenient public transportation to the city center. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living, with the exception of a washing machine and some kitchen essentials. We were also pleased with the comfortable bathroom.

The apartment lacks a coat rack in the hallway, so coats have to be placed on the dresser. Some kitchen items are also missing.

Wszystko było bardzo fajne. Dostęp do balkonu super, wygodne łóżka oddzielnie kibelek i łazienka. Kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem. Nie ma na co narzekać

Наличие в номере всех необходимых вещей для проживания включая бесплатную парковку в этом же здании. Также понравилось наличие большого дивана в зале.

Не работал кодовый замок на главном входе в здание.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Geschirrspülmittel, Wischtuch, Essig&Öl, Salz&Peffer, Müllsäcke, Kosmetikartikel, Klopapier, Fön, waren auch vorhanden. Für jede Person gab es 2 große und 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Wohnung war Schallisoliert und somit war es total ruhig. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos und zwar durch eine Codeeingabe an der Tür. Den Code erhält man nach der Buchung durch Anruf beim Vermieter. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zwar etwas außerhalb, aber eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ein paar Meter weiter und mit der Linie 1a und dann mit der U4 ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis hat voll gepasst. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

In der Gaderrobe fehlen Kleiderhacken, damit man die Jacken aufhängen kann. In der Küche wäre ein Schneidebrett und ein Geschirrtuch nicht so schlecht gewesen. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Exact ca în fotografiile de pe site. Am fost cu mașina, deci parcarea a fost un mare plus. Comunicare clara cu gazdele, toate informațiile furnizate cu precizie. Ne-a plăcut, recomand cu drag.

Hygiëne was top! Eigen parkeergelegenheid in garage, daarbij ook de fietsenstalling in de garage. Ruimte. Badkamer met bad, uitstekend bed. Locatie erg goed. Wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons en fietste elke dag naar het centrum van Wenen (klein kwartiertje op prima fietsroute). Supermarkt om de hoek.

Per raggiungere il centro di Vienna, il tram vicino casa ci impiega 45 minuti. Passano frequentemente ed è molto comodo. L'appartamento ha tutte le comodità indicate e ci è piaciuto.

Le parking est pratique, à 15 mn du centre en voiture. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire.

Manque d’équipements dans la cuisine (ex: pas de passoire ou de plat pour le four). 1 serviette par personne pour 4 jours donc insuffisant sans lave linge. Quartier peu attrayant.

Didžiausias privalumas požeminis auto garažas. Butas tvarkingas, kelioms naktikms aplankyti Vieną puikiai tiks. Lengvai pasiekiamas centras viešuoju transportu.

Novejše dobro opremljeno stanovanje z priročno podzemno garažo. Mirna soseska.

Za povezavo do centra mesta si moral presedati iz avtobusa na podzemno železnico. Ko se navadiš je tudi to enostavno.

Mieszkanie czyste, wygodne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne. Miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Spokojna okolica. Dobry dojazd komunikacją publiczną do najważniejszych miejsc turystycznych Wiednia.

Lack of washing machine

A comfortable apartment in a good location (although nearest metro line was temporarily closed, it didn't take long to get to the city center). A big plus is the garage with a parking space assigned to the apartment.

You've got two other balconies right outside your windows, so the curtains need to be closed to give yourself some privacy.

Communication was great, suite was clean, all good. It had private parking spot underground which was very important for us.

Everything was perfect❤️🙏 Heating system is very nice, the room is veryyyyyy clean👍👍👍

Noce, new and clean

I start by saying that the parking space is the biggest plus (that's why I chose this apartment out of so many), considering that most of the accommodations in Vienna charge for it, here it was included in the price of the reservation, we didn't pay extra, the parking space is in the basement, so the car is perfectly safe, out of the rain and out of everything. The apartment is spacious, can accommodate 4 people easily, it is clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we didn't cook because we always ate out, but you can cook, there is a stove, oven, kitchen utensils, etc. It is on the 2nd floor, exactly the one in the pictures, it has a small balcony, the bathroom with bathtub is separate from the one where the toilet is, which I think is ok, because so when someone takes a shower, the other can go to the toilet. There are many shops in the area, even restaurants, about 15 min walk, the same is also the subway station, we often went by subway and so we could visit everything we wanted, not to move the car through traffic. Access to the garage is very easy, no need to leave the car in the street, also the instructions were very clear. The beds and pillows very comfortable, we could rest well. The owner is a wonderful man, we made a mistake with the key and he helped us immediately not to stay outside, without charging us any extra fee, and he responds extremely quickly to messages on booking. So overall yes, we liked and recommend this apartment!

There was nothing not to like about the accommodation. The weather didn't really cooperate with us, although on one of the days it was warm and nice, on all the other days it rained and was very windy, but that's up to each person's luck.:)

Clean apartment, equipped with most of the stuff that may be needed fort short stay, underground parking place is really big advantage. Close to public transportation.

It is a very cosy flat, with a great garage solution. The equipment is almost perfect - we only missed the microwave oven. The bathroom is clean - all of the rooms are clean and cool. Easy to reach the downtown or the Prater. Nearby there are a Billa, Bipa, Lidl and Hofer also.

We missed a microwave oven, and a handtowel with a hanger from the small toilet room.

The apartment is very well equipped, clean, quite large, in a new building, quiet area, private underground parking, elevator, close to the bus station, grocery stores nearby. We felt wonderful!

The place is clean and well located. Contact with the owner was easy and they responded quickly. The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood so it’s pretty quiet at night.

It would be amazing to put a coat hanger near the entrance.

The location is close to the public transport and very quite area. The garage was very good and the facilities in the house were all great.

On the first arrive, we had issues with the heating and no ac in the house. In a few hours it was somehow fixed.

I liked the location of apartment and the free garage. The apartment was very clean.

The apartment doesn`t have the air condition, so in the summer months could be hot in the apartment. Despite everything, the nights are cool enough to sleep well.
