The property was kept really poorly. They were bugs and insects all over the room. There is no receptionist, as the guy who welcomed me was more than 300km away and / or ~8 hours. They didn’t have basic amenities such as bottled drinking water or mosquito repellents. A very poor hotel and some I would advise against all costs.

Food ok. Area highly congested. Location near by Harki poori 1 .5 km ghat and Amarpur 1 km ghat . Nearby 1.5 km gateway to Mansa Devi Temple. Claims 4 star .. it’s 3 star . No gym . No other facilities. Room is clean but so so gate up.

Rooms were way smaller than expected. Bathrooms were not up to the mark and the rooms were not clean.

1. Property is Neat and Clean, You will like it as soon as you step in. 2. Hotel Staff / Reception is Very Supportive. The Only reason I give this a 5 star ⭐ even after facing some initial challenges with the Booking Payment issue. 3. The hotel offers Car Parking (in a nearby ground) and facilitates it for your ease. 4. Food quality is Good. 5. Lastly, I found the crowd is also good here (maybe because it's a bit heavy on the pocket) so it's a Safe for the family Hotel.

1. The Hotel, Just after booking, contacted Me for Advance payment, Which goes against the Booking.com Free Booking / Free Cancellation feature itself. No such things were told before the reservation. 2. On refusal to make Advance payment, the Hotel refused to hold the reservation and informed me to release it because of No upfront amount, while I was on my way to this place. 3. The location of the Hotel, in the middle of the streets, is a bit hard to trace for new tourists, though to be fair it's better situated than the others.

I picked the hotel because he had balcony but the balcony was very very small with no chairs and a bright light is on all the evening. Every night I needed to ask to tern it off so I can sleep.

Restaurant downstairs staff were terrible. Dinner and breakfast not enjoyed. Actual hotel staff good and rooms and location fine

Price wise it was not a good stay

I booked in advance before going there through booking.com, but they didn't give me the room as I required, and the staff were very bad. I was gone with family, and they did not give me a room while I booked in advance and sying me an idiotic excuse

Nothing and location far from Har Ki Pori, but they show his profile only 650mtr. Actually, it's 2 km away from Har Ki Pori .

This Hotel is extraordinarily clean, modern, has very nice rooms and an extremely helpful and friendly staff - there is nothing I can think of which can be improved! Highly recommended. Great location in the middle of Haridwar, very near to Ganga and Ganga Arti. I am from Europe and have done a lot of travels....

It is the best place to stay if you want to stay close to har ki pauri and market area. The rooms were super clean and hygienic. The service was really good. The staff is very helpful and polite. I will recommend it to anyone blindly. Special thanks to Gurdeep for helping us and guiding through the routes and parking spot.

This is a great place to stay. Staff were exceptional & as we were international travellers we could easily communicate in English. Rooms were spacious & clean. Just a short walk to the Ganges. We ate out, as it was a short stay. It is in the quiet area which we appreciated. Would definitely stay again

Hotel was centrally located with spacious rooms & cleanliness was good. Well maintained rooms. Breakfast spread was good & all dishes were tasty with very prompt service by restaurant team. Front desk was welcoming & very helpful.

Parking facility especially after checkout, the car was parked in an open parking space which got quite dirty & Hotel can look to add a cleaning service while car handover. Safety wise it was good as hotel tag was there & parking staff cross checked it before letting the vehicle out. This is wishlist but considering the price point of hotel, everything else is good & recommended for family or couple travelers.

Everything was top notch. Very clean rooms with all the necessary stuff like kettle, toiletries, hair dryer etc. Humble staff. Convenient location.

My parents recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable, even upgrading their room, which was a lovely gesture. They were incredibly kind and also assisted with arranging a car booking, which made things very convenient. Overall, they had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. I’m sure I will be booking here myself when I visit again. 😊

Staff are extremely courteous and you feel like home. Food in the breakfast menu was simple n tasty. One of the bestest properties if you are looking for safety as well as healthy food options. Prices are awesome and the property is neatly maintained.

Wonderful attentive staff that helped us throughout our stay. They were always on hand if we needed information, directing drivers, and all around extremely welcoming. Even the dining room staff prepared food quickly on one instance when we had a quick turnaround time. And the food was delicious! The rooms are clean and modern, and offer laundry service that was prompt and nicely done. The location is central in a very busy and bustling area and easy to reach Har Ki Pody. This place is great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here

Cleanliness, behaviour of the staff, strategic position of the hotel & soothing ambience. I would like to come again and also would recommend others to stay in this hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful.

Would only suggest to change the moisturizer in the bathroom. It doesn't smell good after sometime.

A very modern, refurbished hotel which provides clean comfortable accommodation. The room was well laid out and Bed comfortable. staff were quick to respond to request. Hotel appeared well managed.

The bathroom could be better designed. The shower was not enclose so water splashed everywhere making it untidy - a shower enclose would be very useful.

Magnifique hôtel très classe ! Très bon accueil et personnels très sympathiques. Très bon petit-déjeuner à l'indienne. J'ai vraiment apprécié le choix. C'était mon meilleur breakfast de mon séjour en Inde. J'ai même pu garer ma moto devant l'hôtel. Très arrangeant. Bien placé et magnifique ballade en ville pour rejoindre Har Ki Pauri pour le Ganga Aarti. Possibilité de prendre une passerelle à proximité de l'hôtel pour marcher de l'autre côté du gange.

I stayed this hotel for 1 night and I really enjoy the service like cleanses and all facility was fantastic along with food quality and hygiene was really good.

Modern hotel only 10 minute walk from the station and about 30 minutes to Har Ki Pauri. Bright room with balcony overlooking the street. Welcoming staff on reception who helped us arrange a safari trip.

Room was quite cold and noisy with poor sound insulation. Restaurant menu had limited options for western tastes. As a female I felt uncomfortable with frequent stares from all-male staff.

The room was clean. The staff - really helpful. Location was good. You can pay at the property by international visa card. Overall - very good!

The hotel is neat , very close to Railway Station and main market with all the amenities. Ambience is good.24 convenience is available for and from Har ki paudi and other locations. Hotel is having it's own kitchen but there many other restaurants for everytype of food available nearby. The breakfast was superb with a combination of north indian,south Indian ,continental for everyttype of generation. The owners and staff is excellent and always in readiness to extend everyttype of help. The main thing is after reaching there they treat you like his family .I needed one more blanket which they immediately provided. The charges are too reasonable .Late check out is also acceded with a nominal charges. Wishing all the best.

I really liked this property — great location close to major attractions, very courteous staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, and despite parking being 200m away, the staff’s help made the stay extremely comfortable. Definitely go for it.

The hotel was relatively clean.

The shower needs a cubicle. The shower, toilet and badin has no devision. After you shower the bathroom remains wet, making it difficult for other guests to use the toilet They need to have proper menu list, not everybody have smart phone to scan the QR code.
