המיקום מעולה, קרוב לים ומרכזי מאד, המלון נעים משופץ, יש חניה (על בסיס מקום פנוי), הצוות היה נעים והחדר מצויין. מיטות נוחות חדר אמבטיה מצוייד היטב. ארוחת בוקר מעולה והאוירה באזור האוכל נעימה

קיבלנו חדר סופריור "sea view". ניתן לוותר על המראה הכמעט לא קיים לים. הקומה הנמוכה של החדר החדירה הרבה רעשי רחוב, והוילון היה חייב להיות סגור כדי שהעוברים ושבים לא יוכלו להסתכל פנימה. גם החלון השני בחדר נמצא מול בנין וחייב וילון סגור. אם אבוא פעם נוספת למלון אדרוש חדר בקומה גבוהה. בנוסף, "פינת הקפה" מאד מצומצמת, לא מפנקת, בקבוק אחד מים בשהות של 24 שעות לשני אנשים בהחלט לא נדיב מספיק

The location was fantastic, cross the road you were on Bograshov beach. Our room was a great size, clean and very comfortable . The Buffet Breakfast was excellent. The staff were wonderful, among them Kira in reception and Inon at the roof bar. Loved the rooftop bar and food.

Localização maravilhosa, muito próxima da praia e praticamente no meio da orla de Tel Aviv. Também adoramos a maquina de cafe disponível o dia inteiro.

A limpeza pode melhorar um pouco somente pelo fato de haver muita poeira em suspensão na cidade e ela acumular facilmente em tudo.

Прекрасное месторасположение отеля. Отель небольшой и по-домашнему уютный и спокойный. Особо хочу отметить и поблагодарить администратора Анну за внимание и помощь.

Забывали класть третий комплект всех принадлежностей для третьего человека в номере. Но это мелочи) Нам все понравилось!

Personnel professionnel avec une mention spéciale à Noy Esther à l'accueil qui a su apporter sa pointe de fantaisie et de gaité aux échanges avec les clients. L'hôtel nous a ravi à tous les niveaux : Propreté et accueil chaleureux , chambre fonctionnelle avec douche à l'italienne . Petit déjeuner copieux . Nous avons dorénavant notre hôtel référence à Tel Aviv ;

הגענו בשבת ולא היתה חניה מרבית האורחים עזבו רק בערב,קצת רעש מאירוע פרטי ,happy hour מביך עוגה ושתיה די מסכנים..

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tel Aviv for one week. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many fresh and high-quality options every morning. My room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained throughout the stay. The staff was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I truly felt at home during my vacation. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the service to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. I would definitely love to come back again.

החלונות לא מבודדים את הרעש מהרחוב , רחוב הירקון רועש מאוד והאקוסטיקה בין הבנינים מכפילה אותו, אי אפשר לישון , מאוד רועש לפחות בחדר 107. קיבלנו המלצות והתאכזבנו מאוד.

למי שמחפש חופשה ברמה גבוהה באמת, פינוק אמיתי ושקט נפשי – אל תחשבו פעמיים. אנחנו ללא ספק עוד נחזור לכאן. שאפו ענק לצוות המלון על אירוח בלתי נשכח!

We had an overall wonderful stay and I still rated this hotel a 10 because the service, location, and overall experience were excellent. However, there was one design choice that was genuinely baffling and worth mentioning: the bathroom layout. The bathroom walls were made largely of glass, creating a significant lack of privacy. Even though most of the glass was frosted, this wasn’t just a decorative design feature that preserved privacy—there was even an area where the toilet was directly visible from the room. For a hotel room, this felt extremely uncomfortable and impractical, especially for couples or anyone who simply values basic privacy. I understand some modern hotels go for a sleek, open-concept aesthetic, and perhaps this is intended as a trendy European-style design choice, but in reality, it sacrifices comfort for appearance. A bathroom—particularly the toilet area—should provide actual privacy, not make guests feel exposed or self-conscious. This would be a much better room design if the hotel replaced the glass bathroom walls with proper solid walls. It’s a surprisingly awkward feature in what was otherwise an excellent stay. So: excellent hotel, but whoever approved the bathroom design may want to reconsider what guests actually need when using a toilet.

הגענו למלון והופיע להם שלא שילמנו ולי היה אישור מבוקינג שהתשלום נגבה וההזמנה מאושרת המתנו זמן מה בקבלה..המתנה מעייפת עם בירורים מול בוקינג לבסוף הסתדר ארוחת בוקר ממש מצומצמת ואין קפה רלא רק בשקיות שעמדו שם ישנות עם טעם לוואי וגושים דבר מינימלי זה קפה טוב בבוקר בכל מלון יש קפה פילטר על פלטה ורק בשעה 8 ניתן להיכנס לא.בוקר הזיה המלון חדש ונעים והתאכזבנו כי יצאנו החוצה לשתות קפה ולאכול א.בוקר למרות שהתשלום היה כולל א.בוקר אכזבה

הכל היה מצוין. החדר, ארוחת הבוקר, היחס החם של הצוות, המיטות נהדרות והמיקום מעולה.

