Too many issues, especially safety and security. Message sent to Benjamin the host today who very seriously disappointed us and is running a scheme he doesn't plan to fix. My wife and me are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this host and air bb. How can he rent this place without the ability to lock the front door, and also with a broken bed? Besides all the other issues, which will be fully listed, being unable to get good sleep because of a broken bed crosses the line. Not only is it depriving of sleep, our bodies are actually aching. We had to consider staying at another air bb or hotel but stuck it out because of our children and family being together. Naturally this broken bed greatly affected our stay in a very negative way. SERIOUS ISSUES. Here is a list of very unsatisfactory issues: Why should we pay the full fee he charged to have all of these issues, so a very generous discount or credit is expected. Note, I have attached photographs and video. #1. Broken bed in room with balcony. #2. Dirty sleeper sofa, no linen ( which was delivered the following day, but should have been there from the beginning), and a blood-stained duvet with no cover. How gross! In addition, they are possibly the worst pillows on the planet and also affect sleep and should be changed to something of a much better quality. #3. Bedroom door to small balcony. Door doesn't lock easily, plus air coming in through spaces, even when door is closed #4. Sliding door upstairs EXTREMELY difficult to open and close. #5. Umbrella for shade on balcony non-functional #6. Lack of hot water in shower, plus towards the end, the water power was greatly reduced, making it difficult to wash off. #7. A removable and NON-FUNCTIONAL safe in safe room.. Surely it should operate and also not be removable. #8. Glasses and plates. If you say it sleeps 6 people, why are there only 2 tea/coffee cups, 4 glasses and 5 plates? #9.

It is close to the beach, has everything you need and is clean.