להפתעתנו ואכזבתנו בערב השני עד שעה 11 בלילה היתה מסיבה על הגג שלא הודיעו לנו עליה והרעש היה בלתי נסבל ובעוצמה כל כך ענקית שאי אפשר היה להיות בחדר. אם היינו יודעים מראש לא היינו לוקחים לילה נוסף. זה הרס לנו את היום. הגענו למלון בעייפות גדולה מכל היום ורצינו לנוח. לא היה לאן לברוח והיינו צריכם לסבול עד שנגמרה המסיבה. התחושה היתה שהמלון לא מתחשב בנו. ההתנצלות שלא עזרה בשום דבר הגיעה מאוחר מידי. היתה חובה לדעתנו להודיע מראש לאורחים שבשעות מסויימות תהיה מסיבה רועשת. לכן לא יכולתי לתת ציון מצוין אלא רק טוב מאוד.

צוות המלון היו פשוט מהממים מסבירי פנים נחמדים ועוזרים פשוט כיף ! מיקום מושלם על טיילת חוף הים , ארוחת בוקר עשירה ובסטייל … עיצוב נקי ונעים , חדרים נקיים , ורוף טופ מהמם !!

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה מאוד יותר מאשר מספקת.

1 - בבוקינג לא כתוב שהחניה בתשלום. אכן החניה בתשלום. 2 - בבוקינג כתוב : יש חניה. אבל למעשה אפשר להגיד שאין חניה. כי אם החניה מלאה אז נשארים בחוץ. אלה הדברים שבוקינג צריך לכתוב שמציגים את המלון.

The room and the entire hotel were super clean and the view was great. The location is perfect and also the breakfast. We had an issue one night with loud music coming from the bar on Thursday night when there is a DJ until late hours and when we asked they handled it immidiatly, with compansation for an extra day (thanks Raul!).

Something was a bit weired with the vibes of the staff. I think maybe a social gathering for them might be helpful, as they don't seem to be very happy working there. When we came and left we barely got an "hello" or "goodbye". So the vibes there are a bit strange. Another minus is that there is no lobby to properly sit and work or talk over coffe. Also make sure you understand where is the private parking lot ahead because the staff does not properly direct you to it and we lost the last spot because the reception did not direct us properly to it (but we have managed with a nearby parking with no problem).

אהבנו את המיקום,החדרים נקיים ומעוצבים יפה והארוחת בוקר מגוונת.

בחורף אין מתקנים כמו ג׳קוזי או בריכה והחניה של המלון הם דורשים 100 שקל ללילה,כשחניה אמורה להיות בחינם לאורחי המלון.

ארוחת בוקר עשירה, מיקום טוב, חדר נקי ושקט.

נאלצנו לצאת מוקדם בגלל התחלת המלחמה בשבת ב 8:00 בבוקר. נשמח לקבל שובר הנחה לניצול בתקופה שקטה יותר.

המיקום מצוין, ממש דקה מטיילת ת"א. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נהדרת, מגוונת וטעימה. על הגג יש מקום ישיבה מקסים עם נוף.

כשהזמנו לא שמנו לב שהמקום שומר שבת, כך שהפאב של המקום ואזור הגג לא פעלו ולא הגישו משקאות וכו'. עדיין נהנינו מהמקום - קטן ואינטימי.

Rien tout était parfait

Personnel exceptionnel, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables : le service est véritablement haut de gamme avec une attention et une bienveillance qui fait toute la différence. Le petit-déjeuner est un véritable moment de plaisir : des produits frais et faits maison d’une grande qualité. La literie est excellente, offrant un confort optimal pour des nuits reposantes. La salle de bain, moderne et spacieuse, dispose d’une grande douche à l’italienne particulièrement agréable. Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est tout simplement idéal, face à la mer, offrant une vue magnifique.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille incroyable dans un contexte pourtant très difficile (guerre avec l'Iran). Nous ne remercierons jamais assez Avi et toute son équipe pour leur générosité et leur gentillesse!!! C'est un hôtel familial, tout neuf, les chambres sont très confortables, la décoration est soignée et mention spéciale au petit déjeuner!

The friendliness of all staff I encountered. The relative quiet of the rooms even on a busy street, even at a time storms and 75 KPH winds. The excellent breakfast offerings.

What a great find. This hotel was above our expectations - well located, rooms fitted with quality fixtures, comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Breakfast was a highlight. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a lovely boutique feel. We will hopefully be back!

Очень уютный , стильный бутик-отель с внимательным персоналом.Бронировали номер с балконом, номер небольшой, но очень комфортный, отличное постельное белье, чисто, есть все необходимое. С балкона вид на море. Администратор Кира не только четко и профессионально выполняет свои обязанности, но и обладает качествами, которые помогли нам почувствовать себя как дома.

Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel avec une équipe disponible et attentive au bien-être de chacun. Une nuit où il y a avait des travaux dans la rue devant ma chambre, le réceptionniste m'a immédiatement proposé de passer la nuit dans une chambre à une étage supérieure sans devoir déplacer toutes mes affaires. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à une rue du bord de mer (chambre avec vue sur la mer). La chambre est très fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire, y compris la game de produits L'Occitane. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix. Tout était parfait.
